Went to this wingstop on a whim on my way home from the airport. Ordered 8 boneless combo all Louisiana rub flavors fries cooked crispy. When I got home I began eating and the fries were perfect! Perfectly seasoned perfectly cooked- then I dig into my boneless wings and notice these super small pieces (see photo) i then counted (there were 3 this size) and sure enough these three were counted in my 8 ...REALLY? These like crumb pieces???? Now was it tasty yes, but I do expect 8 full size pieces when that's what I've paid for. I can't believe they were even counted in my 8. Do not go here. The employees act as if they are over worked and are flat out rude. Food was absolutely my chicken strips were dripping in oil from the basket fryer. It seems like they do not drain the chicken. The fries were hella old and had no seasoning even though I said extra seasoning. Ranch was to come with each of my orders and did not. I went to this location for the first time ever Saturday, June 22, 2019 for a quick snack (fries). Pros: 1. The fries were good. I always like Wingstop fires because there is a hint of sweetness to them. They must use a tad bit of sugar when making them. 2.The employees were nice and professional. 3. They have multiple TV's showing sports. Cons: 1. It was a Saturday night about 8:30 PM, so the wait to have the order made was longer than usual. 2. I told the employee at the register the order was to dine in, but she rang it up as to go. I then told her again after she rang it up, and she said ok, but didn't change anything. It was no surprise when the order finally came out, it was bagged up to go. Ugh. I told the employee, who unpacked the bag and put it on the tray. 3. There was no ketchup in the pump dispenser. I told the employee, who gave me three packets, but I asked for a few more (it was a large order and I like ketchup). His manger then stepped in and said he had to refill the pump instead. This took a while, but at least it was done. 4. The tables were dirty and trays were not cleared (at all Wingstops, you leave the trays on the table and an employee cleans up, as there is no trash can for customers). 5. Almost all the tables were taken up by to-go customers waiting for their orders, leaving just one for dine-in customers. 6. It was crowded and hard to maneuver in the aisles. 7. Parking was confusing, as you have to turn a hard right right after entering the mini plaza to go in the right direction, before you even realize where the Wingstop is. Not sure why this place has a 1.9 rating BUT from my experience that is not accurate based on what I experienced. I placed an order earlier today, the wings were larger than usual, and perfectly cooked! Juicy and flavorful, I was pleasantly surprised. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and assisted within a minute after placing a scheduled order. I think I was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Did you except a higher rating for a chain fast food joint? The good thing about this place is that it's open late and surprisingly, the staff that helped me were friendly. Their phone number doesn't work, so don't bother calling in an order or calling to check if they're still open. The place is filthy but I also went at 11:30PM on a Fri/Sat night, so that wasn't surprising. Most people can make an order online and pick it up which seems to be most efficient. On Sun Sept 30, I ordered the 25 boneless wing $15.99 special and large fries. At about 435pm, I placed the order online with a 515pm pick up time. I got home, checked the food and the wings are darker than usual. Maybe it's over cooked? Maybe they haven't changed their oil in a long time? Maybe a combination of both? I'm pretty hungry at this point so it wasn't until a few bites into my meal that I realized it was super salty. I could barely taste the lemon pepper and the saltiness was just ridiculous. The fries were OK. Additionally, I believe the food was made well before my arrival time and in effect, made the food lukewarm upon pick up, and cold upon arriving home. I tried to call ahead and the person who answered put me on hold and never came back to the phone! This is not the first time this has happened by far. When I got In the restaurant 20 mins later after no one answered the phone again, I purposely watched them not answer, it was not a long line only 2 customers waiting. I asked for the manager whose name was Juliana not sure because no one has name tags!!!! Juliana seemed unbothered that the phone was ringing and her 2 employees at the register did not answer. She said well we are busy...I replied there is no one in the lobby...this is not busy, so she said the kitchen is busy. Well...apparently time management is not s skill here! My boyfriend got off work at 6pm. He called in at 6:18 pm while on the way home, gets there at 6:45 pm to pick up our take out dinner, and doesn't leave until 7:18 pm. That's ONE WHOLE HOUR for 15 wings and some fries! Apparently, the wings were ready first, and they were just waiting on the fries to be done. Come to find out, the fries have BEEN ready the whole time, but has been sitting back there ready to be served, unbeknownst to any of the employees. The fries (and wings, too) are now cold at this point, so one of the employees offered to re-make the fries so they'd be hot. Cool.
