Update from 3 years ago, (Update, 3 years later) I have returned a couple times after my initial review and seen an improvement, moving at a 'snails pace'. I actually started going to the Wingstop in Menifee (couple miles further), for better hospitality. I went last weekend to the Perris store and was surprised to see the big improvements on personnel, hospitality, and quality of the food. This store has really step their 'game up'! I hope it remains this way, with the only changes being improvements. I did not get any names (I should have) but the one in charge (long hair and a beard) was enthusiastically polite and so was one of the cooks ( short Hispanic gentleman) that came to the front to assist. Being friendly with the customers can go a 'long way'. Only review brl (Old Review, 3 years ago) The food was ok, service was good. This is the first Wing Stop that I ever been to that don't give military discount; even the one I went to in the 'woods of Ingle' (Inglewood, CA) give military discount. If you order from here, make sure you have at least an hour to wait no matter what the estimated wait time says. The staff is also horrible. They just let the phone ring or pick it up and hang up so they don't have to take orders. I've witnessed them do this every single time I am waiting inside. Everytime I order food from the Perris Wingstop my food is always wrong. I get all the way home just to find out an item or two is missing and I have to drive back. It's always 45 minutes to an hour later than the online order says. I've asked to speak to a manager but they don't help. After my previous experiences with the Moreno Valley location I just didn't think it could get any worse. Yep this Perris wingstop is the worse, the Louisiana rub wasn't rubbed at all. It was under cooked to the point that one side of the was doughy and stuck to my fingers. Also the lemon pepper was so watered down that you could not identify the flavor at all, and I don't quite know why I ALWAYS seem to get the cold crumbs and ends of the fries.
