This is one of the best tasting Pandas in the area (the other being the location in Colma). Food is consistently good. Sauces are spot on. At times there can be limited choice, but that's the nature of Panda. Service is quick and portions are generous. They aren't the friendliest people but are never rude. I really value their efficiency. Seating is limited and primarily counter/bar seating. There are 3 larger tables outside that seat 6-8 people. Overall not ideal in person dining for a group or family. Totally fine for singles or couples. read more

I do not understand why they prefer to act like it's a privilege to come into this panda but when I request something they have to go directly to the manager who always say no. There was 2 pieces of meat left on this new dish of brisket and I asked the gal if they could put that 2 pieces into the steak I was going to get and told them I would pay the extra amount and of course give me less of the steak and the manager said if I wanted the brisket I had to wait 5 minutes! For them to make up the dish. So they wanted me to wait 5 minutes so they could make more instead of just doing what I requested. The service is just not worth waiting for them to make more of what I actually wanted. It would seem that once the portion of food is 3/4 finished instead of waiting for it to be completely gone they would make more and not make anyone wait. I have gone to panda a long time and this is the one panda that makes u wait more than it does not. Is the manager afraid she will be stuck with more food at 10:30 or 11? Customer service should be a #1 priority yet this panda has no conception of true customer service means. The employees seem to be afraid of acting on their own. I ordered via the app for pickup 6:15 pm but got a text at 6:06 pm saying it was ready to pickup. The interior is bright and clean. The portion size is small compared to other locations. The steamed rice was hard and all the veggies weren't cooked enough. The eggplant and string beans were still partly hard. The bottom of the orange chicken had a huge piece of broccoli on the bottom so it wasn't filled to the top. I still prefer the Burlingame location better and will skip this location in the future. read more

Came here a few times since they've open. Both times I've ordered online for in store pick up. The store is very clean and the workers are very nice. Both times, I've arrived a little early so I'll just wait around until it's ready but the workers are very nice and would give me a free drink as I wait for my food. The food comes out hot and tastes like the usual panda quality. The only complain is that the portion seems slightly small. read more

The tasty food you expect! The staff was nice. This location looses a star because the parking is rough and the location is SMALL. Small in square space and seating. It is certainly built for take-out. Luckily, I work a mile away so I can walk and pick up, but it isn't a destination location. read more

Food was very fresh. Convenient location on N Rollins in Milbrae and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I went there with a friend a couple days ago first and foremost at 4 PM in the afternoon just about every item was empty. There was no fresh stuff coming out so I ended up with some chow mein which tasted like it was days old and some broccoli beef, which was decent. I also ordered teriyaki chicken that was way undercooked. It was so disgusting. I almost gagged. I didn't dare ask for a refund or anything. The place was absolutely filthy. Disgusting I will never ever ever in 100 years ever go back to panda express to eat again it was the most horrific Thing to get raw chicken. I was like are you freaking kidding? the place was filthy absolutely filthy dirty. The girl did come out and start cleaning, but we had already been way more than halfway through our meal. They need to do a better job. I realize that they're busy but they got three or four cooks back there they got warmers and they should have those pots upfront full every one of them at all times There's just no exception no reason for it. Ordered my daughter- Orange Chicken, Crispy Sesame Beef and Shrimp and Chow Mein. My daughter ate a few bites and the found a live bug and a hair in her food. I give this place two stars for the cleanliness but then again, they just opened. I arrived at 4:25 pm on a week day. The service is very, very slow. The servers do not know how to move the line of customers. I was the third person in line. The first two had already been served. I bought two bowls. I did not get my food till 15 minutes later. This is not acceptable for a fast food place. Portion: very small compare to the other locations. I bought the honey chicken and it was not even a serving left. She gave them to me. If I was not in a rush and that I had already waited ten minutes, I would have asked for them to cook more. After being served, I still had to wait another five minutes to pay. In general, all the three times I've been to this store, their portion is considerably smaller than the other locations. I only patronize this store because I don't have to drive to Burlingame. read more

Be prepared for 20+ minute waits on mobile orders. First time visiting 20 minute wait on mobile order, second time visiting over a 30 minute wait. We received our order and got less than half of the portion sizes. After working in costumer service facing roles, I have always gone above and beyond when inconveniencing a costumer. Best tasting Panda Express in the Bay Area. Tasted fresh & clean (not oily). Had fried rice, orange chicken, broccoli beef. I ordered ahead online for pickup. Reduced 1 star cuz Parking was a challenge cuz didn't know where to go, so I parked in construction zone cuz just needed to run in and grab the food. It would be very helpful to give directions on where to park. read more

Freshly built location, so very clean. Parking is at Bart complex or behind the hotel. Being a brand new location, I expected to see piping hot steaming pans filled to the brim display of food but the pans were lacking that wow factor. I did a takeout of Kungpao and another dish, both were just okay. Service was all bubly and full of energy by staff. Welcome to the neighborhood! We were there for the grand opening. Despite the rain, it was festive and well attended. I noticed that they provided their red stools for people waiting on line under the awning. That shows care! Loved it! Panda is at a great location. Convenient parking , good size lot for retail customers, 2-hour free parking by the hotel. Glad for this sitting area arrangement (bar stool style) available, facing outside and watching passing cars. Food is like other Panda restaurants. Generous portion and on point with their most popular orange chicken. We also tried the barbecue chicken. It was perfectly cooked, tender and not too sweet. A quick ready hot meal when you don't feel like cooking. Warm and friendly staff and good service. All the best and success at your new location. read more
