I ordered online and only live 5 minutes from location and arrived early and food was ready. My order was a 6 piece combo of 3 garlic parm and 3 mild with fries and a drink. The best thing in my order was the drink and ranch. Placed my order online at 8:40pm and showed up about 25 minutes after and they told me they didn't have my order, which I understand they have no control over system problems, but the guy that assisted me seemed annoyed at the fact that he didn't have my order, I got no kind of apology or gesture for the inconvenience. He told me that it would take 10-15 mins, so I stepped out for about 15 mins and came back and they told me it would be another 12 mins which felt like longer because I didn't get my order until 9:46. I love my chicken and I love the flavor here. Honest I could say Wingstop has more of a bolder flavor then Buffalo Wild Wings but the options are less and it's pretty pricey now for a crew pack. Felt like it went up 10 bucks more. That mango habanero and lemon pepper bomb. The issue I have mostly about this location is the service drop calls and sometimes the fries and veggies looks old. My sauces always gets mix up. I'll ask for blue cheese and I get yellow cheese or ranch. The fries are good but it's being given less and mostly the ends of the potatoes. I don't know what's going on this location but other locations is mostly on point. I hope they could fix the issue but other than that it's still a great place to get some yummy wings. read more

The garlic parmesan wings have always come out great, never over greasy like the Monrovia makes them (which is why I go to this location instead). I've also tried the reg hot, mild, plain, & lemon pepper flavors & they all have turned out good. Only once did I ever have to wait about 15 minutes for my order past the finish time because of a glitch in their app. Employees were very apologetic & looked like they were all working double time to try to get orders out fast. I came into this establishment & right away I notice puddle of spilled soda & no one clean it until this gentleman I am assuming coming into his shift clocked in that n cleaned the mess. Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I came here to eat and we were excited to look at all the options they had as it is our first time eating here. To my surprise the lady taking our order had such an attitude. She looked annoyed to take our order and was obviously irritated we wanted more time to look. The more we asked for combos they had on the windows the more she kept claiming it was only online? If its all online why are they even opened??? The employees lack customer service etiquette. They just seem like they care about getting in and out of work than to help people with their orders. There has been no improvement in that area in the handful of times that we have visited this location. The first time we tried this location was when they opened it. The wings weren't mixed well and fries didn't have even a hint of seasoning. Fast forward four more visits later and wings have improved and thankfully you now get the the flavors you order, but sadly fries still lack seasoning; not one time have we been able to enjoy our fries because they are bland. I have now spent over an hour trying to order wings for my family from this place. First, on the phone, they say I can't place a phone order of over $25. This is not "user-friendly" at all. So then I'm forced to use the app, but I'm not in a place where I can use the app, so instead, I have my daughter place my order using the app, and pay for it on the app. So then they call her to confirm she actually placed the order. She confirms. Then they say she needs to bring the card in to confirm she actually placed the order. This is ridiculous. She is no where close to this restaurant. She ordered for me because I didn't have access to the app. Of course, there is no "manager" on duty, but apparently, there is someone named "Angel" who claims to be the shift leader. Well, this shift leader initially says I can bring a screenshot from my daughter's phone showing that she paid for this, which I do have, and then he says I also need the actual card, which I don't have. He was absolutely unwilling to work anything out for us. He insisted on us bringing the actual card for him to complete our order. Then he has the nerve to tell us he was doing us a favor by allowing us to use the screenshot as proof, and that they "usually don't do that." I said, "how is a screenshot helping us, if we need to bring in the actual card?" He then tries to switch the topic by saying "well, that's our policy." I followed up, "So again, how is that helping us? We already ordered the food, and we have already paid online, yet you are now denying us the ability to actually pick up our food. This is food we have already paid for." He then says, we can order in the store and pay with cash in the store, but there would be a 18-25 minute wait for the food. This store policy is not user-friendly at all. I have been ordering food from this store since 2017. Every time I order, I have to deal with incompetence. Angel needs to be trained. They need an experienced manager onsite who can actually solve problems. Angel needs to learn to be respectful to the customer and not speak to them in a condescending manner. This store is horrible. This is complaint for location in El Monte, CA. Address: 10619 valley Blvd. El Monte CA, 91731. This incident occurred on 2/26/2023 at approximately 1020pm. I called the location to place phone order and the phone was turned off, kept saying "this line is disconnected." So l decided to place my order in person at the restaurant. I walked into the restaurant at 1030pm. A female employee was sitting by the cashier, printing out receipts while a male employee was standing over her shoulder. The whole restaurant was not busy. There were no other customers inside the restaurant. The people in the kitchen were just standing around at this time. I approached the counter to place an order, both male and female employees did not look up to greet and kept on talking to each other. Waited for about 5mins (or longer) with no one acknowledging me as a customer to place the order. at one point the male employee looked up and made eye contact with me and turned back to chat up with the employees in the kitchen. I finally spoke up and asked if they were closing. Then finally the female employee that was sitting at the cashier looked up and said they are still open. I always come here and I think it's a great place. I usually order through the app and it's almost always ready at the soonest possible time to pick it up, even if there's a rush. Most of the time it's done a few minutes beforehand which is amazing! The service is always fast and friendly. I've never encountered anyone rude like the other reviews have mentioned. However, this location has a policy that if they received an online order with a min. amount that already has been paid they will need to have to see the same person that made the initial purchase for picking up (to show ID and the same credit card). If the same person that made the order online does to go then they literally cancel the order (which defeats the whole purpose of ordering it online in the first place) to make a new order for person picking up to pay with their card to show their ID then wait the need to wait additional time). Then you still get charged the initial online order amount on that card (double charge). In order to fix this the store staff noted then need to take additional time to go in-person to try to fix at the store. Then to find out manager basically unable to do anything and the need for the customer to go through their credit card to appeal charge. One unhappy customer.
