If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First off, place is always dirty. I get it the place was busy because they don't have the time to clean up the dining area, but there is like never more than 2 people. During that time they can clean up. All tables are dirty, floor is dirty even the register area is dirty. Employees seem more busy talking to each other. The other day I was eating with my family and I guess one of the employed girls there had a friend come in and the employee was cussing and being totally unprofessional. Second, they take SO LONG. I ordered my order through the phone, they told me it would take 17 min. I got there a little longer than that (25 min at most) they said it was not done. I waited there for 40 min and the girls had it in the front the whole time and never said anything. I get the food and it's super cold so I ask if they can re heat it. I was there no joke for 1 hr and 30 min until I finally got my order. Seriously the worst experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They need new employees. read more

Passing through the area and my guy reminds me I HAVE to add a review about our visit the last two days-in-a-row. Hopefully draw attention on areas of improvement for this location. Friendly and smiling, and yes even a smidge welcoming. with greetings. Star deserved. Yet the restaurant has waaaay too many problems to count. I. E. Sweeping the floor in the kitchen while food is being prepared??!!?? Can we say extremely unsanitary?? Bringing out food at separate times so fries got cold while we wait for the remainder of our wings. Scene behind the counter is extremely messy and chaotic amidst orders being received, I'm assuming online orders since there were only 3 of us waiting on our takeout. Dining room is empty yet a table hasn't been cleared in the hour I waited. But they have time to sweep the kitchen floor raising dust and debris to contaminate our food?... . Also, tried to call for over 30 minutes around 10pm to try and make our takeout order but never got through. We waited about an hour for our takeout. Lastly but not the least, out of stock of their fries unique seasoning sugar/salt blend. Super disappointed. This Wing Stop is very inconsistent with the quality of other locations I have to say. We have never had a problem with our food. We have been coming here for about two years. I do enjoy the more presentable and faster new employees and it's nice that they save our order so we don't have to repeat ourselves each time we call we love wing stop ever so often sometimes every weekend. Absolutely the worst Wingstop I have ever been to. The service was horrible. They seemed to have an elder lady present who seemed to be the manager. All the sodas were flat and the Manager who took my order seemed more concerned about her employee who just quit on her rather than making sure everyone's order was correct. I walked in this place, greeted by a young employee making a weird quaking sound? I'm not sure but it was just weird childish noises and the assistant manager was just laughing. The wings are good but the fries are not appealing. The customer service sucks. I order online when they are slow and no one is in there....why does it take 45 min. To get my food. Place is nice and clean, it's always take out for me. In the beginning the wings were huge, these days the wings have gotten a considerably smaller, I still like them, my favorite are the regular buffalo and lemon pepper, bone in, fries are ok, the ranch is nice and thick love that! If I could give zero stars I would. The kitchen was filthy, the workers were slow and I found a hair in my food! I also saw 2 different customers that were missing items from their orders. I made a online order and the cashier said she would check on the order. She never did. On the app it said the order was finished. Picked up some wings on my way my bros house in Menifee to watch the Rousey fight. Service was great and the wings were delicious. Never a let down! The bad reviews are from people who don't know Wingstop- they think wings are cooked in 5 minutes. Coming from LA, I know WingStop cooks to order and that it takes some time. Update. I'm beginning to feel that Wingstop opened a location in an area that is primarily minorities so that they would get less complaints (Perris, Ca). I don't go often but each time is worse than the previous. I like that they have online ordering, but what is the point if I have to start over once I arrive? And today they were out of paper and could not print receipts. What is that? I'm just supposed to trust what you say, or make sure my credit card statement is correct? My next post is to contact the BBB regrading not the food or the quality but the fact that minorities are treated differently. That is what I want I investigated. read more

I've been to a few WingStop locations and have never been as disappointed as I have with this one. The wings were not cooked until crispy, they were soft and mushy and the skin had absolutely no crackle to it. The tables were sticky and the floors were filthy. They were over-breaded, extremely over salted and just hard to put down. I feel nauseous after eating only some. If I could go back right now (12:21 am, 1/14/2018) and get my money back I would! Wingstop in general is good but this place is better than your average Wingstop. Somehow though the one in Irvine is still better but this wingstop is definitely better than the one in La Habra and Fullerton. I recommend Hickory Smoked BBQ, Cajun, and Lemon Pepper. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked in, the cashier not once acknowledge is. She was doing something on the register for about 5 minutes before she looked up and said, "Hold up, I'm doing something real quick." There was about 3 people behind us already and she still took about 5 more minutes before she took our order. Finally she takes the order and asks me twice what I want. The manager walks in shortly after. Presentation is everything and she had stains all over her shirt and her hair was a mess. Finally we get our food, descently cooked.
