    Chocolate croissant pretty good
    Lizzie S.

My go-to for SFO airport food for breakfast and coffee! There's always a line, but it moves quickly. I love the SF-themed sandwich names. I usually get a chocolate croissant or the breakfast sandwich, but their other sandwiches sound good to. They also have a lot of grab-and-go options. Service is always prompt and kind. Klein's deserves so much love!

Service is great esp at 5AM on a Tuesday. If you have a flight in SFO terminal 3 I would say just stop here and only here. Kinda sad I didn't get my coffee here but honestly who now I know for when I fly out again.

This is for the E gate Klein's. Saddest bagel with cream cheese I've ever seen. $7.98 and it's a very small bagel with cream cheese spread as thin as butter. It's so disappointing. The bagel itself was good.

The deli and coffee place is located right outside of the gate E7 in terminal 3. I've tried their caffe latte, and it tasted very light and watery.

Solid coffee for an airport. They have Equator coffee in the usual drip coffee and espresso drink varieties, executed pretty well with similar flavor profiles to the Equator stores. (Mellow lattes and mochas) Coffee came out fast and tasty, can't complain! Didn't try their made to order sandwiches, but might give them a shot next time I'm at SEA.

Standard. Bagel and cream cheese is 8 bucks at tax. Iced tea 7 dollars = too much. Ladies working there during early shift are nice and professional.

We waited in line for 30-40 minutes around 1 PM during peak lunch time, only to be told they were completely out of Dutch Crunch bread as soon as we got to the front to order. Fine, I picked a different bread and moved on. Then, while my boyfriend was ordering immediately after me, suddenly 3 Dutch Crunch rolls "appeared." I politely asked if my sandwich could be switched to Dutch Crunch and the employee flat-out said no. I then asked if they could at least remove one of my extra paid toppings to compensate for the inconvenience and was told no again. To make matters worse, we paid with gift cards. One worked, but the second wouldn't swipe because it was slightly dirty. We had the original purchase receipt with matching numbers proving the card was valid, but instead of helping us resolve it, the employee rudely told us we needed to "take better care of our gift cards." The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude!!!!! Running out of bread is one thing, but refusing to help customers or offer any reasonable solution after a long wait is terrible customer service. They really went down hill. Barely any meat on the sandwich either and almost inedible sourdough that is so tough to chew. Save yourself the trouble and go a couple doors down to Tianis the original little Lucas owners!!!!!

I ordered the Godfather sandwich based on previous photos. I thought it was going to be some kind of a loaded sandwich since it was $20 after tax. When I opened the box, I was a little bit worried that I had ordered the wrong sandwich because it was about the size of my hand. I looked at the photos and I thought ma'am it's kind of looks similar, but maybe I'm just missing something as a scale. But if you look at the layers of the meat, there are actually less layers now than there were 12 and eight months ago. I'm not saying it's a bad sandwich. I'm just saying it's a bad value. The Caesar salad seemed like it was prepackaged in a box. The cheese, kind of taste like refrigerator. And there was no lemon or any kind of anchovy sauce or flavor in the dressing. At the time of writing this review, this restaurant has 4.6 stars shame on me for not reading the recent reviews because I'm not sure I would have ventured here if I did.

I was in the area for work, and I needed something quick and easy as I was hopping from one biotech site to the next. This shop was conveniently nearby and free parking wasn't difficult to find (sufficient street parking + nearby neighborhood parking). The menu is pretty straightforward, offering a variety of basic and specialty sandwiches. Most of the basic sandwiches (the one meat options with standard toppings) were less than $10!! I opted for one of those sandwiches, getting the turkey sandwich on dutch crunch. From the cross-section of the sandwich, you can tell this is indeed a hearty sandwich. The quantity of meat they provide for the price is plentiful, and the ingredients making the sandwich all tasted fresh. The service was fast and friendly overall. There's no seating inside or outside, so I ended up eating this in my car. But for this price and quality, I'd do this again any day.
