In search of something quick to bring on my cross-country flight, I decided to pick up a bagel from Klein's Deli because I wanted to eat something in between breakfast and lunch. I chose Klein's because it was located right next to my gate and had an online ordering system that I perused while waiting in the boarding area. There was a large variety of breakfast and lunch options; however, the online menu did not include descriptions of the food items (I had to walk over to the kiosk to read the physical menu descriptions). Upon placing my order of a bagel with hummus and cucumber, I only waited about 5 minutes for my order to be prepared. I ended up eating my bagel about an hour into my flight, and it still tasted freshly toasted. I'd definitely consider ordering from Klein's Deli again for its convenience and solid breakfast / lunch selection. read more

Located at T3 gate 14 this sandwich shop is fast and convenient. I ordered a tuna salad on rye and only had about 5 minutes to boarding. They cranked out a tasty sandwich made my way in two minutes flat and I was able to board my flight on time. Since my flight was scheduled for 5 hours and 50 minutes there was no meal service, so my overstuffed Klein's deli sandwich was exactly what I wanted and needed. The coffee/pastry counter filters through orders much more quickly than the sandwich one, so if you're in a rush, I would grab a bite at this counter instead. Never again. The service here has continually gone downhill over the last few years, while the prices keep increasing. The guys making the sandwiches are extremely rude to the customers. Same with the cashiers. When I was there a few days ago (July 2024), a guy who spoke no English was trying to buy a fruit cup or something and didn't understand anything the cashier was telling him. After he finally figured out how to pay with cash, he took the cup and the top flew off (obviously not on tight) and everything spilled on the floor. The cashier didn't offer to get him another, she just ignored it and the poor guy walked away after paying and getting nothing because he didn't know what to do. I'm still kicking myself for not intervening. I was so pissed off from my own experience at this point I just wanted to get away from there, but I should have helped him.
