I always enjoy wingstop but this location does not meet even the minimum expectation. The service: Very slow service. My co worker an I were the only ones there when we arrived except for friends of employees sitting on one of the tables. Seems like they are servicing their friends more than the paying costumers. 8 wings and fries took 30 minutes. Food: the chicken is ok. Its not bad. However the fries are undercooked and very soggy. read more

It's a Saturday night and I know it gets busy. Therefore, this place should have enough employees working the night since there's grubhub and door dash picking up orders as well. I only saw one cashier trying to multitask by taking in phone orders and there was definitely a line of people trying to order. There must of been about 3-4 employees working in the kitchen and to be honest they looked like headless chickens looking at their ticket orders. Anyways, long story short we ordered online, we get there we still have to wait another 20 minutes for our order and to top it off we only got half our order?!! These employees need to to go back to grade school because they officially forgot how to count! read more

I've been to this WingStop more than a few times since they opened. Every time I go it's only out of an intense craving for wings and a severe laziness to drive out to Hemet or Moreno Valley for Buffalo Wild Wings. The last time I was at WingStop there was a forth of an inch of oil at the bottom of the little paper boat. Very gross. I do have to admit that their yeast rolls have improved. When I first went here the middle of the bread was cool & tasted dry. It gave the impression of being a frozen roll from Food 4 Less's freezer section next door. The crew is very friendly, if a little disorganized. read more

Ordered a family pack (30 PC) over the phone with Alana. Went to pick up order came home and the family started eating. My friend bit into one of the BBQ flavored wings and it had a strand of hair ! It was long and wrapped around the whole wing. We all immediately stopped eating everything, wings, fries, veggies. I called the location and was told they couldn't do anything because the mgr wasn't in and that the mgr would call me in 10 mins. After waiting for over 35 mins , I called and the mgr happened to be there. I explained to her the situation and she asked if I could bring in all the wings and food as well as the receipt. I told her I did not want another order, I just wanted a full refund. (Who would still like to eat here after that long hairy situation?) She stated that was okay and asked to just go in for the refund with the remaining food. As I walked into the busy restaurant, with my wingstop bag, torn and all, & immediately received a gritty look by the staff and customers. I told one of the male staff members I was the there for my refund. Another guy came and asked if we had the hair. We said yes it is in the container. He proceeded to removing the long hair strand out of the wing with his bare hands and had the audacity to extend it out and say, but this cannot be one of ours? Keep in mind, we are in the front counter during a busy time at the restaurant filled with customers dining, as well as others in line. Another female staff member grabbed the hair, took it towards the kitchen area and was showing it to the "mgr" (she was the lady who gave us the refund , couldn't help to assume that she was in charge). The "mgr" started walking towards the front area, rolled her eyes and asked for our receipt and proceeded to refunding us our money with the most unprofessional and aggravated attitude. She did not apologize to us once nor did the other staff members. Instead we were treated as if we should be apologizing to them; as if WE were the ones who should be sorry for ordering a huge family pack with hair in it! This is the closest to me but this location will not earn my business again! read more

Tried calling in a order wanted to order wings plus use coupon given yesterday at this location when I called employee just said we aren't expecting coupons kept placing me on hold to go talk to her manager, finally after being on a long hold she responds with you need to come in, when clear there was a way of saying and putting things clear to customers not acting like they don't know what's going on in there own work place. And she had the nerve to hang up the phone so I went down to place my order and redeem my free wings no issue in person waiting no more then 10 mins and order was done food was cold and looked raw in the inside still a deep purple looking color. Being a post op gastric sleeve patient I need to make sure food is done well to prevent any serious illness due to uncooked food. I'm very disatisfied with my whole experience today. read more

All I have to say is absolutely do not online order from this place!! I put in my order at 5 for pick up at 8:15 and I get there and they tell me they made it right away and they can make it fresh but it will take 35 minutes!!! Are you kidding me? When no one showed up to pick up the order what they should have done was recheck the order!!! Not only that they had my phone number and could have called ... Yet I received no call!!! read more

Do yourself a favor and take the extra few minutes to go to a different Wingstop. Seriously. Hands down the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. I don't get on here and review places but this place was actually ridiculous. We placed an online order and it wasn't ready when we got there, which wasn't a huge deal, but we noticed how dirty it was behind the counter and almost asked for a refund. We should of. We really should of. I asked for an extra side of mango habanero sauce and they were they only Wingstop to ever charge me for it. On top of that, they ran out of lids. Lids. So we ask for a large cup instead, and the joke of an employee behind the counter says "no our general manager said we can't give out larges". Finally, we get home and notice our fries are completely burnt and our wings were awful. Never again. read more

Wingstop - Burnt fries - Chicken Wings Near Me - Perris, California

F****** joke, my order was incomplete, 20 minute drive there and 20 min drive back home just to realize half my order was missing.....

Don't come here! Horrible service! I came in today to order lunch, 10 piece boneless chicken wings. I had the worst experience EVER! I asked for a water cup and the cashier said they're out of water cups. Instead he gave me a bowl to fill up and drink water out of. IS THIS PLACE SERIOUS??? To put icing on the cake, the young male cashier told me it would take 9 minutes to get my order, instead, I waited 25 minutes! The people who ordered after me got their food first. BAD SERVICE! I'm surprised this place is still open!!! This place should learn how to have better service. It's not my fault they don't have water cups, instead they should have accommodated me with a regular cup. I've gone to other wingstops and other fast food locations in general, if they've ran out of water cups then they always give a different type of cup, not a bowl!! LOL Unless you want to be treated like a dog and drink from a Bowl, then DON'T, DON'T, DON'T come here. The cashiers aren't even nice and they give attitude. read more

Unbelievable, over 1hr wait to get a 10 wings order!! This place needs to get it together! Aside of nobody cleaning any tables the whole time we waited & ate. Looks like it'll be my last time at this location. read more

This Wingstop has totally gone downhill. I started going to this one because the one on Alessandro had terrible service and the wait was ridiculous. However, a couple of months ago I placed a large order for a get together, when I got to my destination I realized they gave me the wrong flavor. When I called, they told me to come back but I was 45 minutes away. The manager told me I had until the next day to pick up a new order. Bad customer service. Tonight I ordered a 20 piece original hot online with a 21-26 minute pick up time. I left my house immediately and got there in 15 minutes and my order was ready. When I got home, I had a twenty piece old rubbery/hard, wrinkled, lukewarm original hot. I am taking it back tomorrow for a refund. read more

Worst wingstop experience ever. First off when I walked in they were talking amongst themselves versus attending to me or welcoming me. My order took 30 minutes to complete, never got an update on my food order. They need to hire more mature employees versus middle school/high school girls. Avoid coming to this Wingstop. read more

Came on a sunday lunch... this place is zero for me... i did not want to order any drinks just water and according to the cashier they do not have water ( only bottled water..) so i ended up ordering combo with soda but they are OUT OF ICE!!!!!also there is a water dispenser with the soda machine. She also said they do not hand out any cups for water. This place sucks... read more

Always been a fan of wingstop, probably will still be, but I will not buy from this location again. It's amazing how slow the staff in this location is, and the sad thing is that they don't even care. I've seen countless of bad reviews on this location expressing the same concern and it seems that no one will do something about it. If costumer satisfaction isn't their priority then I rather take my business somewhere else. Btw.... idk if it's in this location only but they force you to buy large orders of wings in their Monday/Tuesday deal in order to try multiple flavor..... The whole concept of having these deals is to try the different flavors, but I'm not gonna buy 20 wings for myself, just to try a new flavor!!! This place sucks!! read more

I always avoid this Wingstop since there's bad reviews never once ordered from here I always order from 18560 Van Buren Blvd but man I decided to order here since I wasn't feeling it to drive out to the one one Van Buren and I'm never ever ordering from this location again. First of all why do they take an hour to get your order ready when it's suppose to be 15-25 minutes ?? Wtf when I walked in there it seems like they aren't doing sh*t are they just standing around??? My fries were cold my wings were salty af and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Please guys never order here you'll be disappointed I should of never even bother . read more

Jake needs to get his people in order (if his still the owner) the floors are never clean. Food is practically everywhere. When i made a phone order the girl said it would be 40mins wait time. I told her it was okay and i placed it. I showed up in 20mins and my order was already done. The place was EMPTY. Why lie? Because they didnt want to take my order. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. This location just needs to shut down. They don't care about their customers at all. We ordered online Sunday night for pick up. Waited and when arrived order was not ready. The cashier said oh we didn't drop enough chicken for your order. What? You have the order and can count, how do you not drop the right amount. All the while the employees are standing around the fryer holding chicken and just goofing around and chit chatting. Then she tells me, you ordered rolls but we don't have any, you still want to pay for them? Again, WHAT? Why am I paying for something you do not have. Then she calls over someone else who says would you like me to just give you 5 classic wings instead, it's a better deal. I said fine and paid for my order. When we finally got the food home, no classic wings, they just gave me a few more boneless which would have been fine, IF THEY WERE COOKED RIGHT! Half of the order was under cooked and soggy, the other half was hard as a rock and beyond salty. The only thing edible was the carrots and celery. Trashed! I went into the store Tuesday to speak to them about it and get a refund. The guy there was very sweet and apologized when I told him about the problems with my order and he offered to redo the order. I told him no need, I would just like my refund. He said ok and then disappeared to call someone, although he said he was a manager. He then comes back and says he has bad news. He spoke with the manager and she will not allow him to refund me. She said to remake the order I would have to bring the food in, (ok but i did not trust you to remake it and did not want it remade), or for a refund I needed to return within 2 days. UHM it is TUESDAY 2 days after the date I ordered on SUNDAY. I informed the person it was 2 days and I would like my refund. He apologized over and over and continued to tell me, the manager said if I needed to have her explain things to me I could come back on Thursday and talk to her. NO I do not need an explanation, I need you to show proper customer service and give a dam about your customers. She at no time said, take down her name and number and let me call her to discuss the matter. That would have been proper customer service or she could have told him to pass the phone to me right then and spoke to me. I'm sorry but there are too many options for dining to be subjected to uncooked and overcooked nasty food and bad customer service. This location has far to many bad reviews and complaints. Something needs to be done. read more

The manger dj was very helpful and made sure that everything was perfect for me. Will definitely come back to this location.

Horrible service we waited for and hour and 20 minutes just for our food to be ready, we ordered online saying it would be done in 20 minutes when the 20 minutes past we went to the store an waited another hour also the restaurant is very dirty and the employees take forever to help you read more

There's no point in ordering ahead, every single time I come here I order ahead, hoping the food will be ready by the time I get there. I just love Wingstop in general. The food is generally the same from all locations. One time I got undercooked wings but I was too lazy to drive back. Instead, I popped them in the oven for 15 minutes to finish them off. Kinda liked the way the sauce cooked into the wings after that. However, from now on.. I always order my wings 'Well-Done' just to be safe. The service is spotty and sometimes my order can get complicated so I just order online and by the time I get there, it's ready to be picked up. Wingstop over Buffalo Wild Wings, anyday. read more

My wingstop experience was top notched great. i got there and ordered online and once i arrived to the store after the promise time i was given it was ready! the cashier was nice and polite when i paid for my food. I love wingstop and was ecstatic when they opened this location. The waiting time in the evening is about 30 minutes but you receive fresh hot food. Trash service, they blame you for their wrong order, they need to clean the establishment, and the chicken was raw.

I am making this a 5 star review not because I had perfect service, it because the store manager went above and beyond to make it better when I didn't. I ordered online for pickup. The order was not ready when We got there. There order was not the correct s may sound trivial but I wound up paying $1 extra when I got there. This was due to the way that they handle internet orders by manually punching in the price. The manager took my complaint attentively. She told me the steps she was going to take to ensure that future customers do not suffer as I have. She also comped me a future meal to make up for my having to wait. She is also going to work with corporate to ensure that this does not happen to future customers. For anyone interested in the issue, wingstop.com offers online customers 5 additional wings for 2.99 at the end of checkout. Wingstop rings them up at 3.79. The manager is going to make a 2.99 manual key until corporate either gives them something official or changes the website. The rest of my experience was fairly normal. read more
