So my first time at this location so far not impressed. Took counter person ten minutes to even acknowledge us. Was too busy taking phone orders, hung up after one then proceeded to take another without even saying hello. Two other employees who I'm assuming were on the clock were to busy texting to help out or acknowledge customers either. I have NEVER been on hold for 17 minutes with any restaurant until today. I was hoping to preorder over the phone and i was placed on a "brief hold". I enjoy the wings from there and this customer service is extremely disappointing. I got to the restaurant and there was one person in line in front of me and I was given my order no more than 5 minutes after I ordered. This is why I don't understand why no one was able to take my order as soon as I called. This location is really dirty, every time I come it looks like they never clean at all. They don't even have a rating posted up so that says a lot and it's illegal to not have its rating posted up. Went to Wingstop last night it was empty when we ordered and it took 30-40 mins for our wings to be ready. Once we got our food and took a bite it was completely cold not even warm. We complained about our food and they girl working told us " it takes 15 mins for wings to cook " however if it only takes 15 minutes why did it take so long and why were they still cold. read more

My husband and I were out shopping and wanted wing stop. We usually order out on weekends near Carson and Torrance, however we were at his hometown Perris, CA. We decided to call in an order, the employee was nice and courteous and our food was ready in a timely fashion when we picked it up -about 10 minutes after we called in. However, we get home and we realize the wings we got were disgusting! They tasted like old wings that were refried, they were soaked in oil, we did not eat them. It was very disappointing because we love wingstop. About 6 months later, we give wingstop in Perris another try. We call to order but we are placed on hold three times and three times we get hung up on or disconnected. I was on hold for almost 9 minutes on one of the calls. We arrive at the restaurant and order and our food was great this time. About 45 minutes later I get a call from wingstop saying my called in order is ready...which is strange because I was unable to place my order through phone the three times I called. I ordered at the restaurant and left with my food. Overall, it seems unorganized. Check food before leaving the restaurant because it's a hit or miss with their wings. read more

Plus, I think they should have better customer service...They don't have the best attitude...Adding to this they should keep the place up-to-date with the cleaning and give napkins for customers not the cleaning paper. Placed an order online tried to call to ask about something on my order. I must have called at least 10 times. At the same time my coworker was trying to call to place an order and no one answered every time. When I got to the place someone called while I was standing there and was placed on hold....they remained on hold until I left. My order was not yet ready when I arrived either. Neither was my coworkers. There's signs up too saying no late orders will be accepted...and that if you can't have nice customer service then don't be part of their team. If I could only give them no stars. I ordered my wings online, gave them a whole hour to have my order ready, when I showed up I had to wait 20 more minutes for my order. (Wings take 5 min to cook) so there was no reason for them to take so long. I didn't even get an apology for having to wait so long. While waiting I witnessed the "supervisor" disrespecting the only employee trying to help us, he was a nice young man that didn't deserve to be talked down to also this "supervisor"telling an unhappy customer that they had to pay for extra sauce because they were dissatisfied with the taste of the wings. Where to start, I'm a store manager at tmobile and here is no way I would ever allow my reps to give such terrible customer service. I have been to many wing stops some which are more busier then this one have served me my wings in a timely manner. This location took 40 minutes to give me my wings 40 minutes!!! That's insane the cashier was rude not only to me but another customer but wen a family member of hers I'm guessing walked in she was all smiles. It is sad to see one of my favorite restaurants be so shitty and bad maintained.
