*Heads up, this review will be lengthy* I will start by disclosing that I used to be an employee at this Wingstop Eastvale location when it first opened in 2010. I'm not sure if its under the same management but back then we would actually care and pay attention to how we treated our customers. With that being said, after coming back to this location a few times throughout the years, the management and employees have all gone downhill. The food quality seems to have gone down as well which again, ties into how much training the employees are given. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Most of the employees I've seen are young kids who barely care to be there. No greeting, no smiles, so much attitude. Them being young is no excuse for how they should be in terms of customer service. Maybe the management has changed because you can tell there's just chaos in the kitchen. Also, the yeast bread rolls are not what they used to be. I won't go too into detail about my last visit to this place but I came in after I placed a phone order. I waited for about an HOUR for something that should take no longer than 20 min. Just don't go to this Wingstop location period. You shouldn't leave frustrated and annoyed when you're just trying to get some wings. read more

I order food all the time in general. This was my first time coming here. I was pretty unhappy with the service as well as the quality of food. The female cashier (didn't get her name)but the one with the sharpie eyebrows was very very rude. She asks " what do you want to order" which sounded weird but ok. I ordered 30 wings, had to explain my order 4 times before she finally got it correct. I got 3 different flavors (10 of each) apparently it was hard for her to understand me. Let's blame the mask I was wearing. Anyway, the fries were soggy and 20 out of the 30 wings tasted like they had been sitting there which made no sense because I had just ordered. My meal took 28 minutes to make ( I had a timer on). I got 3 orders of fries and she threw 2 ketchup in the bag. Let me start off by saying the customer service at this Wingstop is AWESOME! They are very personable and always very nice even to the customers who come off on the rude side, if you know what I mean. It takes about 15-18 minutes to get your wings, but well worth the wait.... Garlic Parmesan and Mango habanero are my flavors and the wings come with plenty sauce, they never disappoint. Finally decided to try this place. We ordered online and food was ready for pick up in around 25min. Website was easy to navigate and the order process was extremely simple and efficient. We ordered the 40pc family meal and got the original hot wings and garlic parmesan wings. Very happy with the taste and heat of the original hot wings...not so much with the garlic parm ones...those weren't as tasty and seemed a bit greasy. Love the sides of carrot sticks and celery sticks..i swear..those carrot sticks were so crisp and sweet...i could easily have eaten just that for dinner. I wasn't too impressed with the fries and yeast rolls though. I thought the "fresh baked" rolls would be hot and soft...but they were far from it. The rolls were cold and very dry and the fries were kinda soggy. GRANTED...we ordered togo..so that may have been the reason why the fries were not up to par. Definitely skip with rolls...you can get better rolls from a grocery store. But overall..i would definitely go back again for the hot wings, carrot and celery sticks with ranch and bleu cheese dip. As far as food goes, I've never had bad food from here. In fact that's the ONE thing that keeps me coming back... As for the service, wow... to put it lightly, it's HORRIBLE. Every single time I've placed an order (in person, online, phone) something goes wrong. This place is extremely unorganized and lacking in common sense. When I receive my orders, they're either wrong or missing something, or it takes 100 years to get it. I am completely ok with things taking a little bit of extra time due to typical busy nights/times. However the last time I was here, I watched as the 10 people behind me, got their orders before mine. Mind you, this night was not one of those busy nights/times. I don't know if the tickets were placed in the wrong order or what happened. Based on the cashier recommendation, we tried the Louisiana Rub on bone-in. All I can say is wow! I found a new favorite wing!! Now the rest of this review is for our cashier -- I believe her name was Diamond -- not 100% sure though. Nevertheless, it had been several years since we visited a Wingstop and she took the time to answer and explain any questions that we had. She made several recommendations and even let us try a couple of flavors that we had not had before. She even brought a water cup for us, knowing that one of the flavor samples was going to be HOT. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel as though she truly appreciated us as customers. I have been in the services industry for over 22 years, and it is rare these days to find someone that will go the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction. This is my favorite location that I have been to. I order the 10 strip meal for two in original hot with extra seasoning on the fries. The food is excellent here. Ranch ranch ranch is all I can say. I'm so disappointed in the Managers decision to make customers pay for ranch. I just bought a 50 piece for $41 and they did not give me any free ranch.
