The food is mediocre. Service is okay/mediocre. Ambiance is so mediocre. It's not great, not terrible, it's just average wings.

This place is a joke. We have ordered from this specific location 2 times and both have been extremely tragic. First time we ordered 3 10 piece meals with corn and a brownie. WE PLACED THE ORDER ON LINE and said it would be ready within 45 minutes. We waited an hour before we left (seeing how we only live 7 minutes away) and our food was still NOT READY. The line was literally outside the door and jammed inside with customers experiencing the same issues. After waiting for 23 minutes our food was finally ready. BUT to our surprise there was no corn and no brownies. OUR mistake for not checking before we left but they should ALL be accountable. Second time we went the order was purchased online again, and when we arrived there were about 17 people inside the building and 5/6 people outside waiting for their orders. We got our food and returned home AGAIN they forgot 5 extra wings and even gave us the wrong flavors!! They have the man power and cooks so that shouldn't be the issue. Janet said we could come back but we were extremely hungry and left it like that. Worst experience I've ever had ordering online !You've ordered your food and it says it's ready for pick up but once you get there , the line is out to the parking lot and you can't get in due to a maximum capacity . So you wait in line till your foods cold or either they remake your order cause it didn't get "printed " but either way your food is still cold ! I was on hold for 10 minutes and I asked my mother to call to see if they would place her on hold . She called and right away they took her order . Which makes no sense !!!!! 2. It's a chain, so the food will pretty much taste the same as the other ones. But, look at the reviews and see a pervasive theme of poor service at this location. Absolutely the slowest imaginable. It's a small team of people that just don't care. Slovenly dressed, shirts half tucked in, baseball hats half off... They don't care about what image they project and they don't care about your experience here. I know you're craving some wings. But, you'll only leave here disappointed. Seems to me like no one is in charge here. They could have just told me to come an hour later instead of just waiting here. Went here for the last time two months ago. I can't even trust Wing Stop as a company. I placed an order at 2:30 PM for pickup at 6:30 PM. When I got there at 6:25 PM they told me it would be another 25 to 30 minutes! That's horrible! When I asked why, they could only tell me because they had a lot of orders. That's piss poor planning, management and customer service! And when I complained to corporate, all they sent was a letter with a $5 gift card! For anyone in Perris looking for wings, there are two Wing Stop locations in MoVal and one in Riverside off Van Buren that have better staff than this one. Awful wings!! The fat wasn't rendered, so it tasted like rubbery, boiled skin with fat attached. One piece in our box, looked like someone ate part of it before they packed it. This is by far the worst Wingstop ever. Every single time I come here my order is never ready.(I order through the app) I leave my house 10 minutes after the time given and still it is never ready. Order was suppose to be ready at 5:17PM and it is now 5:44PM. Almost half an hour wait and there are only 3 people on staff.
