Came here with my cousins and honestly this place is good. Sooo service here is great. They made a mistake on the flavors and number of wings to that flavor. So we let them know and fixed it right away. Thank you. Will continue to come here read more

I posted a review on Sunday regarding my experience with Wingstop, basically the long delay in getting my preordered wings. I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Melissa S. for reaching out to me with an apology and solution. This is how you address a problem, don't make excuses, accept it and endeavor to make it better, they exceeded expectation. I will continue to get my wings from Wingstop, maybe more now, and want people to know they are great. read more

Wing Stop has great wing! They have a large selection of wing flavors to pick from, they have over 25 flavors. Our favorite flavors are Thia Chili, BBQ, Sweet and Sour, Parmesan, and Hot. Their wings are always cooked and are not dry. They put just the right amount of sauce on their wings that is not over powering. Their veggies, carrot and celery, are always fresh and yummy! I also love their fries. They offer bone-in and without. You can order ahead by calling or online, you can also walk-in. They have a quick turn around and their customer service has always been on point for us. Wing Stop also runs deals and specials throughout the year. read more

Wingstop is a chain but this location is a particularly good one. I placed an order for an 8-piece classic combo. Cajun sauce and veggie sticks with bleu cheese Order was filled in about 10 minutes Wings were plump and juicy. Sauce was perfectly hot and savory. Veggies crisp and fresh read more

The one in Lemmon Valley, unless they made some changes, make the worse wings. No flavor. I usually make my own wings; air fry and pan fry. If I want to buy wings, I go to Dominos in Sparks. At least their wings taste good. read more

Sorry but my experience today was lack luster. Simple order and it took over 15 minutes of waiting. It appears DoorDash orders take precedence over brick and mortar customers. read more

Since I'm sitting here waiting for my food do a review i say ... I have been coming here for a while now . Food is always good to me and my fam . I actually have never had a bad piece or taste of wings or tenders to be honest . Fries are a hit and miss for me but i never really get them unless they come with combo . I love mango habanero / Spicy Korean / Hawaiian Sauce for my wings . If you coming a little later as i did almost 9pm it was about a 20-25 min wait to get food . I live close by so dropped fam off and then picked it up. . This location seems to busy towards the evenings i noticed. Lots of Uber eats and DoorDash orders plus your walk ins. Store is fairly small and for most part fairly clean. They do have outdoor seating as well . I hope this helps Enjoy ! read more

A year later and infinite chances a given. This has to be the most hilariously consistent restaurant on the planet. You ask for well done and extra seasoning, you bet dang sure they're going to cook your food by placing it near the fryer and wafting the heat towards and like they're making lacroix. Just always either spiteful or lazy, who knows. But hey, consistent. At least they actually season the wings usually and have some good flavors and can't beat Wingstop ranch but I'm sure this location is figuring out how to ruin it for me. read more

They made my order wrong and I called and asked for a refund and they said they can't give me a refund but they can remake it if I drive back. I drive back and I waited 20 minutes for my remake. Driving back is already annoying in itself but making me wait another 20 minutes is just ridiculous. I understand that things happen sometimes but I really would have been fine with a refund. read more

Walked in with the front counter guy, he was changing all outside trash cans, took our order! Large variety to choose from! My daughter got their corn DIDNT EVEN KNOW THEY HAD! She absolutely loves wing stop! Wings were super fresh and hot and yummy! I got the tenders and they were perfect! The fries were a little soggy but I feel like they have always been that way! read more

Missed half my order that I placed on Uber eats after waiting 45 minutes. Would not recommend unless you want to wait for cold food.

Excellent .counter interaction. The employees are hustling, but friendly. Wings are pretty darn good and plenty of sauce. They do a nice job for how busy they are. They do not accept $100 bills. read more

I ordered by phone, one fine Friday afternoon only because i couldn't leave notes (wanted my wings plain) on my online order (WingStop, fix that!) Anyways, i was greeted by a nice young lady which had such a tiny and high voice it almost sounded cartoonish. Cute, but very distinctive. I ordered the 10 piece lunch with celery, 20oz drink and decided to try the 5pc fried corn with Cajun spice, because Im all that and a bag of chips. I brought the entire feast back to work in a large paper grocery bag. I always feel a bit self conscious holding the bag they give you, it looks like it can hold groceries for a family of 3 for a few days and in reality its my lunch... Anyways, got it back to work (under 7 minutes) and after a quick yelp picture, i jumped into the wings and almost burned my mouth! Damn they were hot! The wings were perfectly crispy, and juicy! The skin was like a poultry rind, like a pork rind but chicken instead. Chicko-rind? Delicious! The fried corn was ok, plenty of spices just ok. I dont think i will try them again. Not sober anyways. The celery was cool, and crisp! I would definitely come back and I do. read more

Dealt with children running a store, acting like management. terrible experience. Left a message on their website, and proceeded to get 3 calls at 9:45 pm. When I finally pick up, he wants to "mansplain" "their system" to me. Rethink whoever the hell is working at this location. read more

JUAN IS THE MAN!!!! He fixed our whole order when door dash messed it up. He was the best service worker I've ever worked with. Incredible. Thank you Juan, and thank you Wingstop!! read more

Good customer service, and they can cook good chicken. It wasn't dry nice and tender and juicy.

We come here a lot but we tend to order out more then we do dine in. Service is great. I love ordering through the app as it's easy and I'm an introvert sometimes haha. This time we did dine in and had a longer than normal wait but it was busy so they were definitely working hard back there. I don't know what they do but the lemon pepper chicken tender they have is my favorite thing ever! So good! Worth a try if you haven't had it yet. Always a fan of wing stop. read more

So extra crispy now means just regularly done, if you want extra extra crispy, you need to order it that way. A bonus is they are open to midnight in an area that has very few late night options. Convenient online ordering possible too. My hot and lemon pepper wings were pretty good, just not the well done I expected and had ordered before. Fries were my choice but you can get veggies instead, not really a "vegan" option but a more healthy option rather than just fries. 10 wings were enough for me to handle and plenty to eat with fries too. This meal option comes with a drink too. What's great about that is the newer coke dispensers with multiple drink choices. read more

Love the service. I really enjoy the fact my order is always made exactly how I ordered it online. Love the special they have right now for the 20 boneless wings. Decided to try a new flavor tonight. Cajon was very good, next time hope to try spicy Korean sauce. read more

Please stop forgetting to add ranch to orders. It's soooo frustrating. This is the second time now.

The wings were excellent. The dry rub was better. By the time they got to my door (which was quick and efficient) the wet wings were soggy. My mistake, and I'll own it, was to order a side of corn on the cob. It was served like you were trying to impress a first date...at a wing restaurant while wearing a tuxedo. No matter how you serve a corn on the cob, it requires two elbows on the table. It wasn't bad, but not write home to mama telling her you are bringing a partner home for roast beef good. By the way, don't get the cheese sauce. That was cheese out of a can, like I would eat on nachos on New Year's Eve, while drunk and out with friends I just met two hours before. read more

Wingstop used to be good when there was value. Note the prices have gone up while it seems the quality has stayed the same or even gone down slightly. I used to crave this place every couple fortnight but now I can honestly say that it is going to fade into oblivion for me. Used to be a Wingstop believer, but now I can't see a reason to go back since the value is not there. They still have amazing ranch. read more

This is a good place if you want wings and they happen to have some very tasty french fries. All the food is cooked to order so expect to wait at least 10-15 minutes for your food to be ready, even longer if you go during peak lunch/dinner hours. Best is to call ahead so it is ready when you get there. They do offer boneless wings as well as chicken tenders if you are like me and not fond of the meat still being on the bone. read more

We went to Wingstop today for lunch,, haven't been there for about 2 years.... Thought we would try their new chicken sandwich. The place has really gone downhill. Sticky DIRTY tables,,,the floor hasn't been cleaned in years,,, bathrooms are - yuk‼ Can't imagine what their kitchen/cooking area must look like. Chicken sandwich was below average,,, Won't go there ever again. read more

Who doesn't love chicken wings?! They are delicious! And Wingstop does it right. You can get the wings normal or extra crispy(my personal fav). There are tons of sauces or dry rubs for any pallet. I love the garlic Parmesan, Louisiana rub, and original Hot for the chick wings. The French fries are also very good. You can get them with no, light, or heavy seasoning. I don't recommend the baked beans. They have a strange flavor to them and aren't very good. I love ordering online, and they always have the order ready when I show up. The staff is hit or miss. No real complaints, but not overly impressive friendliness either. Don't forget the ranch and veggie sticks! (Carrots and celery) Yummy lunch or dinner for any occasion. read more

Wingstop is definitely the best fast food wings out there. Much better than Buffalo Wild Wings in quality and price. This location was very busy, but I placed my order for pickup and only had to wait a few minutes. My favorite flavors are lemon pepper and hawaiian. Wing stop is my guilty pleasure I hate to admit it. This is the location I usually go to and there's always a very young Hispanic boy working in the front with such a bright and kind attitude. Really makes me happy every time I go in. I get the hot lemon(lemon pepper and Buffalo mix) bone in wings. They are the reason I keep coming back lol both fries and wings are always very flavorful. read more

Wingstop - My order - Chicken Wings Near Me - Reno, Nevada

I order wingstop not for the wings (they are just okay) but for their fries. I have now ordered fries with EXTRA seasoning on three occasions, all three times they have been delivered with ZERO seasoning. I finally called on this third time (assuming the first two must have been mistakes??). All they can tell me is they don't know and they don't navigate the app so they aren't sure how to prevent this in the future. It may not sound like a big deal, but when the fries are usually the best part of the meal and the only reason I order from them in the first place it has ruined the experience. read more

My Stepdad went in on 2/11 for an order that was supposed to be ready at 4:00. Lobby was crammed with customers. They were only doing pickups, no walk ins but they didn't put a sign up that said anything so people were going inside just to be turned away. When he finally got up after 4:00 they told him that our order wasn't ready and that they don't know when it will be. Still waiting.... read more
