I really want to like this location but they keep giving me a reason not to. The quality of their product is hit or miss. There is no consistency what so ever. I think last night was the final straw for me. Every time they mess up, my order is incorrect and the quality of the wings/fries is terrible. I was missing part (24 chicken tenders!!!) of my order so I called in to see if I could just get a refund for what was missing. I placed my order over the phone and went to pick it up 30 min later when they said it would be ready and they said it was almost ready but refused to accept my $100 bill. Not intentionally trying to convince you people not to come here but let me share my experiences. Feels like almost every Wingstop online order I do comes with its drawbacks. For this particular scenario I ordered for carry out at this location. I ask if my order was complete on which I was told it was. I get handed my bag and beverage cup. In my bag I come to find out half of what I ordered is missing. As usual with most experiences I have with having to address the issue, I almost always have a negative reaction to my concerns. I just politely ask for the rest of my order. I bring receipts and all, and my trip back to the store didn't even hit 5 minutes. So here I am passing the waiting time of 10 minutes for my order. Meanwhile in the 30 minutes of waiting the whole city of Perris gets their orders. Atrocious experience if I do say so myself. Love Wingstop. But not this place. Went to Wingstop on October 21st 2017. Had the worst experience ever. I have been trying to contact anyone in management or even the owner. Have called the 8774119464 number about 10 times since October to no avail. They keep saying we are escalating your claims. The management and or owner should becontacting you ASAP. Since October I've been hearing that. So as a last resort I've come to tell all stay away from this business. My husband took our family there to celebrate my daughters college tours. So, we went big on our order. $70.00 right down the drain. It took them just under an hour to get our foe to us. And it was cold and hard the fries were completely undercooked and greasy. Every time I come here, the customer service is horrible, and despite ordering online, I still have to wait in store for 30 additional minutes, on top of the "ready time" the online website says, which is 30 minutes. The employees aren't very welcoming and look like they hate their jobs, they move slow, and at one time, and employee cursed out another employee in front of customers, which is unprofessional. They also won't make orders 30 minutes before closing, which, what's the point of staying open for that half hour anyway? What's the use of giving me a time if you aren't going to follow your own timeline. Never eat here unless you're ready to wait an hour or more for our order.
