Another roadtrip, another stop at an In-N-Out. We ordered some plain Double-Doubles & a plain Cheeseburger. They were good, but our patties seemed a little overcooked. We also ordered some fries "extra well-done". There is no consistency across In-N-Out restaurants about what the cook will end up being. This place produced the most fried version I've had to date. I appreciated the crispiness, but some were borderline bitter with darkness. Ordering fries "well done" here would probably give me my optimum crunch. Compared to a different location about 15 minutes away that we stopped at on another recent roadtrip, we found this menu pricing to be a little more. It was all fine, but perfunctory. Being from the Portland area, where In-N-Out Burgers are new, few, and far between, it was nice being able to pull up to the drive-thru, place an order, and pick up your meal within five minutes, instead of 45+ (on a good day). I've been coming here ever since this location opened. The prices have more than doubled since then although I guess that was like 20 years ago. while I don't like the owner's right-wing politics, that doesn't stop me from coming back. This is my favorite fast food chain as the ingredients are fresh such as real fresh potatoes for the fries, and hamburger meat that is never frozen, etc. The burgers are the best and I like that they have some items on the secret menu that you can order as well. Disappointed. They got my order very wrong, ordered grilled cheese with whole grilled onion and chilies. When I received my order the cheese wasn't melted, no onions and no chilies and my burger was cold. I think this is the first time in n out has gotten my order so wrong. This In N Out is always pretty busy. After that 9PM time it does get a little slower but the crowd comes back for that late night fix. The prices were just raised as well. The place, even when busy, is pretty clean. If it's super busy and people aren't cleaning after themselves you can always ask for someone to clean the tables for you. The parking area isn't huge and the drive through is always a long line wrapping around from the gas station. In such a small parking lot people still eat in their car. The food has never disappointed me. I have rotated on what I order depending on my mood. But I tend to like my in n out burger simple. No sauce, grilled mustard patty, and the lettuce/tomato/onion on the side Incase I want to eat some on the side. I usually order pickles to go in the cheeseburger or on the side. Other time I get a grilled cheese, extra cheese, wiith a grilled mustard bun. I like in n out fries but I know a lot of people who don't. It's fine by me and I add pepper to my ketchup. I love the option to get the peppers on the side to snack on when you wait for you food. Sometimes I get a root beer float or shake but not often. But I do like getting a Neapolitan shake at times when the mood calls for it. This location always hits the spot for us. read more

I love that In-n-out is always so consistent! The quality and taste is the same almost everywhere but if you have a special/complicated order they sometimes get it wrong here. normally, I love In-N-Out Burger, however, tonight was different. I placed my order and everything was fine until I got to the window. Mark gave me my order and I let him know that my burger was made incorrectly. I asked for a double double with extra cheese and grilled onions, when I told him the order was wrong he was very nonchalant. I actually flipped through the burger with my fingers and told him that it had no grilled onions or any sauce on the burger. It was just plain he told me I can give you some grilled onions on the side with a sarcastic remark. I said why would I want that on the side when I asked for them on my burger he then said I can take your burger and remake it for you. I said sure however he came with the same burger with burnt onions placed on top. It was very charred as well as not right and when I explained to him that this is ridiculously wrong, he thought nothing of it. He did nott offer a refund and he did not offer to remake the burger. I feel like this establishment values their customers and for him to act that way, I was really shocked. It's an In-n-Out--it's delicious, reliable and the drive-thru line is always insane. Stopped by here for a quick dinner and we ended up going into the store and eating in the car because the drive-thru line was insane. It was packed but clean, and we got our food relatively quickly. Update: So apparently in-n-out recently raised their prices again. Instead of trying to improve their profit margin by addressing their soda theft issue, they decided it was better to charge everyone more for food, including the honest folks. Addressing soda theft may not save them much money on soda itself, but it would entice more people to purchase soda because most people do not want to eat burgers and fries with water because it's kind of unappetizing, not to mention they will be giving away less of their single use plastic water cups that mostly end up in landfills. Personally, this point forward, I am going to stop purchasing soda because apparently free soda is part of their secret menu, and I will take advantage of that until they remove it from their secret menu. read more

Love living near an In N Out for a conveniently tasty and affordable meal. This location gets pretty busy, especially in the evenings but the quality, service and ambiance is the same. My usual cheeseburger animal style (with everything on it) and extra crispy cheese fries are always a winner. If I'm feeling indulgent, I throw in a Neopolitan milkshake for dessert. Also, one of the few IN N OUTS where there is ALWAYSSS someone's car getting broken into. I try to avoid this one as much as I can, had to visit yesterday for a child with picky eating and it took over 40 minutes (3:30pm not peak lunch hours) for a kids grilled cheese only. read more

It is Wednesday night, placed my order for 2 double doubles at 7:13pm, got my order 7:31pm. 18 min wait for 2 double doubles. Not sure if worth it lol. This was ordering inside. Always consistent in customer service and quality of food! Been going to this in n out periodically for the last 20 years and it's still the same. When are we not craving In N Out burgers? Even after trying gourmet burgers and other fast food options, In N Out still ranks the top of my list. Food: Unlike other fast food places, I don't feel sluggish after eating food here, as their food always tastes fresh. I love ordering a regular hamburger or double double (2x the meat and cheese) with regular onions (although you have the option for grilled onions) and no tomato. For fries, we always do animal style. I do wish they would layer the sauce and cheese throughout the fries instead of putting it all on top, though. Drinks: I love ordering the milkshakes from the secret menu, so I alternate between the Neapolitan milkshake and a Root beer float. Highly recommend pairing these with your burgers. Drive thru: You will always see a huge drive thru line for In N Out. It does extend past the gas station, though it usually goes by quickly. Dining: Currently, indoor dining is unavailable. They have placed cards on each table and a sign on the door to inform customers. Outdoor seating is available, but extremely limited as there are only 8 tables. Customer service: In N Out is known for their great customer service. Never had a bad experience here. A bonus for the holidays is that they have decorated take out bags and cups! read more
