I can't tell if the staff is on medication or they just like to be clueless. The female at the front seemed like a Xanax Ambien zombie. It's like talking to a robot. It's possible that I arrived when they were just finished having a busy day. I walked up to the counter after she nodded and asked me what I wanted. She stared at me at me for a a few seconds as if waiting for my order, so I started to give her my order. I called out the order, "One combo with 10 pieces" and she just rerouted the conversation to a robotic form of questions. "Will this be for here or take out?... Now what would you like to order?"... Im thinking to myself, "Are you stupid? I just gave you my order for one person". Ok I'll roll with it. I just went it and realized that she is under the false impression that everyone and their mama comes to Wingstop. So for all you newbies to this Wingstop, prepare to feel stupid because "you're supposed to know how to order, even if you've never been here". I can only say from experience that the atomic sauce is sooo hot but the rest are mediocre, even the one directly underneath is not very spicy. (Granted, I have a pretty high tolerance for spice.) The wings were not spicy at all. In fact, the mango habanero wings were all sweet and no heat. The cheese fries were soaked in cheez whiz. Processed cheese product can be fun from time to time, but there was no need for the fries to be swimming. Service was excellent, though. read more

TL;DR: Garlic Parmesan: no garlic, dry rub, not good. Smoke9: okay, plain, dry rub. Hickory smoked BBQ: nothing new, just wings with BBQ sauce. Classic wings- good texture/moist meat, Boneless- mostly crisp instead of meat. Wouldn't try again. Pickup order, so this review is based solely on taste. We ordered 20 wings, 5 classic/15 boneless, in 3 flavors: classic garlic parmesan, boneless Smoke9, and boneless hickory smoked BBQ. The total was $16.99 before tax, but they have a .60 cent boneless wings special on Mondays and Tuesdays if you want to try a couple out and regret it. The garlic parmesan was horrible, and was more like a dry rub. Didn't taste the garlic, and it seemed like they rubbed parmesan crumbles on one side, and the other side of the wings were plain. The Smoke9 was a dry rub as well, but was still pretty plain, although we liked them most of the 3 choices. We dipped them in honey and it helped make it taste better. The hickory smoked BBQ tasted like what you could get anywhere, even bought in a bag at the nearest Target for a fourth the price. In the classic wings, the meat was moist, and has a good crisp texture, but in the boneless wings, many were mostly breading and had little meat. If you've got a craving for wings, I'd check out the Buffalo Wild Wings in Daly City. :) read more

Wings are usually on the overcooked side, service could be faster, and not sure what the reason is, but sometimes when I order cheese fries the potatoes taste sweet, which in my opinion doesn't go together. But, it is nice to have a place in Milbrae open past 9 or 10 PM other than just Asian restaurants. read more

Been meaning to try Wingstop since I'm a somewhat passionate wing person. Since I was in the neighborhood after a stop at Citibank (don't bank there) and Cheryl at the office suggested I bring back the 30 wing deal for the office (I didn't - a bunch of my office went out for dim sum today and didn't invite me so no wings for you guys ...lol) because I usually grab her a "GoCup" of hot wings/wedges from the nearby KFC when I grab one - guilty pleasure ... lest I digress - so yes, it's easy parking, the menu was somewhat confusing and the counter girl was linguistically kind of hard to understand ... I went for the 8 wing lunch thing to go and had original hot and Cajun wings lunch to go. Great that sports are on the well-situated flat screens and yes the multiple choice soda machine is great although it took me awhile to figure out how to get ice even though I've used these at "5 Guys" before - Since this was the pop of my Wingstop cherry, I wasn't sure what my order was consisting of and I thought the sauces counter girl alluded to were for a side salad or celery to dip, so I ordered honey mustard but much to my chagrin I discovered when I got back to the office that the function of the sauce was most likely to dip the wings (dumas) so I would have gotten blue cheese and where is the celery? Isn't it kind of "de riguer" to get celery sticks with wings? So I was thinking that this was all rather pricey and I am going out to dinner this evening so the GoCup for $2.50 close by would have been a better choice ... HOWEVER - the fries were pretty good, the wings were all the mini-drumstick type, the wings were nicely deep deep fried, kind of like Chili's but perhaps better so yes you get what you pay for and I think I would go here again, likely try the Mon/Tue boneless wing deal and to me this is kind of like "5 Guys (burgers)" of chicken wings. A cut above and from skimming the other reviews, this location is the bomb of Wingstops so that's cool - And after skimming some of the other reviews, I want to try some of the other flavors and I'm okay~la with the wait as we all want our wings freshly fried and indeed they were, so perhaps I should increase to 4 stars but -minus 1 for no celery ... maybe when I go again and I'm happy, I will give them the 4th star then ... okay now on the Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki at Bashamichi Japanese Bistro ... read more

Wow first time for me at this location and it was truly a bad experience. The Louisiana style wings were so salty they were inedible. The original wings was ok but soggy and the Parmesan was actually good. The fries tasted as if they were cooked in old oil.
