Was very tasty including all the grease that dribbled down my chin. I was told it was made from leftover prime rib and one could tell it was a higher quality meat. And the 200+ beers is wonderful, all reasonably priced which was great in an era when many places are starting to price their beers $10+. I will want to the cocktails. Interestingly the bar is very high making the patrons look very short and/or heads on a long board. Did I mention the ooky vibe? Adding to the experience is the drive to get there. Lots of very windy roads with drop offs and spooky trees (did they plan that?). I found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful which contrasted to some of the reviews citing rude and vulgar behavior.
