The busiest Store in bay area. It is always a long line for drive through and parking could be challange. I usually just do walk in and order to go at cashier or eat in. Service is very quick if we order inside. The store is same layout as other store in Bay area except the one in pier 39 if I am not mistaken. Quality is same for stores. I always order with double double meal or cheese burger meal. I always get well done fris. I like the crispy of the fries eventhough I know it is not healthy for "double fry" fries. For burger I always get it from In-N-Out when i sm craving for one. It is light and not overwhelming. The best part is , it is yummy.

In'N'Out IMO has the best hamburgers. It was my favorite burger fast food restaurant when I lived in the Bay Area. . I usually ordered a double double, fries well done and a drink. Either a shake or soft drink. Over 400+ restaurants in CA. Burger to perfection. Also, look up the different ways to build your burger. I'm in withdrawal not able to eat my favorite burger. Not all is lost where Corporate will have an East Coast headquarters saying will be open 2026 in Nashville, TN. All stores have the same layout with very clean stores. Service is mostly quick unless you hit long lines. If you fly into SFO nearest one is 1 exit away in Millbrae. Also a BART station in Millbrae.

very nice millbrae in n out location, perfect for driving to and from sf. the food's pretty good, nothing too different from other in n out burgers. Fairly fast service with getting our burgers!

Its always busy here but its because its the BEST! burgers are always fresh and they pump them out fast. I always have to stop by before/after a flight since its right by the airport and my mother's house. The animal style burger was perfect. Gotta have the chile peppers on the side too. In n out will never get old

Hangry when landing at SFO after a long flight, and needing sustenance before a long drive home? In-N-Out in Millbrae to the rescue! It was storming out and the drive-thru line looked insane, so we braved the monsoon rain and wind to order inside. So many other people had the same idea, as evidenced by all the suitcases. The bright and cheery staff moved the inside line along quickly, and despite them being BUSY, our food came out quickly and accurately. For me: #2 For him: double-double protein style and a single cheeseburger, plus fries We collected our food and two car trays, and were on our way. Consistently delicious! And they now use paper straws...nice thick ones that last!

Drive thru was fast and friendly--very well managed. I got the cheeseburger with grilled onions, animal fries and strawberry shake. Really amazed by the quality of the ingredients compared to the value. Perfect post-flight meal.

Can't go wrong with a classic! The burgers are consistent and the milkshakes are delicious. I especially appreciate how close this location is to SFO. I've stopped by a few times recently after picking up friends who moved out of state. First stop? In-N-Out, of course. The drive-thru moves pretty efficiently, but it's usually packed. It's faster to just head inside and order. My go-to order is a cheeseburger with extra lettuce and tomato, whole grilled onions, and chopped chilis. This time we also grabbed two pup patties for my dog ($2 each) and a chocolate milkshake: thick, creamy, and best enjoyed with a spoon so don't forget to ask for one! Fries can be hit or miss, sometimes not hot or crispy enough. Still, I always leave satiated. Nothing beats an In-N-Out burger fix.

I really tried--three times, in fact--to understand the hype around In-N-Out Burger, but unfortunately, I just don't get it. First, the French fries were completely inedible--if I had to compare them to anything, it would be cardboard, both in texture and taste. As for the burgers, with or without cheese, they were disappointingly bland and lacked any real flavor. Sadly, this just isn't for me, and I won't be returning.

I LOVE IN-N-OUT, BUT PLEASE. I crave In-N-Out food a lot and it is truly delicious. It is a great hang out spot and it's a California classic. Although... At the counter, please make sure the person picking up the food has their receipt. I have had my food stolen on multiple occasions by random people, and it makes me wait longer. Please please please just make sure the numbers from the order and the customer's receipt match because people clearly love In-N-Out, especially for "free" by stealing.

Always a good place to eat. I always enjoy it when in town. This restaurant is super busy and packed. But they are pretty fast. Would go again.

The line is always smooth flowing at this spot. The car wash, gas stations and other food outlets next door do make it a little crowded. But there are worse locations.

I go to this place very often! I always get the double double animal style with fries and it only comes out to be 4.90 which is really cheap! I also get the strawberry millshake. Theres always a lot of people but it goes by really quick. Theres some table and a batbroom but theres more tables outside. The guy taking orders was very nice as well.

Two double-double burgers with an order of French Fries.

Always happy to return to In-N-Out. Their burgers never disappoint. Fresh ingredients that are cooked perfectly. Fries, on the other hand, are not so great which I already knew and which is why we ordered just 1. Both of their pink lemonades (sugary and diet) were tasty, too.

Hamburger animal style and regular fries.

This food truck serves burgers, tacos, and quesadillas, pretty much a microcosm of what people usually eat in the Bay Area -- and what is actually missing in Millbrae because of the concentration of Asian food. It's also quite a high tech food truck, where you order via a giant touch screen. The folks who work the truck are nice, the only downside is that you can't eat the food right there, so it's always a bit cold by the time I get home. The food usually hits the spot, so I can only imagine if I could have it fresh off the grill! I got a giants burger in a lettuce wrap, an order of the small mouth burger, kids sliders, and my husband got a big mouth burger. I also wanted to get a couple of cookies n cream milkshakes but sadly, they did not have that flavor, only vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and banana. We opted for a couple of vanilla/chocolate swirls instead. The milkshakes came out first - they were on the thicker side so we had to wait a bit for it to melt first, but otherwise were creamy, sweet, and delicious. The kids enjoyed their meals - the small mouth burger came with additional toppings like pickles and onions on the side. The sliders were plain. My giants burger came out initially with no onion rings but the staff proactively realized their mistake and brought this out to me on the side. However, they also forgot the BBQ sauce that was supposed to come with it, which would have been a nice touch. The patty was a bit on the salty side. All the meals had fries on the side, with the giants burger coming with garlic/parmesan fries.

However, I have to admit that our most recent visit to this particular location now makes it two times that I've been let down. Compared to the Super Duper locations that I've been to in SF (SoMa, FiDi, Marina, and Laurel Village), this one lacks that neighborhood feel to it, but it makes sense given how it's located at Serramonte. That said, with its two long high-top tables, handful of booths, two-tops, and outdoor patio area, this one offers way more seating whether it be for groups large or small. Similarly, the menu not only offers all of Super Duper's usual offerings (burgers, fries, salads, breakfast sandwich, shakes, and soft serve), but it also has featured/seasonal specials as well as the fried chicken sandwiches and tenders from their sister eatery in SF, the Bird. -- TRUFFLE BURGER - Urbani Truffle Butter, Grilled Onions, Portobello Mushrooms, Monterey Jack Cheese, and Super Sauce...$12.50 (Single Patty) Sadly, the taste of the truffle butter wasn't that strong (though, this still felt luscious), but I really liked how well the grilled onions, cheese, and mushrooms worked together. So, as underwhelming as this was as a "truffle burger", this was great as a "mushroom burger". -- GARLIC FRIES Topped with Parmesan Cheese...$4.75 From past experiences, I know this can be hit or miss depending on how garlicky it is and, unfortunately, this was light on garlic. Still, everything else about this was pretty solid. The fries themselves were cooked well and I loved how this was LOADED with Parmesan. -- MINI BURGER with Lettuce, Tomato, Red Onions, Jack Cheese (+$.75), and Bacon (+$1.50)...$7.50 Not as good as other times I've had it, but still not bad. The veggies were fresh and the bun was soft, but the patty didn't feel as juicy this time and didn't have that bit of char either. Also, the bacon was really thin and while the jack cheese was gooey, their cheddar is way better. -- CLASSIC FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH (from the Bird)...$10.75 WTF was this? The one I had at the Bird in SoMa was great; this was not. While we both thought the bun and slaw were fine, the fried chicken was terrible - the batter wasn't crispy (part of it felt almost rubbery/spongy) and the chicken had a sort of stringy texture to it. Despite how convenient this Super Duper may be, especially whenever I'm out this way to do shopping (there's tons of parking), I don't know if/when I would come back again. I certainly won't be getting the fried chicken sandwich again if I do (and perhaps anywhere else), but even the Mini Burger wasn't as satisfying as usual. Given how well all of my past visits have gone, I might just stick to my usual go-to Super Duper in Laurel Village, though I'd still like to check out their recently opened spot in the Inner Sunset. THREE AND A HALF STARS for the two burgers and fries which I would round up for, but rounding down just because of the fried chicken sandwich.
