The cream was good on its own and the tea was good on its own. They taste good mixed together too The pho is also decent. Could have a little bit more flavor but good for airport pho. We tried the one in Terminal 1 and ordered the classic combo banh mi, salt + pepper garlic fries, a Vietnamese iced coffee, and a vanilla lychee tea. The banh mi is definitely different from typical, standard banh mi. Wasn't the biggest fan of it as it lacked flavor from the lemongrass pork, mayo, and pate that normally give Banh mis an oomph. Bread used was also hard to chew. The salt and pepper garlic fries were also pretty bland and though they were not soggy, they were not fun to eat either lol. Found it hard to finish both the fries and banh mi. The drinks were okay. The coffee wasn't as strong as I would've liked for cafe sua da and had more foam than it did coffee? Overall, I am glad that there are options for Asian food at thus airport but did not enjoy this as much as I thought I would've. I like their sandwiches, but minus one star for deceptive labelling on the orange juice, where they've fooled me twice in the past year (forgot I fell for the same thing on my last trip). It says "fresh orange juice", and comes in the same plastic cups you'd expect for fresh orange juice, not in cans. "Fresh" means "squeezed directly from oranges, not pasteurized, not reconstituted ". However, even with a short sip, you can tell it tastes identical to the orange juice from a can you'd get on the airplane, with the same sort of flavor changes from pasteurization taste, and lack of fresh orange flavor that's lost in that process. Probably someone in the back room is pouring industrially-sourced OJ into cups. (Or best case, their supplier is selling them reconstituted OJ and claiming it's fresh.) They need to take the word "fresh" off the label, or start actually squeezing it themselves or buying from a source that's squeezing it fresh - it definitely is deceptively labelled as it stands today. read more
