I just love Wingstop in general. The food is generally the same from all locations. One time I got undercooked wings but I was too lazy to drive back. Instead, I popped them in the oven for 15 minutes to finish them off. Kinda liked the way the sauce cooked into the wings after that. However, from now on.. I always order my wings 'Well-Done' just to be safe. The service is spotty and sometimes my order can get complicated so I just order online and by the time I get there, it's ready to be picked up. Whenever I come to this location I know that there will be a wait so I order online. I didn't have time to order online so I walked in, there were 2 people in front of me, about 4 parties waiting around for their orders and about 3 occupied tables. The dining room was a bit messy but that's expected on a Saturday afternoon. I ordered the chicken strip special which included 3 strips, fries and drink for $5.99. I hear the girl at the register tell the party in front of me the wait would be 15 mins. I wait and wait and wait, 20 minutes pass and the lady that had ordered ahead of me got impatient and asked for a refund, the girl at the counter makes eye contact with me and tells me she's waiting for fries. So I wait some more, finally about 30 minutes later I have my order. I drive home about 3 minutes away, ready to finally enjoy my meal... well, those fries and strips I patiently waited for were cold and stale. The fries went in the trash and the only hot thing in my order was the side of cheese sauce I ordered. Basically, the food had been laying around probably for forever before it was given to me. Love me some wingstop! I don't have too much to negatively say about this location. I do however recommend coming here before five. I've noticed that the later in the day we go, the smaller the bone in wings are. I do also recommend if you order to go, definitely double check that you have everything you ordered. My husband has to find out from the cashier that he was "never checked in.." meaning to say that once he pays is when the order starts? Tonight at Wingstop was very eventful to say the least. I ordered online around 7:40 and they stated it would be ready in 18 minutes...knowing sometimes they are slow I got there around 8:05. No one was at the register so a line started to form. When I finally got to the front my order wasnt ready...so i proceed to wait like everyone else. They do not answer their phones, I've been hung up on repeatedly and now they have an answering service that tells you they are experiencing a high call volume, that you should order online and then hangs up on you. My order is in the bag. Didn't bother checking. Because I trusted they would do their job. When I got home I got HALF COOKED FRIES/ WINGS WITH BONES and NOT CRISPY AT ALL!!!
