The sandwich selection is impressive, but for people who eat gluten-free and dairy-free, it wasn't easy to find good options here. The eggs were especially disappointing -- they were completely white inside, with the yolk the same color as the egg white. For me, eggs are an important source of protein, but unfortunately I couldn't eat them. I have no complaints about the staff -- the team works fast, and the variety of sandwiches is large. However, for people who pay attention to protein intake, the options are very limited and disappointing.

There are multiple Dogpatch locations within SFO, but I've never had the pleasure of trying it. However, in this part of Terminal 1, it's essentially the only option for actual food. As such, my expectations were quite low, which is where I like to keep them, as it makes life a lot better. Thankfully, Dogpatch is pretty solid. It is clean. The people are nice. The menus are clear, and they have something for every appetite and palate. There are pastries and bagels and breakfast sandwiches/burritos and lunch sandwiches and salads and more. And overall, the food I tried was pretty good. The lady in front of me seemed very put out that an airport coffee stand couldn't make her perfect flat white, but I was happy to have a very decent breakfast burrito served by a nice person who offered me as many salsas as I wanted. They heated it up to molten lava, but I enjoyed it after burning my mouth horribly. I also bought a sandwich for the plane because Delta can't be trusted, and my Italiano on Sesame, while underwhelming in the looks department, was quite tasty with the pesto. Also, the banana I bought was only $1.50, which is a less egregious markup than it could've been. If you find yourself flying out of this terminal, just realize that things could be worse.

Shockingly affordable food in the SFO. I had three delicious salads for under $15. All good portions. The service was friendly and helpful. The ambiance was very international. Because it's in an airport. So good.

Help was nice but they use Costco meats, too salty and just not something I'd ever eat again.

I will admit that I will sometimes come to SFO early before a flight just so that I can pick up one of my favorite salad plates from here.

There were two self-order kiosks and one register (with the employee running around like a chicken taking orders, getting orders out, and yelling at customers). Also, they don't accept gift cards at this airport location. The hot breakfast wrap with bacon was served warm, as it had been kept in foil under a heat lamp, but clearly it was sitting in the display case for quite a while. It tasted old. And the drink I got was the worst I ever had at Peet's, of all the locations I've been to in my entire life. Though I paid for extra chocolate, they put less than even a regular iced mocha, and the workers ignore you if you need help, so I couldn't even get this resolved. I understand they were busy, but there was a total lack of customer service here. I don't need friendly workers as long as you get the order right. They failed on all levels. Terrible way to start my day. It's good I was heading toward good food and drinks in Arizona for my quick weekend getaway. Avoid this Peet's at SFO if possible. There are much better options nearby, including Green Beans Coffee if you walk toward Terminal F.

Ordered the honey lavender espresso drink when I arrived around 11am, which was delicious. They have a couple of food options and I went with the Korean tofu soup for lunch. We went to the first door we saw from the parking lot but it was locked mid-day. We thought maybe this location wasn't open or available to all but we did see some people inside so we walked around the building a bit and found an unlocked door. The space is modern and very open. There were a lot of people using it as a work space, seated in all different areas of the bottom floor. There was a spot to grab a beverage and snack and we almost did but as we approached the snack bar, the menu for the upstairs restaurant caught my eye. It listed a dessert I just had to try so we made our way upstairs. That experience wasn't great as they told me the menu at the bottom of the stairs was old and then made no effort to change it out. I think we would have had a better time here had we just grabbed a drink downstairs and relaxed like most of the other patrons were doing. I really liked the space. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. There was a good vibe downstairs and I would definitely spend time here again. It's a bit out of the way but worth checking out of you are looking for something other than a one dimensional lunch spot or just need a nice place to hang for a bit or get some work done.

This is officially my new airport dining choice when available. I'm not a coffee drinker but they spend an equal amount of love on their matcha and chai!! This warms my heart! The pumpkin spice chai available year round (joy!) and the banana cram matcha (so far seasonal). Both not too sweet. Would like some kind of cream on top - still great as is. Both times I went for the breakfast burrito. Big fan of the veggie breakfast burrito with added bacon :) The chipotle sauce is the liquid gold! I find potatoes and hash browns to be fillers when not extra crispy for texture. Sadly they were filler here but so far they are light handed on the filler so all is right in the burrito. Did well on my request for light cheese as well. Ambiance reminds me of all my favorite cafes and tea shops with the artsy flare, welcoming colors, tons of plants, and some cool jams. Can definitely see them having a local artist showcase or local concert or open mic night. I have one request for the owners, one day please add a cardamom matcha to your menu It's such a great flavor combo! I'll be back again soon!
