Unbeatable happy hour! I came here after work 2 weeks and a row and had a good experience both times. Servers were attentive and made sure our drinks were never less than 1/4. We like the cheese curds here. Some how they seem to have more flavor than other restaurants. The batter and cheese consistency is perfect. On one of the visits, we ordered chicken nuggets and it was BOGO free. These nuggets were so tasty we didn't mind leftover for snacking later. I like my traditional wings extra crispy, dry, with sauce on the side. And they came out just like that! My favorite flavor is Asian Zing. It's spicy but not enough to tear your insides up later. Unacceptable Cleanliness: the college bars I attended back in the day were cleaner than this place (and they were nasty!) Sit at the bar and look at the filth building up under the back bar wall, how they manually attempt to waste their glasses with no water in the sinks, and hygiene habits of bartender. I can only imagine if this is what the front of the house looks like what the back of the house is like. Food Quality: sent back queso for being cold. Replaced with cold queso. Never heated (probably sitting from prior night?) Wings were all drums not wings. Management: not to be found for first hour. Finally found manager to let them know all urinals were running over on the floors. Bags were put over urinals. Wife ordered a buffalo ranch chicken wrap, I ordered boneless wings. Wife sent back her wrap to be fixed because they forgot the buffalo sauce. I had to sent my wings back because they were still cold in the middle. After 10 minutes they bring back out the wrap still missing the sauce. I visited this location a few days ago and i was very dissatisfied with my experience. I was told the manager would come to talk to me 3 times before they did. Angela came to talk to me first and acted as if my questions didn't matter to her. She dismissed me as if i was scum on the bottom of her shoe. Eventually, Cam (another manager) came out to talk to me and she told me i was causing a scene when i just wanted some simple help and explanation.
