I ordered a 50 piece family pack with 3 fries and when we went to pick it up they gave us 2 bag and re assured us everything was in there but when we got our order we only got 30 wings and 2 orders of fries no ranch which I paid extra for when we went back to get the rest of our food they said it was going to be a wait of 15 mins for food that should of been ready with our order .. I get it working behind the counter at a restaurant can be overwhelming but the 15 mins wait ended up to be an hour wait to get only half of the wings we were missing and didn't even receive the whole order i waited about 3 and a half hours to get a half ass order . There was all kind of wet paper on the floor along with containers and receipts all while the employees talk, cook, and laugh all while walking over the trash. So today I asked my kids to pick wherever they wanted to eat and they chose wing stop. As we walked in we were greeted by the cashier very sweet girl, our food came out fast and was fresh the fries were just perfect everything was amazing we were just missing the ranch, so I sent my son up to purchase the $3 ranch, I told him they put it in the container not the little cuppies, I'm watching as the young man hands him about 8 cuppies full of ranch I get up and tell the guy I didn't want all of those, I've been here plenty of times and they give it to us in the container they put the sides in I pointed straight to it he said yes these all equal out to what goes in there, I asked him one more time can you just let me purchase it in the container I don't want all those little cups ( we use them for the wings and I love their ranch for my salads I make at home) he said "let me talk to my manager" I watch him explain what's going on and he walks back with the "manager" and she says all these equals out to what goes in there... I tell her once again I have been here before and purchase the ranch in this (I show her the stupid container) she said so u don't want them in here? I frequently visit this wingstop, and often I have an issue regarding the accuracy of my order. Most times I ignore the mistake, but the frequency and inability for this particular wingstop to properly execute a correct order is rare. I love wingstop and the food is great. The constant mistakes that this one in Perris makes is just completely and utterly ridiculous. This occurrence that broke my silence included me getting boneless wings instead of traditional wings. It's about 15-20 minutes away and they do not even deliver. The reparations they offered was barely worth that time and effort. I'm done with this place and if you're thinking of eating here; please I beg you to find a different wingstop, for this one is not worth the hassle. I wish they will improve their faulty inability to produce accurate orders for future customers. I believe the only reason they receive business is the low quantity of wingstop in the proximity. The first time I came here a couple years ago I didn't think I was going to come back because the people were rude. But Wingstop is cheaper than BDubs so I came back and I'm SOOOO HAPPY I did! I walked into this place and the line was long. Right when i get to the front the cashier awkwardly starts answering the phones. He doesn't say can you please hold he just straight up takes two orders infront of me. He didn't bother to say thanks for the wait but instead stared me down. Let me start off by saying I ordered my meal online which means I skip the line and my order should be ready upon arrival within 21-26min from the time I ordered. I arrive about 30 mins from the time I ordered and my order wasn't ready, I wait about 15 mins for my order. I get frustrated and ask my wife to please come and get our order. When she comes in to ask what is taking so long, the employees had no explanation but to refer her to a "manager" Sandra who was there without a uniform, not on shift, very unprofessional raising her voice saying she had to wait for her order too. Don't forget my order should have been ready when I arrived. There was a total of 5 people working and only the cook was doing all the work from the front of store to back. A few friends and I went to Wingstop around the middle of the afternoon and the service was so terrible! We had ordered a regular meal bone in and when we got our food we received boneless. We went up to ask if they could give us our original order but a girl named jenny immediately responded to us with attitude telling us that we had ordered boneless and not bone in, as if we didn't know what we had ordered. So we stood there for a few minutes trying to tell them that we had ordered bone in and a second girl came along named Jacqueline and asked us what was wrong and at that time Jenny rolled her eyes and walked away. Had Jenny tried to correct our order from the start and not argue with us I would not be leaving this review, and it just feels terrible that when we tried to ask for our original order it just felt as if we were a inconvenience to them. read more
