8 piece dark meat chicken. 4 legs and 4 thighs. 2 thumbs up.
    Leo L.

Was craving some fried chicken. Wanted fast, but also something differently from KFC or Popeyes. Krispy Krunchy Chicken fit the bill and hit the spot! The environment itself feels very hole-in-the-wall. No matter, I was on a timed mission to get in, chicken up, and get home to some empty stomachs. I went with the 8-piece dark meat chicken only. It's not like, the best fried chicken I've ever had, but I'd rate it above its competitors: KFC and Popeyes. It has just the right amount of breading that makes it krispy krunchy as its namesake. The meat is juicy and tender. Would definitely recommend takeout here next time there's a fried chicken craving.

Crispy, crunchy and juicy! We ordered the 8-pc dark meat.

Delicious and lives up to its name of being crispy and crunchy. The batter is so pleasingly crunchy while the chicken is moist, juicy, and tender. The seasonings were just right with a hint of heat. The chicken stayed piping hot and was still crunchy when I got home, the condensation did not get it soggy at all. This is a fast food chain fried chicken place where the chicken is amazingly delicious, juicy and crispy. The service was very friendly and efficient. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a very small place that's hard to do social distancing in during the era of Covid. There's also not a lot of air circulation in there plus people were handling the grungy doorknob with their bare hands. I'm glad I had a paper towel with me that I used as a barrier over the germy door knob so I wouldn't have to touch it. That said, it's not their fault that the square footage of their business is so small. It really is a worthwhile place to get super crispy, crunchy, moist and perfectly seasoned fried chicken! Fun comfort food during Covid!

As of July 7, 2023. Not sure when this happened, but really wanted this for dinner tonight and then I saw the place was burned down.

Chicken tenders are hella good. Today, I go by to grab some for dinner and the place is burned-out. Hope they rebuild and come back to the neighborhood.

I love a good honey biscuit 6/3.89 As far as chicken goes my friend rates it a four out of five. Conveniently located. A parking lot to the left of the building. And the owner is very nice.

Worsts krispy krunchy I've ever been to food is either dry burnt of soggy plus hot sauce packs are sticky and smell like mildew you have to ask for napkins and I just found a nail in my rice smh after chewing on it

4 Chicken Sandwiches with TONS of MAYO and only 1 chicken tender split in half. DONT ORDER

My family was really craving a good chicken sandwich. If that is what you want order from anywhere but here. We got 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 family fries and 10 krispy wings. Wings no complain at all except that is not enough to feed a family of 4. Chicken Sandwiches....horrible...the worst things ever. Tons of MAYO on the sandwich and the chicken is honestly a chicken tender fried and split in half. The family size seasoned fries...is potatoes wedges...the picture clearly showed seasoned fries. My family will never try Krispy Krunchy again not matter what. This is a total waste of $60.00

Honestly I am a bit alarmed and surprised by all the bad reviews here…read more 3.5 stars for me. I had the fried catfish with 2 sides for the discounted promo online on Seamless for ~$16. Online ordering was easy and the food was prepped quickly around 6:30 pm on a weekday, I received a personal call from the staff when it was ready. I liked that the cornmeal batter was not too thick like other places, but I would've liked the pieces to be fewer and bigger rather than in thin strips but I guess it depends on the size of the fish. The fish was fried fresh and the tartar sauce was good, albeit in two tiny containers. I had the beans and rice and coleslaw as my two sides. I did wish the sizes were bigger, they were in big "condiment" containers and even smaller than Popeyes' regular sides. I did really liked the flavor in both sides. The beans and rice was more dry like Popeyes instead of being super watery at a lot of Southern places. The coleslaw had a few raisins in it and I actually thought it added a nice sweetness to the coleslaw.

What a vibe, with colored lighting, quirky furniture and decor, including piano lips, random artwork, posters, props, as well as chandeliers and mini disco balls hanging from the ceiling. A less than ideal layout for live music events, a narrow room with the stage on one end, and seats randomly stuck in the aisle making it hard for people to move around in there. The band, Dirty Cello, put on a lively show on a Monday night, with plenty of talent on the violin, cello, guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. An awesome song list including Paint It Black, Sweet Child O' Mine, Dream On, I Wanna Be Sedated, as well as several Irish tunes to celebrate St. Paddy's holiday. Sound and lighting were decent. They serve southern cuisine on the menu. We opted to try the loaded cornbread with pimento cheese bacon jam, and this was a fat slice, served warm and super delicious. The cheese part of the dish was a sort of mousse consistency, which was different. The actual cornbread had lots of flavor and spice and wasn't too dense. We had a beer and cocktail to go with that, which were standard quality. Service was sufficient, nothing noteworthy. Be aware, there were several signs on site saying "cash only". Also, parking wasn't too bad, we found a spot on the street a block away.

They left the bar intact with its original charm and brought their own eclectic taste decorating it. They participated in community events such as Point Richmond's summer concert series, and other town celebrations. They were pretty much the only business that stayed open until midnight for your listening pleasure. The Baltic was the first tavern in Point Richmond, established in 1904. It has a colorful past - operating as a speakeasy, saloon, bordello, with the firehouse, City Hall, police station and the jail, all just next door. Fast forward to the 70s and 80s where it continued as an Italian restaurant and bar. Over time it morphed into a German pub, an English pub, all the while retaining the music venue. Local talents (Maria Muldaur comes to mind) performed here. The chef from the original Hotel Mac took over with a partner and retained the original name as a restaurant and bar. Its next iteration was Brezo, more a lunch and brunch spot with less emphasis on the bar (I don't recall if they had a full liquor license or not). Next was Baltic Spice, an Indian restaurant with delicious food. After their short run, Tony and Suzie opened Baltic Kiss and brought it back to a music venue and restaurant with Southern food offerings. Enough history. Looking forward to what comes next.
