I come here a lot. I usually don't have complaints when I call in my order for pick up. But coming here at 330pm Saturday and it's not busy, you're not supposed to take 30 minutes for a call in order especially when there are 4 employees around and 2 customers. I ordered 10 pcs of chicken around 11:20 pm. I was told it will take 15 min. After I talked to the one who answered my call o went there right away since I live close, my food is ready. On my way home I tried to get one piece and found out that the food is in room temperature, I tried to call them no one answer the phone. I went there and they told me they are not cooking anymore since it's almost closing. I am very upset of what happened. Why bother selling or give time frame when your done cooking and mislead the people that it takes 15 min and the food is not hot. This really a bad service. read more

I frequent this wingstop often because it's close to my house and perfect for my drunken wingstop fry cravings ;) came in on a Thursday night around 11 and I was pleasantly surprised with quick service and hot food prepared exactly how I wanted it. Usually the fries are lacking seasoning so this time I got them well done and with extra seasoning and they were perfect! My wings were also piping hot. Not to mention everything was done in literally 10 mins. Only complaint was all of my wings were drumettes and I like an even mix. It seems service is better and quicker at night so I'll keep that in mind. read more

I ordered online and when I went in not only was the service awful and slow, but the employees were rude and incapable of enunciating or calling out orders loud enough to be heard in the crowded space. Great food, poor service. The food is great but this location suffers from pretty poor management. The wait times are outrageously long (an hour for wings), they don't answer the phone, lose and mix up online orders & just seem to be pretty poorly organized. I'd advise checking your food before leaving the restaurant to make sure it's right & calling ahead to make sure your food is ready if you've ordered online. The food is still good, but the service is not. In fact, it's pretty bad. They're constantly understaffed and seem to be struggling to function and prepare simple orders. read more

I enjoy the food offered here, it's definitely a hit or miss and the employees here are rude. I usually like to pick up my food to go with how unsanitary this place is with how messy everything thing can get in a small space. When I order on the phone they tell me a estimated time that's always inaccurate and I usually wait another 20 minutes! However, I usually deal with these things because of how much I enjoy wingstop. I went yesterday because of how difficult getting some quality food during this pandemic is, and ordered my food and saw that the employees maki ng/preparing the food only 1 out of the 3 were using gloves. Tiara was very friendly and had a nice smile. The line was very long on a Friday night and she handled it extremely well. The place was clean and the orders were coming out quickly. Great soda machine. I ordered the 40 piece Family Pack. Terriaki, Hawaiian and Parmesan. All flavors we're good. I GOT A FREE COUPON FROM MY LUCKY'S RECEIPT ACROSS THE STREET SO KEEP YOUR EYE OUT FOR THAT. My meal came with fries veggies and 4 dipping sauces. Let me start off by saying that I love wing stop. As this is a franchise I can't really judge wing stop by the food that they give me because it should be the same all across The board. I never had to wait more than 20 minutes to get my order and that's ordering more than 20 wings. To make a long story short they took really long almost 40 minutes to make 15 wings. There was only one other person before me and they only ordered 10 wings. mind you this is it 10 in the evening and it was pretty slow there was only about four other people after me. I usually don't care if it takes a while to get my food it really comes down to the attitude of the employees. I received no apologies or wasn't acknowledged that my food was taking so long. At this particular location I think they need to be aware of how long orders are taking and at least acknowledge the customers. Ps. I work in the food service industry so I am aware of how it feels when an order is taking a while. A simple acknowledgment to the customers goes along way. read more

I would give this place NO stars if i could. I came here multiple times and once had hair in my food. Another time.. the chicken was red. When i call for pick up, it takes way longer than the "15 minutes" or whatever time they say it will take. BE RESPONSIBLE AND DON'T EVER LEAVE YOUR PHONE BECAUSE just recently I went to pinole wingstop right before closing and left my phone. Since they were closed I went in the next morning because i had the find my iPhone app. I asked if they had it and they smirked around and said no. After telling them I had the app and knowing my phone was here somewhere, they still said they didn't have it. I came back 2 hours later because my phone location did not move. I left my bfs phone number to call just incase they found it. I kept playing a sound on my phone through the app to help me find it. I came back to wingstop one more time around 4pm and still no sight of my phone. My phone alarm was going off for almost 3 hours straight that day. Once i left wingstop, my boyfriend calls me and told me he's found my phone. Wingstop called him to say they had it. They gave him the WORST time ever. when he got there they said they couldn't give him the phone because they're not sure it belongs to him and they need the password. After he verified the background on my lock screen, they smirked and still refused to give him the phone without the password. THEY CALLED HIM TO PICK UP THE PHONE, wtf. He then told them they can't unlock it without my finger print because it's an iPhone 6, but they insisted it needed a password and was so confused because they didn't know you can unlock a phone that way. they were chit chatting and when he finally called me for the password and it unlocked, they smirked at him and spoke in a different language. They then passed around the phone through workers and managers and my boyfriend was really angry at this point. They hesitated to give the phone back but I finally got it at 7:30pm. I try not to leave reviews at chain restaurants, but I did so here to warn people about this place. They will purposely mess up your order, I've been here twice, and they shorted me on wings both times. The most recent experience, the dude at the counter looked like he just smoked a fat bowl of hash when I went to pick up my order. He had a glazed, goofy look on his face, and when he went to confirm my order, he said "Here are your 10....I mean 15 wings" (I ordered 15). Should have been a red flag right there, but I was in a hurry so I grabbed the bag and went out the door. 20 minutes later, I arrive home and find 10 little wings waiting for me. The guy at the counter was so high that he gave away the fact that he shorted me, but I was too trusting to notice any shadiness going on. I guess that's my bad for expecting common decency and competence at a place like Wingstop. Wrote a letter to customer support, and all I got was an apology. No offer to comp me what I paid for in the first place or anything. I know you guys have most of the market for people craving wings, but that is no excuse to take your customers for granted. 3.5- My buddy always told me about this place Wing Stop that he used to eat at in Oakland, so when they brought it to Pinole, I was hyped as was he. I've tried the Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesean, Original Hot and Barbeque. Lemon and GP were ok and Original was just not my thing. The Barbeque is good and is what I always get. The sauce itself is good. The wings themself are ok, sometimes a bit dry because they are likely overcooked. The Wing Stop in Oakland and Union City have much better wings, in my opinion, compared to the Pinole Wing Stop, mainly because they are juicier and not overcooked. Also at those locations it seems that wings are covered in a bit more sauce. The fries well are bomb and I cannot complain. The flavor is good and if eaten fresh the fries are nice, crunchy with a soft center and flavorful. Even when they cool and lose that crunchiness they still taste good. Overall not the best Wingstop in the bay, but it will give you your fix for wings. read more
