This has to be one of the cleanest Carl's juniors I have ever been to. Even the drive-through is clean along with the parking lot. The staff is friendly and put the food together with care and pride. Not a great first time visit and I'm not encouraged to return. Got in the drive thru before 6pm. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and I didn't see too many cars in the lot, so I figured it wouldn't be busy. Ordered a MEDIUM spicy chicken sandwich combo. Then I waited at least 15 mins in line (likely longer but I stopped watching the clock). I would've just driven off, but once you're in the drive thru line there's no way of getting out. Finally get to the window, pay and the cashier dude hands me a bag with just the sandwich. I told him I ordered a medium combo and he muttered an expletive. Then he seemed befuddled that he would need to ring me up again for the drink and fries since I was only charged for the sandwich. I told him it's more than fine and mistakes happen. Paid the difference, asked for the receipts and realized I got charged for a small combo, not medium, as I asked for TWICE. And the food? Super mediocre. I went to this carls Jr on 6/17/23 at 7:30pm and received horrible service. I told the female that took my order that there was a trash can in the driveway preventing me from moving forward, she told me okay move it. I had to back up again and tell them that theres a trash can that needs to be moved. When I get to the window, the same female comes to window with a dirty look on her face and bad attitude. Once I get my food she tells me everything is in there and slams the window and walks off. So I walked into the store, and tried to use a reward that popped up on my Carl's Jr app. The dumb employee had no idea had to make it work so he refused to take the coupon, and I had to pay full price. I come here because it's convenient and the service is pretty decent. However the food has been declining lately. Food looks nothing like the pics-it's false advertisement if u ask me! I ordered a hand breaded chicken sandwich, And it literally looks like they put one piece of a chicken tender inside the bread. The bun to meat ratio is terrible. There is no crunchy, breading exterior as it looks in the pictures. The meat is seasoned nicely, but nothing like the other fast food chicken sandwiches. Have given this Carl's Jr. numerous times to get orders correct. Have now given up! They either get the orders wrong or don't know how to make their own specials! There have been numerous times where I get French fries when fried zucchini was ordered! They made their bacon beast without bacon! Their Wraptor burger was the last straw! I got onions and pickles in the wrap although thought the picture showed fried zucchini! Checked the Carl's Jr. site and I was correct! They substituted pickles for the zucchini. Didn't taste Swiss cheese! Didn't notice it in the wrap. The wrap had no taste!! The staff keep assuring me that my order is correct. Shane on me for not checking! This Carl's Jr is right across the street from Youtube HQ. Its a big space to dine. When I sat in the empty dining room I just had to think about 10 years ago when it was probably full. Now few people walk in as there are so many new trendy burger joints that people flock to. I'm not a person to frequent Carls Jr and don't have my favorite burger go-tos so I almost randomly ordered a burger combo. It was sort of pricey but was prepared well and the people working there were awesome. Everything was great except the ambiance. I would do drive through if I were you. No need to eat your burger and look at old carpet and drab interior. read more

On July 4, 2019 at 11:15PM, my family ordered two western burger, Santa Fe chicken and 3 piece chicken tenders. All came out to $29.08. So we gave $30.10. The Indian lady, who worked that shift gave us our change of 95cents. Wrong change amount. They will be off on cash when they reconcile that register. We come home and missing order of the 3piece chicken tenders. So I called Carl's jr, I know it was the Indian lady, rudely she hung up on me. As soon as I asked nicely what her name was. Usually have a great experience here, the staff is usually great the management I usually talk to are great they work hard and good customers service, however today was no good 1st time I've seen this person name lissete. She was very rude from the beginning maybe she was having a bad day. I'm sure they get busy during the weekdays when people come here from the offices, but on a rainy Sunday they were pretty empty. Food is standard Carl's Jr. fast food. The staff is nice and helpful, very accommodating. When you ask for sauce they'll give you a lot. Patient if you're taking your time to order. I'm always getting coupons in the mail for them so it was nice to be able to come in and use the coupons today. Other than that, can be a bit overpriced if you're coming in without a coupon. SUB-PAR TODAY Cashier Ryan G. admonished me for trying to get the attention of the other guy who brought the food to my table. I guess he thought I was trying to get behind the front counter. I just wanted to get the attention of one of the two guys in front since they seemed to be ignoring me. No Ranch dressing was delivered to my table although I requested it when I ordered and it was listed on the receipt. And then they give me only one packet(usually two packets are given). No apology was even offered to me. Another weird thing today: instead of the usual white plastic order number indicator they give you to display at your table, today he gave me a "To Go Order" number flat plastic piece, said they "ran out" - huh? There was only one other waiting for food. Weird. This is usually my fave CJ 's. Usually there's an older guy at the front (very courteous) or a Chinese guy w short hair; today there was a younger crew.
