Jersey Mike's has never disappointed me. Everytime I have eaten inside Jersey Mike's I have been given excellent customer service. When I come inside Jersey Mike's I am automatically greeted. I had the Chicken Salad Sub. I can tell you that this sandwich was amazing. It tasted a lot better compare to Subway and other sandwich places. I am aware that sandwich places tend to be over $10 for a regular size. Don't worry about how much you pay. The taste of the sandwich is worth the money you spend at Jersey Mike's. I found out Jersey's Mike's has an app to use to place orders ahead of time. I will take advantage of the app when I crave for Jersey Mike's. read more

I LOVE Jersey Mikes. We do not have one near where we live so we stop at any of their locations when on the road. This location had a large, friendly staff who worked well together cranking out the sandwiches. I got my standard #7, turkey & provolone, and it was absolutely delicious. An aside: the bathrooms were immaculate. Tried to sign up for their club but gave up after being redirected over and over - way too cumbersome. Poorly done. Oh well. read more

Quality subs at an expensive price but more sizable than Ike's in my opinion (more bang for your buck). The taste is great honestly. Stepped into this Jersey Mike's location for the first time to pick up an order I placed online. The estimated wait time for placing an "ASAP" order is a crazy 30mins. I thought they were just exaggerating, but when I showed up 20mins later, my sandwich was in-fact not yet started. The employees however were all super friendly and very apologetic about the wait, and I had my sandwich in hand about 5mins later. I opted for a Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, which was packed full of beef, cheese, Jalapeño Peppers , Mushrooms, Red/Green Pepper Strips and Grilled Onions. While it wasn't the most aesthetically well put together sandwich, they were very generous with the portions and the sandwich was absolutely delicious! For anyone else struggling to find what part of this strip mall the store is located at, they are right next door to Jamba Juice, which is near Starbucks. read more

This is one of the few Jersey Mike's in the area. I first tried Jersey Mike's while traveling to Memphis, Tennessee and fell in love with their sandwiches. My goto sandwich is the genoa salami with all the fixin's. The staff at this location are busy and not the friendliest. The quality also seemed a little lower than other locations. But they made the classic sandwich that I loved in the classic Jersey Mike's style. Note that if you order online, they frequently have wait times that are substantial. The "ASAP order" time was 30 minutes on a Thursday evening when I last put in my order. The place is nice and clean. Parking is super easy at this location. read more

I received a free Regular Sub through a T-Mobile Tuesdays deal and decided to give this spot a try for the first time. Walking in, i noticed the friendly ambiance as I was instantly greeted with a smile by both of the workers and immediately asked if I was there to place and order or if I had a pickup order. After looking at the menu I decided to go for the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and I am glad that I chose it. I really enjoyed how in each bite I was greeted by warmth and that wonderful taste of Buffalo sauce and chicken. The most outstanding aspects of the sandwich was 100% the crunchiness of the bread along with how packed the snadwich was for its size. The only downside I'd say is that it's not the biggest sandwich. In comparison with some other places, the sandwich size (for regular) isn't the biggest but the taste did make up for it. In conclusion, I would recommend this spot and if time comes I would come here again to eat. read more

Sandwich was DOUSED in oil and vinegar, (read soggy bread - yuck!) I love all types of sandwiches and used to frequent this location twice a week. I stopped going because I got tired of asking employees to cut my subs with a clean knife. Cross contamination happens when you keep cutting everyone's order with the same greasy knife. I don't want my vegetarian sub to be cut with a knife that seconds before cut meat and cheese subs. It's disgusting. Food service workers should know better and I shouldn't have to ask them this every frigging time I place my order. So I stopped going, plain and simple. We have tons of choices in the Bay Area, I don't want to get sick because their lazy employees don't care about bacteria or microorganisms being transferred from one sandwich to another with unsanitary knives. Decided to try Jersey Mike's recently, and it was pretty good. You pay a lot for your sandwich, but you get a lot of meat. I also like that they slice the deli meat in front of you as you order it, and it's fresh. The 7-inch (regular size) sandwich was $11 out the door, but it had so much meat on it, it was more filling than any 12-inch sub that I ever had at Subway. Although the sandwiches are delicious, I'm actually only giving the food 3.5 stars and rounding up to 4 starts. It is still a chain restaurant after all. The only complaint that I had about this location is that their menu board in the restaurant didn't have all of the sandwich options listed online for some reason. After some discussion with the staff there, it turns out that you just need to know about the other options to order them. Seems kinda weird to me. I've only tried the cold sandwiches, so will update whenever I try the hot ones. read more

There is a good ratio of workers to customers. Having a good number of employees, a menu that is very easy to read and attentive workers it results in a pleasant experience. I have never tried the line of their subs so I ordered small. I was specific in what I wanted and it was exactly what I received. One thing they can eliminate doing is calling you m'am...do you insist I'm that old? I ordered the number fourteen, a veggie sandwich: mini, with avocado, hold the mayo and oils, provolone cheese and everything on it. Can we talk about the bread for one moment.
