This review is about my recent experience 8/1/20. I made a phone order for 15 bone in wings. The gentleman on the call offered to provide me with dipping sauce at no charge. Came to pick up my wings. Got them. Came home and realized that I ordered the wrong ones. Sigh. I immediately called the store back, told them about this mistake and asked if I could bring the wings back and please get the flavor I usually get (original). I belief spoke to Brad on the phone. He essentially said no. That i cannot return or bring the wings back and that my only option was to purchase again because it "wasn't our fault". Ha! Never heard that before in service industry. But okay. So I come back. Order the wings i originally wanted and paid. I talked to Brad face to face as I was on the phone with Wingstop customer service sharing my experience. Brad said that they can't offer me "free food". Ha! Free food??? Free? I never asked for free food but acknowledged that I mistakenly ordered the wrong flavor. He said he's following rules. I shared that he needs to get a better understanding of what service means and learn how to be accommodating for customers. Especially ones who regularly come to the location because it's their local Wingstop. He seemed unmoved. I have to evaluate if this is the kind of location that I'd like to keep coming to. Been coming here for the past two years and it's unfortunate That this was my experience. The other importing to mention is that when I entered the first time to get my wings, Brad (as I'm realizing now) was standing on the counter with his shoes on cleaning something above. Towards the customers left of the kitchen. He grabbed a white towel from the opposite side of the kitchen counter and cleaned the area where his feet were. He didn't dispose of the white towel but just pushed it aside and left it on the counter. Sounds like a contamination issue to me. But here they are worried about returning packaged food that they could simply throw away bc of a pandemic!?!? Crazy. I'll await contact from Customer service about my experience. I spent $30 on wings only when I'm only able to eat half of them. That's a damn shame! read more

Ordering food online should stress free. However, this location has a policy that if they received an online order with a min. amount that already has been paid they will need to have to see the same person that made the initial purchase for picking up (to show ID and the same credit card). If the same person that made the order online does to go then they literally cancel the order (which defeats the whole purpose of ordering it online in the first place) to make a new order for person picking up to pay with their card to show their ID then wait the need to wait additional time). Then you still get charged the initial online order amount on that card (double charge). In order to fix this the store staff noted then need to take additional time to go in-person to try to fix at the store. Then to find out manager basically unable to do anything and the need for the customer to go through their credit card to appeal charge. One unhappy customer. This was our nearest location but I'll find another location that this owner does not own with this nonsense policy. read more

Wasn't impressed, my wings lacked seasoning... ordered Louisiana dry rub and garlic Parmesan... looks like they forgot the dry rub and the Parmesan... called and they asked me to drive back and show them the wings, it's my lunch hour and my office is 15 min away! I understand I asked for extra seasoning but not to the extreme! Wingstop is the best place to go to be honest. My friends constantly crave their many flavors. Some friends set up dates and parties with them. I highly recommend all of their crispy fries and chicken. My favorite flavor is probably mango habanero or spicy Korean bbq. They always prepare the food right on the spot. The wings have a lot of flavor, is cooked perfectly, and the ranch is so damn good. Their ranch alone could probably win awards. No wonder their recipes are sought after. Even the carrots and celery sides are amazing. I don't even like carrots that much, but damn I've changed. Overall their food is just a must try. I've been here countless times. This Wingstop is the worst!!!!! We ordered online and decided to have it delivered to avoid more contact due to the situation. Worst mistake ever! The ends up delivering the wrong order, so we decided to call the store and they had us on hold for about 10 minutes and after that they wouldn't even answer. This goes on for a while because apparently their incompetent MANAGER can't find the receipt form their records and has to call someone above him in order to give us the correct order ! All this time We are thinking they are re-making our food NEGATIVE!l we have lost about an hour now when they could have simply taken back the incorrect order and given us what we payed for! It's not the hard especially when we have the receipt and the order number in our email !!! This store needs to get it together. No customer service whatsoever although I will give credit to one of the cooks who attempted to help us but was stopped by the "so-called manager". Word of advice kid: RUN . Find a better job! She read back my order and checked that everything matched up. Hands down better than the Rosemead location that I usually go too.
