French fries were actually cooked well done with extra seasoning. They remembered our dipping sauces. Soda machine was stocked with all drinks today as well. What a surprising service! It's been awhile since Ive been to Wingstop in Pinole. But the last time I was here the service was slow and the store looked cluttered. However in this particular Saturday night, I dropped in for a takeout order without ordering ahead of time online. I ordered a 10 pieces bone-in wings. Expecting to be a long wait , I sat down on this clean store and started looking at my phone. But, wow, within 10-15 minutes my name was called! REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE! As I waited for my order patiently, I noticed that in order was sitting on the shelf. I got up and stood by the cash registers for a while. Four people were standing in the back while one person is getting orders together. They noticed me standing there and didn't acknowledge me. They were too busy talking in their language on and on. My biggest problem other than the wait was the wings were freezer-burnt and had white patches on the outer skin. The lemon pepper flavor was lacking and nonexistent. Maybe it's not the workers fault, but this location always seems to struggle with timeliness and maybe has management problems. I would like a manager or owner to place an order at night, come here during their pick up time, and see how long it takes to receive their order. Not a particularly large order as well. I just ordered the new whole wings $17.99 deal. 15 wings (3 flavors), fries, and 2 dips. Pick up was for 8:30 PM. I knew this place has a track record of insanely slow service, so I arrived at 8:39 PM. It is now 9:00 PM and I am still waiting. My time is valuable and should not be spent waiting longer than expected, especially for wings. Their online ordering should maybe be optimized for real time timing instead of estimates--that may help as well. I would have been better off driving to a location a few exists further and get it there and I'd be home already enjoying my meal. There's no excuse for chicken mismanagement. Something needs to be done. Every table is full of people just sitting down waiting for their order. They should also at least announce names and the estimated time longer to wait, or have one of their TVs show each order and which ones they're working on. Something, anything! My review and rating is mainly in comparison to the other Wingstop I've been to. Honestly, this is the best Wingstop in my area. I only visited this Wingstop because it's close to my job. I don't know how much this is saying, but I place it way above the Oakland and Emeryville Wingstop establishments I've visited (which are almost all of them).
