    hamburger (right), pink lemonade
    Ashlee L.

Circled SF for 25 mins trying to find a parking spot for dinner but had no luck so we gave up and went to innout instead. Innout never fails to satisfy me. My go to is a hamburger with grilled onions and fries with spread. I tried the lite pink lemonade today too since we came after a hike and I was really thirsty. It tasted really artificial and still sweet though, so I didn't really like it unfortunately. Burger was sooo good tho!

The buns of the burgers were a bit burnt so they tasted a bit bitter. Fries had lots of salt on them. The water really tasted bad and smelled like the cleaning liquid use in bathrooms. I would still go to in-N-out Burgers just not this location. I think In-N-Out still has the best burgers.

The busiest Store in bay area. It is always a long line for drive through and parking could be challange. I usually just do walk in and order to go at cashier or eat in. Service is very quick if we order inside. The store is same layout as other store in Bay area except the one in pier 39 if I am not mistaken. Quality is same for stores. I always order with double double meal or cheese burger meal. I always get well done fris. I like the crispy of the fries eventhough I know it is not healthy for "double fry" fries. For burger I always get it from In-N-Out when i sm craving for one. It is light and not overwhelming. The best part is , it is yummy.

In'N'Out IMO has the best hamburgers. It was my favorite burger fast food restaurant when I lived in the Bay Area. . I usually ordered a double double, fries well done and a drink. Either a shake or soft drink. Over 400+ restaurants in CA. Burger to perfection. Also, look up the different ways to build your burger. I'm in withdrawal not able to eat my favorite burger. Not all is lost where Corporate will have an East Coast headquarters saying will be open 2026 in Nashville, TN. All stores have the same layout with very clean stores. Service is mostly quick unless you hit long lines. If you fly into SFO nearest one is 1 exit away in Millbrae. Also a BART station in Millbrae.

very nice millbrae in n out location, perfect for driving to and from sf. the food's pretty good, nothing too different from other in n out burgers. Fairly fast service with getting our burgers!

Its always busy here but its because its the BEST! burgers are always fresh and they pump them out fast. I always have to stop by before/after a flight since its right by the airport and my mother's house. The animal style burger was perfect. Gotta have the chile peppers on the side too. In n out will never get old

Hangry when landing at SFO after a long flight, and needing sustenance before a long drive home? In-N-Out in Millbrae to the rescue! It was storming out and the drive-thru line looked insane, so we braved the monsoon rain and wind to order inside. So many other people had the same idea, as evidenced by all the suitcases. The bright and cheery staff moved the inside line along quickly, and despite them being BUSY, our food came out quickly and accurately. For me: #2 For him: double-double protein style and a single cheeseburger, plus fries We collected our food and two car trays, and were on our way. Consistently delicious! And they now use paper straws...nice thick ones that last!

Drive thru was fast and friendly--very well managed. I got the cheeseburger with grilled onions, animal fries and strawberry shake. Really amazed by the quality of the ingredients compared to the value. Perfect post-flight meal.

Super crowded. Foods came out pretty fast and good. Pretty roomy. Parking can be a challenge. I do recommend this place.

double double + cheeseburger both with extra lettuce, extra tomato, whole grilled onions, chopped chilis

Can't go wrong with a classic! The burgers are consistent and the milkshakes are delicious. I especially appreciate how close this location is to SFO. I've stopped by a few times recently after picking up friends who moved out of state. First stop? In-N-Out, of course. The drive-thru moves pretty efficiently, but it's usually packed. It's faster to just head inside and order. My go-to order is a cheeseburger with extra lettuce and tomato, whole grilled onions, and chopped chilis. This time we also grabbed two pup patties for my dog ($2 each) and a chocolate milkshake: thick, creamy, and best enjoyed with a spoon so don't forget to ask for one! Fries can be hit or miss, sometimes not hot or crispy enough. Still, I always leave satiated. Nothing beats an In-N-Out burger fix.

    Drive thru service was efficient

I really tried--three times, in fact--to understand the hype around In-N-Out Burger, but unfortunately, I just don't get it. First, the French fries were completely inedible--if I had to compare them to anything, it would be cardboard, both in texture and taste. As for the burgers, with or without cheese, they were disappointingly bland and lacked any real flavor. Sadly, this just isn't for me, and I won't be returning.

Always a good place to eat. I always enjoy it when in town. This restaurant is super busy and packed. But they are pretty fast. Would go again.

The line is always smooth flowing at this spot. The car wash, gas stations and other food outlets next door do make it a little crowded. But there are worse locations.

This food truck serves burgers, tacos, and quesadillas, pretty much a microcosm of what people usually eat in the Bay Area -- and what is actually missing in Millbrae because of the concentration of Asian food. It's also quite a high tech food truck, where you order via a giant touch screen. The folks who work the truck are nice, the only downside is that you can't eat the food right there, so it's always a bit cold by the time I get home. The food usually hits the spot, so I can only imagine if I could have it fresh off the grill! The competition between food trucks is pretty high here, so I'm not surprised by the caliber of the food at this truck. It's just such a curious location.

We ordered the cheesesteak, the Giants Burger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. The cheesesteak was absolutely delicious--packed with flavor and cooked just right. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned, making them the perfect side. The chocolate milkshake was one of the highlights of the meal. They make it with Mitchell's Ice Cream, and if you're from the Bay Area, you already know that's a huge plus. It was extra thick, rich, and creamy--exactly how a great milkshake should be. The Giants Burger was another standout. We asked for it medium, and it came out perfectly cooked. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and everything you'd want from a quality burger. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. Great food, fast service, and generous portions in a laid-back atmosphere. If you're craving a quality burger, cheesesteak, or milkshake, Big Mouth Burger is definitely worth checking out. Easy 10/10--I'll definitely be coming back.

The parmesan garlic fries had good flavor but were too oily for our liking. For drinks, we got a blonde bombshell shake which was vanilla with strawberry drizzle around the glass. Once you bite into their burger, which I will describe as one very juicy and authentic tasting beef burger. Some say it's very oily, but to me it's juicy because of the added cheddar cheese which melts in between the beef patties, so you'll need extra napkins/tissue papers to eat this. Their super burger is quite big that you can get two servings out of ordering just one, or you can have their mini burger. The fries are cooked just right, they have the regular, garlic fries with cheddar or jalapeño cheddar fries. I like that they don't put too much garlic so that it does not over power the taste of the fries. And their shakes are not too sweet. The cookies and cream shakes is my favorite. They also have seasonal shakes which I will try next time I have a craving for a burger. I like that they provide homemade crunchy dill pickles if you prefer it with your burger. As for drinks, I prefer their lemonade. My experience with their service is that the workers there are always nice, friendly and polite.
