The relitively smallish amount of meat ratio to cool moist vegetables and room temperature Dutch Crunch (Roll) bread couldn't possibly hold heat for more than the minute it took us to get to the outdoor seating. When I looked at the on-line ordering menu at home later. I read that if I want Pastrami and Swiss, I should have ordered The New York, as it has Pastrami (though not heated) and Swiss. I also found out you can order Extra Meat for $3.49 or Double Meat for $5.49. A first timer here would have no clue that they should order extra meat if they want a hot sandwich. The sandwich was fresh and enjoyable. The cashier and the deli person were friendly. It was nice to visit Pt. Richmond after these few years. I might go back and choose the Build Your Own option.
