I love the food but this place is absolutely trash. Not a single refill on drinks and they gave me a wing with a ton of feathers on it! Multiple people touched my wings and nobody cared there was feathers. Absolutely vile read more

Order for delivery, after waiting for one hour they cancel my order , on top of everything I need to wait 5-7 day to get my money back , it's just ridiculous read more

Unlike the Buffalo Wild Wings in Commerce in which I have twice sat for over 30 minutes waiting for my food, this one in Rockwall is extremely prompt and their food is good. I went to both today. I walked down of Commerce after 45 minutes with no food. I drove Rockwall in order the exact same thing and had it in five minutes. The store in Commerce is in desperate need of new management. read more

Carlos the manager is a quick problem solver, professional and overall a great leader. Somebody else took my order by accident and unlike other places he kept composure and made sure my order was out within minutes. read more

Awsome atmosphere! Waiters were amazing , and food was delicious ! Support local businesses

There is no other way to say it but that the food is not prepared properly. Re-heated frozen food. It was all overcooked. Somehow their sauce tastes gross. Too many preservatives maybe? I don't know how they screw it up so badly, but I won't ever eat there again. read more

I ordered a basic meal her on Friday 03/13. Basic 10pc bone in buffalo mild with wedges and a drink. I was handed my order and opened my bag and seen 2 boxes in the bag so I was like ok that's my wedges and wings under fine I had to hurry and go due to no parking and was in the fire lane. By the time I got to work I realized that BOTH boxes was in fact WEDGES NO wings in sight. I called up to ask for a refund due to my lunch being over and gave my info over the phone as to what I ordered and my name. They said I would get my refund back after a 2nd person confirmed my ordered and here we are 5-days later and no refund. Not the first time I haven't gotten my order right. But is the last time. If ordering for a group make sure you have EVERYTHING read more

This location used to be great but now horrible. I Just got a burger and they burned the buns so bad they flipped them inside as to not show the charred bread. Problem was that when I bit into it, the ash crunched and tasted like I was eating dirt. Burger itself was beyond well done. Might have been cooked hours ago and sitting under a heat lamp. They also forgot my queso order. Spoke with a manager but he did very little to help. Sorry bdubs but you suck and lost my business. read more

The new GM Walker and our server Ladena were absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such a friendly and welcoming attitude. The service was fast, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of the entire time. The food came out hot and fresh, and the atmosphere was great. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at Buffalo Wild Wings !! Shoutout to Walker and our server for going above and beyond! read more

I usually love Bdubs, however this last experience might just actually be my last. Our food came out at different times. There was about at least a 30 minute gap between the first and last plate of food to be served. All the food came out cold. Not to mention it took 20 minutes to get a single Dr. Pepper. A baby roach came out of the wall and there was one flying around. The waitress was nice but not nice enough to excuse the food and roach. read more

Service sucked. Food had been cooked for some time like say hours before they served it to us. Everything tasted old and cold. Will not be back here. And now I look at my bank statement and they charged me 95.08 instead of the 55.03 that it should have been. Now I have to fight them on this!!! I am mad!!! read more

My teenage grandsons were starving after tennis practice and I took them where they wanted to go! Use to be their favorite but they neither one wanted to finish their lunch and they said this was the last time they'd go. Boneless wings were so hard and cold he could barely get his fork into the meat, the smash burger was just ok. They are TEENAGER BOYS, and usually you can't fill them up, but the burger had more than half of it left and the 10 wings had about 5 left. Now about the service. We were there at 3 in the afternoon. Not a busy time yet we were there over an hour waiting on our food and never once did our waitress offer to fill our drinks. It was $65 washed down the drain. I wanted to warn the people going in to head somewhere else if they wanted a decent meal. read more

Had the best service and food at a Buffalo Wild Wings ever! Our server, Rylie was FANTASTIC! The food was out quickly and she made sure we had everything we needed the entire time we were in the restaurant. Rylie went above and beyond to serve us! read more

We ordered the 20 piece combo. All of the wings seemed as if they were cooked, left to sit for hours then refried. Tried to speak with the manager and he kept me on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and the health department. Management, your under staffing is stressing your staff into saying rude things and not providing good customer service. I asked to sample a new limited time sauce and was told "I don't have time for that".... Waitress informed us that they were the only waitress at the moment which is pretty strange for a Friday at noon. read more

Arrived on a Sunday at 7pm, lots of open tables, no March madness games on so a very slow pace. The host tells us that it will be 10 minutes wait. I ask about the open tables and he says the kitchen is backed up. Here's a clue BWW...seat the guest, let them order drinks, and then apologize for the slow kitchen. My group walked right over to Mi Cocina and were sat immediately, drink order taken within 2 min of being sat. read more

Came here while the pandemic was going on and none of the employee's we're wearing their mask properly. We asked to sit outside due to how crowded it was and that most patrons didn't have their mask on either and they told us it was closed even though there was a group of 5 men drinking beers out there. Was told there was a 30-45 min wait by a rude hostess training someone (lovely). So we left and went to another place instead! Won't be back to this location! read more

Terrible food beer are hot I'm literally order a burger, which a lot of people that I know love to eat, but this location is literally the worst letters where brown fries where cold And not to mention very expensive my husband order wings. They were so dry in this location. read more

Not happy with this location. In general I do like BWW. Last time I ordered, it was made incorrectly so I had to wait for them to remake it. This time I placed a takeout order at 7:30 for pick up at 8:00. I got there a few mins early and they said it would take another 8 mins. After 15 mins I asked again and they looked frazzled and said "It's a lot. Uhhhh it's just a lot" referring to their orders. At 8:25 I was about ready to ask for my money back. I was so mad because I had a baby at home waiting for me and I saw DoorDash and GrubOrders being put out but not mine almost an hour later..... Finally get the food and missing sauces. He said it was the chicken strips missing they were waiting on. Yeah clearly... they were small and skimpy but the only thing fresh. Fries were cold and soggy. The boneless wings were dry and hard as a rock like they'd been sitting there an hour. My husband wanted to call and complain but I said just let it go and we'll never eat there again. Beware ordering takeout! read more

Ordered basic buffalo wings and a burger and it took them an hour and a half to bring our food. Ordered a sweet tea and they brought me an unsweetened tea several times. Manager argued with us when we told him our situation and said that we were only there for 20 mins when we had been there for at least 90. When food arrived it was cold and unappetizing. Manager didn't understand how to split a check and demanded that our group pay with one ticket. Go here if you want to tear your hair out and starve. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

Unbeatable happy hour! I came here after work 2 weeks and a row and had a good experience both times. Servers were attentive and made sure our drinks were never less than 1/4. We like the cheese curds here. Some how they seem to have more flavor than other restaurants. The batter and cheese consistency is perfect. On one of the visits, we ordered chicken nuggets and it was BOGO free. These nuggets were so tasty we didn't mind leftover for snacking later. I like my traditional wings extra crispy, dry, with sauce on the side. And they came out just like that! My favorite flavor is Asian Zing. It's spicy but not enough to tear your insides up later. Wash all this food down with the happy hour $4 long island iced teas or $5 margaritas. Enjoy! read more

We ordered fairly large delivery and was missing several items. No one would answer the phone at restaurant to help us resolve the matter. It kept picking up then hanging up. We called customer service and they said they would call or email back. Several days later nothing. Waste of money. We should have followed the Yelp ratings of a 2. Life lesson! read more

If i could leave no star, I would. Placed a online order today. Said it would be done at at 4:20pm, it is now 4:57pm and they just told me my order was pushed back. And no one wants to help or even look my way so i can ask for assistance . Update: it's 5:21pm and just was told my order would be ready at 5:40. I walked out . This is ridiculous. Huge waste of time in the most racist place I've been to. Every minority was treated as a bother read more

Has to be actually the worst experience I've had here over cooked mozzarella sticks you could taste the oil was burnt, staff running around and dancing but yet waited 40 min for wings, wings came out completely wrong order, The new advertised burger that we tried was barely warm by the time it got to the table from sitting out because the staff is dancing to the music. Wouldn't recommend coming back or at least not on a Sunday with this crew. read more

I am over it. It's hit or miss here, and mostly miss. I took my kids tonight and it was completely dead, only 1 customer in the dining area. Food was cold. 15 boneless wings could have fit in the palm of my hand and was mostly breading. Food "quality" is below any possible quality scale. It was just gross. 10000% will never go back. read more

I attempted to order Nachos for pickup and was told they are doing that anymore tonight. It was 10:25 and the website said they stopped taking pickup order at 10:45. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told the manager was standing next to the person on the phone and the manager is the one that decided it. Then I was hung up on. Terrible customer service. I get that places are under staffed but seriously if you advertise times that you provide service you should honor it and what happened to customer service...it seems that businesses just treat their customers however they want especially chains like this one! Common thread on all the reviews for this place is customer service issues...go here at your own risk! read more

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to just spend the evening. I've come here several times and it has decent service. This is a pretty standard buffalo wild wings. There's plenty of parking available and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately, as is common among BWW the place is a cell dead zone. Not having cell service in 2024 is totally not cool. Any attempt to connect to their WiFi results with the message "unable to connect to server". read more

Ok, here we go. When we arrived the restaurant was 35% to 40% EMPTY, we were 2nd in line and had to wait 25 minutes. Not sure why the wait?? Our waiter was friendly and did well but their kitchen was a trainwreck. We were a party of 7 and our youngest son received his food and 25 minutes later my wife and I were the last at the table to receive ours. Yes 25 minutes later, absolutely unacceptable!!! My grilled chicken sandwich patty was dry and tough and my friend's naked tenders were dry and tough. Our youngest son wanted ice cream but on a prior visit when they brought his ice cream out it was half melted and they did not offer to bring new ice cream. After what we were experiencing we were not willing to take another chance, who knows what we would have been served. I also had to go to the bathroom and it was filthy, trash everywhere and urine on the floor around the urinals. Like I said our waiter was very good but he was the only redeeming factor. Overall it was terrible and I do not ever want to go back. read more

Repeatedly missing food. I have had to request so many refunds through Doordash that we can't even get a refund anymore. The store won't give it either. Basically I paid for things that I'll never get. Management knows theres a problem because we've complained several times and they admit to it each and every time. read more

Ordered Uber eats ONLY ordered from here because the teriyaki, opened my bag and had tenders with no sauce. Called BWW and told me they don't put the sauce on the tender (put that on your website when ordering then) looked in my bag again and there is no sauce. Told me I could come pick it up but there was nothing they could do for me. Management was not helpful and told me to do a refund on Uber eats because BWW obviously doesn't know how to read an order when it comes through. A waste of $30. Do I recommend this place? Not at all. Throwing it in the trash and once again I see why I don't come here. Don't waste your time or money because the staff will not help. All they do is mess up orders then blame the customer or delivery service. read more

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings store. I've made online order to pick up at store twice and is always the same. 40-50 minutes wait. They say "it's gonna be about 5minutes" every 10 minutes. And this last time it was on a Monday. There were like 5 customers max and I waited like 40 minutes for 20 wings. read more

I have ate at a lot of BWW restaurants and this one rates in the lower third. It is dirty and poorly maintained. The hostess has no people skills and made us feel like she was doing us a favor to give us a table after waiting 20 minutes when the restaurant was half empty. My meal arrived five minutes after my wife's meal was served. It was ok but not great. read more

Walked in and was told that the wait time would be 15-20 minutes, we decided to go ahead and wait. After about 30 minutes and seeing multiple groups leaving I asked the guys at the checkin area how much longer since more than half the tables were now empty. He replied that they were no longer seating people and could not give a time frame on when they'd start again bc the kitchen was backed up. The poor guys at the front were very apologetic after I approached them, but no one bothered to even inform any of the waiting parties. We asked if a manager was present bc the whole situation was being handled very poorly and was told that the manager refused to come out to speak with any guest at this time. It's one thing to be understaffed and not have the help to run the business but it's another thing to not even commute with customers and to inform them. Instead they chose to continue to make everyone wait under false pretenses. read more

I am a big fan and stockholder of Buffalo Wild Wings. With that said I will not be entering this BW3 again. two words: 1. Nasty. 2. Unacceptable Cleanliness: the college bars I attended back in the day were cleaner than this place (and they were nasty!) Months of dirt, pee, puke, etc on walls, fixtures, and floor mats in bathroom. Sit at the bar and look at the filth building up under the back bar wall, how they manually attempt to waste their glasses with no water in the sinks, and hygiene habits of bartender. I can only imagine if this is what the front of the house looks like what the back of the house is like. Food Quality: sent back queso for being cold. Replaced with cold queso. Never heated (probably sitting from prior night?) Wings were all drums not wings. Management: not to be found for first hour. Finally found manager to let them know all urinals were running over on the floors. Bags were put over urinals. I gave it the three tries, but it won't happen again Please scrub your place down and use some higher standards for the sake of your loyal customers. read more

Three strikes and you're out... Writing this review for the Cracker Barrel down the road after trying for an hour to get our food at BWW Started bad as we came for BOGO traditional wings which they were doing boneless wings instead. Wife ordered a buffalo ranch chicken wrap, I ordered boneless wings. Wife sent back her wrap to be fixed because they forgot the buffalo sauce. I had to sent my wings back because they were still cold in the middle. After 10 minutes they bring back out the wrap still missing the sauce. How can a place like this struggle with remembering to add sauce. Mistake happen but to do it twice in a row. Just eat elsewhere. read more
