One worked, but the second wouldn't swipe because it was slightly dirty. We had the original purchase receipt with matching numbers proving the card was valid, but instead of helping us resolve it, the employee rudely told us we needed to "take better care of our gift cards." Most of us remember stopping by on the way to a game at candlestick park, or after landing at SFO.
