Thank you, Wingstop for great food and great service yesterday evening. Especially to a taller guy who was just on point with everything. Sometimes it's hit or miss so I wanted to truly say thanks. read more

Service is not as great... me and my boyfriend ordered over the phone and they were out of our drink not only that but they didn't care to stock it after we mentioned it . I get it I work at a restaurant as well but it only takes like 2 seconds to restock . read more

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. The way I was treated was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I came in expecting basic courtesy and respect, but instead I left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but there is no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how customers are being treated. Walk in the employ's talking on the phone and look at me don't acknowledge me and continue like I wasn't even there . I ask for my order and they respond rude and annoyed read more

Long wait time. Small portions. High price. Sorry but 3 strikes and you're out. Would not recommend I ordered the 3 chicken tender & fries meal. Sitting inside 40+ minutes before getting food. They look understaffed Food was pretty decent though read more

Eh worst location I've ordered at. We've ordered on the website for delivery at work. There was no communication when the food was dropped off so we waited a whole hour because we never received her food. Lack of communication with staff because we did not know where our food was when we called the store front. So now whenever we would like to order we now have to opt for pick up read more

It's a great place order great variety of foods love you the fires great spicy chicken not too crowded tyeyvha variety of different flavors friendly great customers service read more

LOL I love wingstop (their ranch is ELITE) but they messed our Uber Eats delivery order biiiig time: Although they got our order of: Chicken Sandwich, lemon pepper wings, louisiana voodoo fries, and cajun fried corn right, the other wing flavors we ordered which were of the korean bbq wings, hot honey rub wings, the meltdown wings, and crunch time wings were actually ALL instead lemon pepper?? Hahah I mean we love lemon pepper so we didn't mind that much but still My partner and I still loved our meal but yeah, lol. Anyways tasty cajun corn tip: dip the corn in their delicious ranch. TRUST US. SO GOOD. read more

I'll pass on returning to this Wing Stop. This the second time I came in ready to order and the employees are just chatting no acknowledgment. I'm just standing there so I walked out... and when they do come to the register it's like I'm bothering them. They need to be retrained on customer service. I can't have people with attitudes making my food or taking the order. Also the restaurant wasn't busy both times... bad business . read more

Poor customer service!! Female at the register for pick up was very abrasive when I asked about the order as I checked it before I left the store. She was immediately defensive & dismissive. I asked her to calm down & explained u was just asking & checking my order. She was kinder to the next person that came in to place an order. read more

Wing Shop blasts its music so loud wecan hear it over ear buds and other music in neighboring building. Staff at wing stop says Manager has met to the access to music. This is not a one-off. It's everyday. Rude!!! Don't buy from them! read more

Im gonna be honest just left kind of scared to eat my $75 worth of food and I cant get two cups but a other customers clearly walked in with no cups NO CUPS in their hands prior and got two cups one being a king size cup and a medium cup. Wingstop wants to compete in the chicken sandwich wars, and came out with a chicken sandwich that is a lot like the others in the chicken sandwich wars, but with a big difference, the sandwich is available in 11 different flavors or Plain. Flavored by sauces or dry rubs that range from low-heat Lemon Pepper to high-heat Atomic. All the sandwiches are made with toasted buns and topped with pickle chips. I think it's the best Chicken Sandwich in the FF Chicken Sandwich game. Unfortunately, it was only around a week or two until - Thanks to all the love from our fans, the new Chicken Sandwich is sold out nationwide but don't worry, we're working hard to bring it back soon. I can make so many comments on this but they have so many other issues. Spicy Korean ($5.49) https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wingstop-pasadena-3?select=pACdUauhf83pm89mrOPqqg Ginger, garlic, sriracha, and crushed red pepper create the perfect balance of sweet and spicy https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wingstop-pasadena-3?select=NuMg6HR7Q74rEtIHstUqNg not much spiciness but great sweet/heat flavor. 5-Stars Louisiana Rub ($5.49) https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wingstop-pasadena-3?select=OciWkQksxXOTohI-hVYDCw A crispy, spiced dry rub, with a distinctly Cajun drawl. https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wingstop-pasadena-3?select=y0ExfwtSvjYsHWOXFcu2dA nice dry-rub with a little heat and great flavor, really nice size piece of Chicken nicely fried. 5-Stars Fries https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/wingstop-pasadena-3?select=lIuZ8jBPehiVB5nut5jFDg nicely fried and seasoned. 5 Star food, 3 Star review what gives? It was one of those 105+ degree days, maybe it was just too HOT? but the lady taking the order really gave the attitude like she didn't want to be there I won't go into further detail on that. They have one of those "Freestyle Coke" Machines that give you 100+ flavor choices, well it seemed like half of the choices were NOT available, another think that was NOT available on the 105+ Degree Day was ICE, the Machine had NO ICE!! I understand things can happen, but it's how you react to situations, how about send someone to the store and buy some ice for your paying customers. Food took just under an HOUR and all I have to bide time is a warm soda! It was entertaining to listen to EVERY customer who came to pick up orders complain how the order was not ready on time and NO ICE, I think some of them were "Uber-Eats" or similar delivery drivers. read more

Never really liked this location. The staff there are quite rude. Came here on Sunday and they looked like they wanted their job. I mean, I guess but throw a smize here and there. Tried to redeem and cookie for checking in but the girl at the counter just said, "yea, we don't sell cookies here". Could have said it nicer? I don't know. There's plenty of parking here because it in the plaza where Food4Less is at. I'll only come here if I'm that desperate for wings. The fries are not even good. They're sad and soggy. read more

Decent spot to stop and get wings. I haven't been to a wing stop on a few years so I was surprised to see that they have various different meal sizes. I ordered a bone in 6 piece combo comes with choice of veggie sticks (carrots and celery) or fries. I requested two flavors mango habanero and garlic Parmesan) the fries and a drink. Six piece is the perfect size to satiate an appetite. Wing stop wings in general are pretty decent- nothing to write home about. But they get the wing craving fixed. The restaurants ambiance is laid back, there are a few indoor dining tables available. The staff at this location are very friendly and accommodating. There were a few items missing from my order which they remedied upon noticing. Plenty of parking in the parking lot. read more

I stopped by after work to pick up a late night order. The store was clean and the service was amazing. Brandon assisted me with my order, he was helpful, kind and patient. Good customer service Ashley! friendly..and the food was delicious. We'll be coming back

It's Wingstop! The food is good for what you're getting. The people are respectful and do their job. There's not more you can ask or expect.

I've ordered from this location for years. At least for last few years, it is ALWAYS spot on. The wings are always delicious. Like always. Quick service and they also always get my to go app orders correct. read more

shit service. placed my order at 7:40... got here at 8. And it's already 8:30 and no food! Employees are arguing in the back, ghetto af employees. Update: Got the food. No sauce! I got lemon pepper & mild sauce. Both flavors, no sauce/seasoning. Tasted like plain wings... I threw them out. Hopefully they will give me a refund. read more

Walked in an instantly got attended by Zachariah, he's very nice any respectful super fast service. Great flavor wing, mango habanero are my favorite flavor, also the wings are very delicious too!! read more

This place is a complete hell. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. They sell a bunch of product and there's no notice that they're out of something. There's a vicious cycle of them not being set up and then in turn customers get pissed at these kids and the kids don't give a fuck because moral is low. They should close this place down because what's the point of you can't do a good job. All of the last 5 star reviews look like coworkers pumping up their ratings. Check your order because they don't check that everything is there. I assure you're always gonna be missing something. Don't support this place. Make your own wings. Mix equal part butter with hot sauce and roast wings on a roasting rack for 45 minutes at 375. Let them rest in order to crisp them up because if you don't, all that work of crispy wings goes out the window. You basically get shitty Wing Stop Wings. Unless you like that. read more

Very fast service food was fresh and ready when I picked up. Zach was very helpful and polite ver professional.

HORRIBLE!! The most incompetent people work here. I can't wait til they are replaced by robots in a couple of years. I made a horrible mistake coming back here today! I was starving and thought I'd give it another try. The wings tasted off to me and about an hour later I was sick! I've got food poisoning. Do Not go to this location! read more

Seriously made me wait 35 minutes as a walk in order for a 10piece with fries. Every time I go here it's small wings too. The entire time my order was sitting on the shelf in the kitchen not being brought out. I told the girl when she finally brought it up that I've been waiting for 35 minutes and she says "i know". Disappointed to say the least. read more

I just opened the bag, and cannot believe they did not pack the fries and veggie sticks that I ordered. Only the wings were inside and they sealed it with the sticker so I find their error after getting home, no wonder they have such a bad rating on Yelp. These people suck ! read more

Wingstop - Got the receipt ! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pasadena, California

I have been a fan of Wingstop since the start, the Lake Location has been my go to spot since they opened. Recently the service there has been horrible! The orders are always wrong and when you try to correct the issue they disregard or even flat out lie . Sadly last night was my worst experience . The fountain drink machine was down and they had no drinks available. They still charged me for a drink . The lady who answered the phone was speaking to me in such a rude manner when I was making my phone order , it got even worse when I went to pick up my food. The heavier set lady was rude, talking to other employees as I asked questions about the bill. So much attitude and lack of regard for customers . The other girl was working her tail off, hats off to her, she is the only reason I gave this place one star read more

This wingstop doesn't season their fries, and when they do there is barely any seasoning, ordering the lemon pepper fries never disappoint because they have a lot of seasoning, and when ordering on the app there's a choice to put fry seasoning and Cajun seasoning when picking either of those options for your fries you get no seasoning, do better wingstop, this is a review to fix this issue read more
