I was very disappointed in this location. I ordered boneless wings original hot thinking it would be nice and juicy with sauce, but it was very dry with lots of breading and no sauce. The amount of ranch I put on it could not help the dryness of the food. The chicken had a funny after taste too like it was still frozen or something. I went to this Wingstop Thursday evening. I usually come to this Wingstop only because it's 3 minutes away from my house. Quote time to get your wings is 18 minutes, 21 if busy. It was a calm night, waited 30 minutes to get my wings. Staff wasn't so thrilled to be at work and that's understanding but I can tell their overworked. I know the owner is a tight ass jerk and the DM is just an asshole so anyways, don't give your money to these jerks. They own all surrounding stores in SGV so go to Covina and Monrovia, better service. read more

Every time I place an order, they usually have it ready within their quote time which is in fact 18 minutes.. In rare instances, it may take a bit longer when they get busy which is understandable. Friendly customer service. And if they do happen to mess up my order, they always properly compensate me for any mishaps or inconveniences with my order. Horrible customer service. Came here 4/13/17 ordered my food at 10:01pm and was given my food at 10:41pm. 40 minutes for wings!!! And the place wasn't full. Only 2 tables already eating. The kicker was they where short 3 wings and told me I had to wait for them cause they "owed" me them. There was no way I was going to wait another 40mins for my 3 wings. Plus they already had coated the wings in the sauce, before realizing that they still hadn't dropped the fries in the fryer. So my wings were just sitting there getting cold while they cooked my fries. I asked for a refund and the girl had an attitude. Plus she didn't know how to do her job properly, that she had to FaceTime someone to guide her step by step on how to do a refund. When she needed to know if I had paid credit or cash, she just blurted out cash or credit, never once did she address me so I had no idea she was talking to me, (mind you she's on the phone with someone helping her) finally she tells me again and then says "are you going to answer or what" very professional huh? The cashier's​ name I think is Julie (she has arm full of tattoos), cause that's what my receipt says, she's very unqualified person to even work a cashier. She has a bad attitude and works poorly with customers. This specific Wingstop will​never get a penny from me. I really enjoy the food here, unfortunately I can't help but notice the customer service at the location is not as great as the food. Workers seem overworked so take into account that they are working under pressure. Seems to reflect how you're ignored half the time and greeted with annoyed demenors. I thought the first thing they did at training was to teach you to at least be friendly...Super long wait for just a couple of wings...if you don't have enough people, then should hire more instead of making customers wait like this. The store overall is very great environment every time I go it is always clean and the staff is very friendly. The manager Luis is always there when I order and his service skills are very great. Lastnight was my second time trying this new location out. Both of the times we ordered through the phone, &'both times our orders were correct. Arriving to pick up our food: it was fresh and it had just came out! Not much line at all, both visits the cashier was welcoming and friendly. Love that a new wingstop opened up nearby. The service is decent and the wings taste as great as other locations. Besides a tiny mistake in change this place is looking good. The place is very bright and has a refreshing environment look. Came on a busy night and our wings came out roughly 20 minutes later which isn't as bad as the other locations. I visited this location about 2 weeks ago and the reviews are true service is extremely slow. I was told I wold get my food in 17 minutes, well 45 minutes later I'm still waiting so I ask the cashier if there was a problem with my order and my ticket is no where to be found in the kitchen side. Turns out it was lost or maybe just accidentally thrown away. I don't have a complaint about the staff or the food. This review is solely based on the cleanliness of the location, or lack of. We sat at a table in the back of the restaurant and all along the wall lining were ants. Even when we got up to get our food and go I noticed an ant on my sons arm!!! So disgusting for a restaurant scene. Also we were looking out the window and notice mice running around the patio dining area!! If they are outside, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like or inside the walls!! The tables had crumbs all over it and a few empty tables still had previous patrons food trays still there, I'm assuming this lack of attention is why there are so many ants. Had to drive to the establishment to complain because I got put on hold twice for 10 min when I tried to call. Manager needs to be retrained. He had no clue how to handle the situation. Did not want to remake my order because "it would be like giving me free food" how is it free food when I got the wrong order?? All they had to do was remake the order I had placed and that's it. I asked for a refund because it seemed impossible at that point to get my food. Waited about an hour thinking my food was being made while the manager contacted district manager for an approval. I've given this location 3 tries and each time is worst than the last. I will not be returning to this store. The customer service here is awwwwwwful! We paid for extra sauces, no big deal, when my husband told them we were short one, the argued with him. We PAID for the extra sauce! This last visit was the worst, we ordered 6 hot, 14 lemon pepper, there was only lemon pepper on half of the wings. The bottom was just oil or butter and zero seasoning. I want to give this place 5 stars so badly! I mean, it's freakin' Wingstop! How could you NOT like their chicken wings? They have the best chicken wings out there (in my humble opinion). Plus, their fries are delicious with that special hint of sweetness. The wings here at Wingstop are unique in comparison to other chicken wing restaurants in that their wings/legs are golden crispy on the outside. Couple this with the addition of whatever flavor/sauce of your choosing (I believe it is wing sauce per 5 or 6 wings). My go to sauces are honey bbq, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan. FYI you can also get some of the dry rub seasoning added to your fries. I tried half garlic parmesan and half cajun spiced rub on the fries. It came out pretty good :) They have other sides such as bread rolls, cole slaw, etc. The cole slaw is good, but I'd skip the bread roll because it's just a plain ol' bread roll. The wings inside and outside are always cooked perfectly... Well almost always. Sadly, my last wing order was not as good as it usually is. The wings were NOT crispy :( The meat was still cooked ok (thankfully), but the oh-so-delicious crispy skin was not present. Additionally, the service here is usually good. I am a man of second chances, so I will overlook my last unsatisfying order. Give me some time Wingstop... I'll be back, but please get that chicken perfectly crispy next time, yeah? This is one of the worst Wingstop store i ever been, I usually go to the one in rosemead. but recently rosemead store was renovating, so i decide to go to this one at 9pm. I always order my food online and head over there after 15 mins. But when I get there, they havent even start cooking it, all three employee were at the back chating especially the male employee, whereever the female co-worker went, he will follow. All the table inside the store were full of emply plate that left from customer, nobody clean up the restaurant. After I got the food (30 minutes wait since they still talking while cooking my food).
