I'll never eat here again. I ordered from this Wingstop and ended up throwing up within two hours of eating the food. The chicken was drenched in oil, so I removed my chicken from the black box & put it on a plate here at home, also dapping it with paper towel to simple dry up some of the oil. I called the store to let them know what happened and asked for a refund because not only is this the first time happening to me, but the second, at this location. The manager told me I'd have to "go to the doctor and prove I had food poisoning " in order to get one. That was honestly one of the most disrespectful and ridiculous things I've ever heard from a restaurant. I wasn't asking for anything crazy -- just accountability after getting sick from their food. One time, I messed up ordering the wrong classic wings and ordered tenders. The manager on duty was so generous that he kindly overlooked my mistake and made a new order without charge! Its one of the nicer wing stops I've visited. Seating area has about 15-20 tables but beware the evening rush could pack this Wingstop real quick as well. I only use their menu could include a mix of bone-in and bones less wings because when I order the 40 mix piece family meal (20 & 20), I get charged for the bone-in price which is about $6 more than boneless. My husband really likes this place. Lemon Pepper is one of his favorites. As for me, I'll suck it up when he craves it. I don't feel there are enough options. I like my wings boneless and these are chewy sometimes. I like sweet sauces which they don't have so I can't find anything I like. I get them plain and sauce them at home. Wifi exists but employees here are prohibited from using their cell phones. When asked if we could have wifi password they cannot give it out since they didn't even know it existed. But the SSID is named Wing Stop so we know it is there. With all the hip/pop music playing inside, one would think they are trying to cater to the young crowd.
