On one trip a customer jacked up on drugs kept talking at customers and then walked out after placing his order because he didn't think they asked him the right questions. Today I ordered two tacos and an order of onion rings. The tacos were good as usual but the onion rings looked like they defrosted so they stuck together in a clump in the fryer. They were overcooked and chewy for some reason. The Manager gave me my take-out order and was nice. I usually don't frequent this location because it's not in the best area. Sorry for the 2 rating but the onion rings just were not even close to JIB quality at other locations. Hopefully today was just an off day.

The burger is fresh and my only complaint is that I don't like their buns especially if you do grilled onions or animal style because the buns get soggy and breaks apart.
