The employees are awesome. They give you a lot of fries with the little size ! Just an awesome group of people getting the job done right and correctly thanks guys! Of course the food is delicious

One of the smaller locations that I have seen. As usual, I got my fill of their complimentary peanuts. I ordered a hog dog for the very first time. It was ok IMHO, nothing extraordinary. I'm going to stick to getting their hamburgers in the future. One note is that they were very generous with the fries!

Following my first (and what had previously been my only) trip to Five Guys years ago, I'd long wondered if I should go back and give them a second chance. My experience was disappointing, but considering how so many people seem to like them, I've always figured I should go back just to see if my opinion would be any different after all of this time. And I have to say - it has. Though it's still not as glowing as how others seem to feel, it's safe to say my most recent meal was far more successful! If you've never been, Five Guys is like a cross between Shake Shack and In N Out. Like the former, the burgers here are a step above your traditional fast food joint, but the style of their food is more classic, like the latter. The menu is also a little more varied, as they offer burgers in both regular and "little" sizes, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, and milkshakes. Remembering my friend's advice in the past that Five Guys' "little" portions are actually regular sized at most other places, I opted to get the LITTLE BACON CHEESEBURGER ($9.29) and LITTLE FRIES ($4.39), so as not to entirely destroy my waistline. Compared to my first meal at Five Guys (in Sunnyvale, if that matters), my burger here was far more enjoyable. Whereas my first one was incredibly greasy (even on the outside of the foil...), this one wasn't nearly as bad. The patty was fairly juicy, the veggies were crisp and refreshing, the bacon was actually decently crispy, and the buns didn't get soggy just a few bites in again. That being said, the fries were just awful. The portion was generous, but how much of a plus is that when they are so mealy and limp? Sure, it's not easy to get fresh fries super crispy, especially when they are cut slightly thicker like these, but I ended up tossing about half of the order (though, to be fair, I wasn't planning on finishing it regardless). Beyond the food, possibly the biggest thing Five Guys has going for them is their late night hours. Given how most places around here close relatively early, the fact that they're open until 10pm is almost a godsend, as there aren't a ton of options in Burlingame or nearby Millbrae. Otherwise, despite how much more successful this meal went, I don't know if I have a compelling reason to come back. The burger makes a return viable, as it's a pretty solid value for the money, but it's not particularly unique either. Plus, the fries are just so bad!

I had five guys burgers in the past and they are pretty good. The cool thing about it they don't charge toppings and you get to customize which ones you want on your burger and believe on the hot dogs as well. I usually get the little burger cause the big burger is huge and get fries on the side. Everything is cooked fresh and fries are used in peanut oil. Plus, you get complimentary peanuts while waiting for your order to be ready. It's a cool vibe almost like In N Out but franchised.

It seems that it's been forever since I had eaten at a Five Guys burger shop. I had not eaten the whole day and it was nearly 6 PM and I was overdue for a nice meal. I was just walking through the neighborhood and saw the Five Guys and thought: "it's time"! I ordered a simple cheeseburger with all the ingredients I wanted and a small order of fries. The restaurant wasn't busy and my burger and fries were delivered quickly and, as always, or perfectly cooked and delicious. It reminded me to not wait so long between visits to a Five Guys!

Five Guys is one of my favorite fast food burger joints for the toppings if nothing else! The selection is huge and you can pick as many as you'd like, but some of the standouts for me include the grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, jalapeños, hot sauce, and A1 sauce. The Little Hamburger comes with a single patty (which is plenty), along with a selection of toppings, all on a soft bun that can get gooey with all the juicy fillings. And the restaurant also offered unlimited shell-on peanuts, which made for a nice earthy snack to go along with the burgers, fries, and shakes!

My first time trying five guys and wow first off the price is a lot compared to other burger places. My boyfriend and I both got "little" cheeseburgers. I would say they were the size of regular burgers. We also got a large Cajun fries but we were not expecting it to come in a cup so it was a lot of fries and there was even some in the bag! Yeah

    What a waste of food

This visit, we ordered the "Double Beef," packed with pastrami, corned beef, coleslaw, and Russian dressing on sourdough. Sooo good. The sandwich is loaded with flavor, and they're incredibly generous with the meat. It's huge -- definitely made to share... or not! The original Little Lucca's in South San Francisco is legendary, so we're so happy they opened another location in Burlingame. It absolutely lives up to the hype. Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, making it an easy stop. The staff is efficient, friendly, and clearly knows their sandwiches. If I have to designate a "meibutsu" to Burlingame, it'd be Little Lucca. Came here on a random Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend, slightly after lunch and it was still PACKED to the brim. Super organized winding line and you can tell it's regulars who are grabbing lunches and who have already put in big orders through the phone. Local favorite and easily can see why. The specialty is their original garlic sauce from the 1980's and their comically huge sandwiches. The other must is to get their Dutch Crunch since it's a more unique bread that isn't commonly offered elsewhere. To be honest, this was the first time I've even heard of this bread. Also TRIGGER WARNING, skip over this part if you fear medical maladies or body horror, but the texture of this bread reminds me of scaled diabetic calves from my time working in the hospital. Disturbing random thought I had, but the sandwiches are delicious! Toasted to perfection, slathered in sauce, super huge. You can always build your own sandwich, but I'm no expert and it's always best to let the real sandwich artisans do their jobs. Cannot go wrong with their turkey sandwich if you like a Thanksgiving taste and Lucca Combo (anything with their titular title in the name, is a solid choice). Even after awhile, the sandwich was pretty good! If I have to stop by next time, I'll make sure to get another sandwich.

Lots of sandwich and salad options, as well as a smattering of breakfast burrito varieties, all with vegetarian options too. While I didn't love the roast beef sando my wife enjoyed (mostly because I don't enjoy roast beef), the breakfast burrito was delicious, and large enough to easily make for two breakfast/lunch portions. They're located in the back of a small business park and can be a little hard to find if you're just following GPS guidance, so keep an eye out for the sign they've set out near one of the driveway entrances from the main street. Ordering in the cafe is via kiosk, so you might as well save yourself some time and just order online, since it's all the same system. Accessibility: The inside is basically just some ordering kiosks and a pickup counter, with several small two tops outside, so accessible enough.

I'd suggest the business owners have a talk to her about her personality and mood. One time she talked about my elderly father & made him feel bad - he didn't want to come back and said she's mean. Another time I asked her a simple question about a donut and felt like I was being scolded by my mom about frickin donuts! Talk about kill joy... who gets riled up about donuts?!
