Greetings to all, this review is on the Food portions and cleanliness of this location: Parking is- B Seating inside is - A Cleanliness- C , and let me explain why, the outside of the building is cleaner than the inside, where you could clearly see food items and papers on the floor in many areas of the restaurant. The first time I came here the Beverage dispenser areas were not clean and had an actual Ant crawling on the Machine itself. The Service was ok and the mild atmosphere was good. Duly noting that when you dine in, the items you bought look better than the ones you get on the go. ( Fries are in smaller portions though) . All in-all , as I have always said , the more help you have the better the Service and upkeep of your restaurant. Big, fat zero forced up by the app to 1. 1. Taking money and not delivering what I paid more for. We ordered 2 big bacon classic combos and got the bottom of the ladder hamburger in both instead. 2. Taking more money than I told them to by entering a double baconator on the order instead of the single I asked for. Stopped by to try the peppermint frosty. I wish it had more peppermint flavor because the taste was very mild compared to the vanilla it's mixed with. I feel like a next level move would have been to order a chocolate frostie as well and get them mixed! Will have to try it next time. Drive through service was decent. My dentist is literally the next block over from here. So what do I do after a visit there? Come here & ruin my cleaning, hahaha! :-D I've never had a problem ordering here. But I'll admit I usually order from the app so I can collect the points for free future food. The dining area is actually pretty spacious, with everything logically laid out. I usually like to sit at a table closest to where I park my car so I can ogle it while eating. ;-) The staff on my visits were very nice to me, which is always a plus. Every item is stale or watered down. I got a cold brew too, it was basically water. This coke, not sweet and water. This Cinnabon stale and dry. The lady with the glasses is moody every time I come in. Extra butter or sour cream, they charge you. How about decent fast food? I only write reviews if it's really bad, or really good. Tonight's food and service deserve a good review. I ordered a burger with custom toppings and they got it perfect, but that wasn't the star of the show. I ordered Baconator Fries and asked for a sauce packet because I'm used to other locations leaving fries at the bottom completely dry with none of the toppings. Not at this location! The sauce packet wasn't needed at all! The bacon pieces were actual sizable pieces, and not 2 slices lazily cut in half. The bacon was crisp and not undercooked. Not only that, but the fries were fresh even though it was almost closing time. But the most impressive part was how the cheese and bacon was in layers in the fries! I got cheese and bacon in almost every bite down to the very last fry. From now on, I will feel spoiled if it doesn't come like this. For $6.60 You can't beat the Price & Value at Wendy's Saw a YouTube video ranking Wendy's as S Tier Fast Food and decided to get their $6 Big Value Meal Deal Got the Chicken BLT, with 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a soft drink! All this for under $7! Which is crazy value for a meal! Chicken BLT was 3 in quality but tasted okay. 3/5. Fries were surprisingly good! Better than McDonald fries! 4/5. Chicken Nuggets were 3.5/5. Peach Iced Tea was good! 5/5 For my 1st time at Wendy's I was pleasantly surprised by the value meals! They have one for $5 as well! So under $6 total! The modern red sleek interior felt more like SFO airport lounge with WiFi and outlets! Overall, this Wendy's Fast Food Restaurant is a 3.75/5! Still better than most Fast Food locations. I'm not gonna lie, when it comes to my fast food power rankings, Wendy's isn't anywhere near the top. BUT every once in awhile, I find myself craving some chicken nuggets and a frosty. They had a $5 big bag meal or something like that. I came with a jr bacon cheeseburger, 4 nuggets, fries, and a drink. Pretty good deal for $5. I went through the drive-thru and what was really concerning how fast the food came out. From the time I finished my order, to driving 30ft to the pickup window, my food was already ready. I know it's 'FAST' food, but damn that was a little too fast for my liking. Less than 2 minutes to process an order, I was skeptical. Got home, opened the bag, everything was room temp/borderline cold. It was obvious that the nuggets weren't fresh and the fries were soggy. The jr bacon used to be bomb, but the bread tasted kind stale. The saving grace was the frosty, because damn a frosty and dipping your fries, that's a classic mix will always remind me of my childhood. Probably won't be back anytime soon, but if i'm craving a frosty, I know where to go. read more

I went to Wendy's again for the second time to have the best fries I've ever had Personally, I don't like burgers, but my boyfriend loves them and he has never been to Wendy's. So he tried their burger for the first time and said he liked the fresh ingredients, but the meat was heavier than where he usually gets his burgers. This was my first visit to Wendy's and I was actually blown away by the quality. I never would have expected something like this from a fast food restaurant. I ordered a Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad with Bacon. The greens were fresh. The bacon was crispy. The Avocado was generous. The chicken was tasty. Really do much better than I expected, especially for only $5.59 with a $2 off coupon I got in the mail. My only alterations would be 1) Ask for no cheese 2) The Southwest Ranch dressing wasn't my favorite, I tried the Caesar and it was pretty good, would also try other flavors. All their dressings are Marzetti Simply Dressed, so if you like one of their dressings, you can but it at the store. I also got 12 nuggets for $2.39 (with a BOGO coupon) and their nuggets are pretty good. I also tried all the sauce and my favorite was BBQ. Ranch was too sour, Sweet and Sour was too sweet, and honey mustard was too pungent / mustardy. They have some promotions going on. Okay the staff here are RUDE. I was robbed and assaulted a couple days ago. My cards are locked so I'm relying on apple pay for food or gas. I came here because I'm honestly stretching my Pennies. I ask if they take apple pay after placing my order (I'm used to McDonald's) and they say no. The lady goes "she doesn't want her food anymore cause she doesn't have money" in Spanish. Not knowing I speak Spanish. So I got mad- "I was robbed and assaulted three nights ago" i said and she just laughs at me. Wow. I am a Wendy's fan. Really good quality burgers. Fries are lame now. Bring back the steak fries. I worked at Wendy's many many many years ago and I am a fan of their burgers. The man who worked for drive through path on 19 August 2023 is A Idiot. He is a shame for Wendy's brand. We arrived at 23:30 and there was only drive through path so we waited in line to order. He told us to wait for a couple of minutes but never ordered our food. Instead he was handling the new car customer's orders. When we walked to him, This Idiot Shut the Window (so that is how you treat your customers?)(he pretended to focus on the mic but he never did this before) He said we couldn't order until all car orders were done. But he didn't tell us before and it was YOU who shut the dine room door or who fucking wanna wait in drive through path?!!! Plus people drive car waiting in line and people order food. Friendly service delivered my chicken tenders with all sauces (creamy serracha is the best) and a sour cream and chive Baked Potato. Yes a Baked Potato!! I might go to Wendy's more often if they continue to innovate! If I return, I will ask for plastic-ware, napkins, and extra sour cream. Don't get me wrong, the workers on for the people inside are super nice. But the drive thru workers and the owner are the rudest people I've ever encountered. My encounter today, will definitely be my last. I ordered a Kid's meal cheeseburger with a strawberry milkshake and a frosty. Don't judge me, I wasn't that hungry but Aunt Flo told me she wanted that $.50 frosty! What I received at the window was a kids meal cheeseburger with a junior frosty and a small strawberry lemonade. I tried to explain to the worker that my order was wrong because I wanted a regular sized frosty and that I was charged wrong because they charged me $2.19 for my drink. I mean, when did kids meals stop coming with a drink? She then proceeded to tell me, if I wanted to fix my order, I would have to pay again. For my entire meal. What my meal should have been, is the kids meal cheeseburger WITH the strawberry lemonade for $4.19. And a frosty for $.50, including the $.38 (8.25%) tax, my total would have been $5.07 - If the order mishap isn't my fault, why would I have to pay again? If anything, my bill should have been $5. Not $7, $6.96 to be exact. The most appalling part of this whole situation is when the owner called me back, she said that her workers get orders mixed up all the time because 'they don't speak English good.' EXCUSE ME? First of all, it's 'well,' the proper sentence is, 'they don't speak English well.' Secondly, I hope she realized how messed up that is. She then followed that statement by laughing and sarcastically saying, "well what do you want me to do, fire her?" No. I have no intent to get anyone fired. The only reason I called was so that you could speak to the workers about customer service. Instead, my eyes open to why they're like it. It starts from the owner and trickles down to her workers. Wanted something quick and tasty for breakfast and decided to swing by their breakfast drive through. I decided to get the sausage and swiss croissant sandwich and it was surprisingly good. Not overly greasy and was just the right portion to give me the sustenance I needed to last me until lunch time. Service was expeditious and it only took me maybe 2 minutes total from when I put my order in to when I was on my way. There were about 8 teenagers putting up there feet and playing with the furniture, putting all their belongings all over, swearing, talking about employees behind their back, and just being overall loud and obnoxious. I came here during lunch time and went through the drive-thru. There were a few cars ahead of me but the line went by so fast! I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, which was really great. The drive-thru employees were so friendly. They were so busy but still managed to be cheerful, which I know can be very hard so thanks guys! By the time I got home, the food was still warm and tasted very fresh and delicious. It's Wendy's more or less but I do think this location is much better than Daly City's. Lately I've been having their Fresh Mozzarella Grilled Chicken Sandwich since it's become one of my favorites. I had it from the Daly City location and it was pitiful because the fresh mozzarella pieces were miniscule. Not the case here at San Bruno Wendy's. I've been there twice and both times they hooked me up with huge fresh mozzarella slices. One other thing that's surprised me is their drink selection. It's not very often that you find Honest Tea on the menu, let alone green tea that's unsweetened. That is impressive! Of all the classic fast food chains (not including In-N-Out), they still have the best quality burgers and sandwiches in my opinion. I only wish that they were open just as late as the Daly City location, or even later. read more

Three times now I have used the drive thru for a meal with no salt on the fries. This last time Saturday 9/24 the Fries were so salty I was gagging and threw them away. The teens that work the drive through are impolite Especially a male that has zero manners. No name tags either. I will never go to this location again. This Wendy's is my first experience of the chain and it's one my husband and I go to on a fairly regular basis. My item of choice being the Home style Chicken Sandwich with their value menu salad it makes a nice small meal when I cannot be bothered to cook. Husband prefer's the Burger's here to the likes of McDonalds ect and they're alway's fresh tasting. Since changing their fries this store has a habit of going a bit ott on the salt though. Service is pretty poor so be prepared to repeat your order a few times then have to correct any mistakes that WILL happen. read more

Honestly, do I even have to bother mentioning what's on the menu!? Try the Bacon and Blue Burger. So let's get to the location. Plenty of parking and the drive thru is quick and out. The bathrooms are pretty bad, so bad it's horrible. The Wendy's bathroom in Millibae is worst than this. Majority of the people that move there are Mexicans. It might takes two times for them to figure out what you are ordering for them. The Wendy's is semi-clean. Over All: It's will make you sick somewhat, but it's not too bad. It's close to my place, which is seldom a good thing often a bad thing. 3 years ago, I'd give these guys, as a brand, 1.5 stars. Wendy clearly hired some folks and fired some others. She wanted to get in on the billions of dollars Americans spend on fast food annually. The burgers have improved, but nothing to write home about. The bacon has definitely improved and if I'd write home about it. nice, crisp bacon at a fast food joint is good news. Was there in the last few weeks and was prepared to order the same old items. Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and fries. Then, this shiny neon sign caught my attention. Bacon Cheeseburger on a Pretzel Bun!! It sounded like such a grand idea. My mind is so good with food memories, I was reminded of a pretzel bun at a restaurant in Vegas. They offer up this amazing BLT on fresh, in house baked pretzel bun. Delicious! Well, Wendy should go check that place out (name escapes me at the moment of course) and take notes. This version was basically a soft,larger bun with no pretzel taste at all.
