In cutlery or kitchenware, a fork (from Latin: furca 'pitchfork') is a utensil, now usually made of metal, whose long handle terminates in a head that branches into several narrow and often slightly curved tines with which one can spear foods either to hold them to cut with a knife or to lift them to the mouth. Now you're probably wondering why I started off with a description of the fork as my review. That's because WingStop has literally zero idea what a fork is. Every single time my girlfriend and I order their food on DoorDash, they have some sort of deep seated anger toward comfortable dining; refusing to include said cutlery with their drenched wings. Now, could I just walk to my kitchen and grab two forks from the drawer? Sure could, but the fact that it is written in plain English on EVERY delivery order we send in there is zero excuse. All in all I give WingStop 1 star. This has been too often to ignore. If you order from them be sure to call the store and talk to an actual person, ask them if the invention of the fork has made it to them yet. And while you're at it ask for a job application, because no one in that god forsaken building has the closest idea of what a fork is or what it could possibly be used for. They'll have better luck finding the forks with a fresh pair of eyes there. Probably. read more

This place sucks only are they as ghetto as could be but they are dirty as could be the management there sucks not for one minute does anybody seem to care about the customer only about themselve.... don't eat there you do not even want to begin to know how their food is cooked all the females there do is gossip and talk about the problems that they have if you only knew the things that I saw the dirty there it would make you think twice about eating out I give this place a negative 5... Obviously the owner does not care about his establishment for people to order their they must have pure insanity... It looks like the girls are going up and down the stripper pole in the back of the store on a good day you'll get a clean non smelling restroom.. I can't say this enough the manager there the assistant manager there and the general manager there all are poor excuses as management if I could pay somebody to not eat there I would why would I be in somebody's pocket but doesn't even care about us or what we're eating whoever told him that they are doing a good job lied read more

I would give it no stars but I have to choose one. This location needs to be shut down. The first time I went had a bad experience they have no adults working there its a bunch of teenagers that don't know what customer service is, which is acceptable there young and it might be there first job. They need to be trained better. Food took for ever an hour wait for something that takes 20 mins. Stop going to this location for like 5 years because this. Went again wanted to give it a try it was even worse the cashier was really rude, she was talking bad about a customer in front of me .also one of the employee was on his break and vaping inside the store at one of the dinning tables. Totally unacceptable. This location needs a whole new team with adults that can supervise and train the teenagers. read more

First off let me say this location has great employees and sucky employees. I am a regular employee who comes 1 a week an there are 4 girls who are always polite they are tianna, Serena , brijona and Sam make sure you ask if they are working they give the best service. But the others don't . This new manager Lisa Garcia is horrible . She has a stank ass attitude , she doesn't know how to speak to customers. She touches food with her bare hands no glove and doesn't wash them often. She's lazy and hardly cleans . They need to get ride of her cause she's been a mistake since she's been there . I hope this helps be waer the manage messes up on orders and doesn't like to fix or give refunds on orders she messed up on. If she makes your food make her wear a glove she's unsanitary !!! read more

Wingstop never disappoints! The wings came out hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy--exactly what I was craving. The flavor choices are amazing (Garlic Parmesan and Lemon Pepper are my go-tos), and every bite was packed with flavor. The fries are seriously underrated too--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just right. Add the ranch on the side and you've got the perfect combo. Service was quick, friendly, and my order was spot-on. The place was clean and had a chill vibe, which made waiting for my food super easy. If you're a wing lover, this is hands-down the spot. Not only that, the bread was super dry and crispy. When I called to make a complaint they said they can only offer me a discount going forward and then the woman on the phone told me that the bread had just come out of the oven and then laughed and hung up on me and I called the store four times following that phone call with no answer. So I called from a block number and got an answer right away and argued with a gentleman for about 20 minutes about the quality of their subs and their customer service they refused to give me a refund, told me that it was not possible. They told me that they tried their best on the quality of the subs and the man also informed me that the bread was not in fact just out of the oven and that they try their best These subs were the driest subs I've ever had and I wouldn't have spent $90 on sandwiches if I had known that they would have come in way below satisfactory I'm definitely not happy with my purchase.
