Wingstop is such a classic wing haven. They are definitely great for traditional bone in wings. My favorite is their original (really wet) wings. The service is MID but they say hello. We received an order of wings that were raw inside, which is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. When I called, Steph handled the situation professionally, replaced our order, and even added 5 extra wings for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick up the replacement order, the manager Chris completely ruined that positive experience. He took the raw wings we brought back, counted them, said there were "only 6," and then proceeded to count them again--even after knowing the wings were raw. He clearly didn't realize Steph had added extra wings as a courtesy, but instead of listening or showing any concern about serving undercooked food, he came across as rude, dismissive, and more focused on counting wings than addressing a serious issue. Serving raw chicken is bad enough, but poor management and rude customer service made this experience even worse. I will never return to this location. read more

I am from Jurupa Valley area and I always mobile order at Jurupa valley and for some reason today I accidentally placed order for eastvale. I came to Jurupa valley wingstop store and explained the situation, they called this store and tried to cancel the order and to refund. The eastvale store refused to refund, and said I either have to go to eastvale store to get my order or nothing. Luckily Jurupa valley wingstop was able to get me my order done. Avoid eastvale! We ordered 10 wings bone in wings with as a part of an larger order. As we began eating the wings some of the wings were undercooked, almost raw in fact. We called the store and the girl was very helpful. She said she would replace them and add an extra 5 wings which we didn't ask for or care about but a really good gesture. When we arrived to return the wings and pick up the order the guy at the counter wanted to go back and forth saying there only 6 wings left or 5 wings left which should have mattered they were raw. He was very rude and didn't seem to care that because of the way the conversation went we asked for the district managers information since he said he was the manager. We paid extra for cheese sauce on top of our ranch for it to not be included in my order. Ordered on May 24, 2025 at 5:30 PM I really wanted this to be a better experience, especially since Wingstop Eastvale makes it so easy to order. The online process was smooth, the 20 wings for $20 deal is a great value, and the free delivery was fast and on time. All of that deserves credit. But the food... not so much. The wings I received were dry, hard, and overcooked -- like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. They were chewy, lacked flavor, and even with sauce, they just weren't enjoyable. Definitely not what I expected from a place that specializes in wings. What makes this more disappointing is that it's the second time I've had a bad food experience from this location. I gave it another shot hoping it was a one-off issue, but clearly, consistency and freshness aren't a priority here. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the good value and fast delivery. Terrible service. Don't ever order directly from the app for delivery. I placed an order for 20 wings and fries and only received half the size of fries and only 10 wings. I called and spoke to Alfredo to let them know and their solution is to pick up the food after I already paid the delivery and tip or get a credit for 10 wings but has to be within a week. I ordered a ten -piece Lemon Pepper wing and a large Lemon Pepper fry for takeout over the phone. They said the wait would be ten minutes, which honestly seems prettttyy fast considering it's Wingstop. From other locations I've been to, the wait is always at least twenty minutes. I got there under ten minutes and expected to have to wait, but they had it ready. The order was sitting there ready. Under ten minutes. Suspiciously fast. When I got home, the fries were not as much as other portions I've had from Wingstop and looked a lot less seasoned as well. Honestly, I couldn't even tell if they had Lemon Pepper or not. Both, the wings and fries, were cold and floppy. I'm guessing that they didn't cook it to order and instead had a large batch sitting there and picked my order from that instead. I'm not against that, but at least have it hot. They were both kind of lukewarm when I picked them up. Overall, I'd prefer to wait longer than have something fast and disappointing. read more

This is purely a review of thighstop. I've ordered thighs on three different occasions over the last month and man, these are horrible. I had extremely high hopes here since I love the wings but these are pigeon thighs. What kind of chicken is this? I ordered a two thigh add on and I got the three thighs below. I lined it up to the wings for comparison. How is a thigh smaller than a wing drum or flat? I expected a real thigh, these are subpar and simply don't deserve to be on the menu. Hours of operation are clearly not as posted. If you are not going to stick to the hours you have posted then change the hours. I've never been to an establishment that did not abide by the hours they had posted. They say they are open till midnight but they are clearly not. This was the second location I've been to where they are closing up an hour early. I've worked in restaurants before and have never seen them close early to be out by closing time, you should either change the hours on your site and google anywhere that has the hours posted so people do not waste time driving to your location. I'm still shocked! The food was amazing. I ordered delivery and it did take a while cause they couldn't find my order. Once they had my order it was really fast and food arrived very hot. Wings were sauced beautifully and the chicken sandwiches.... Chicken was perfectly crunchy and sauced, and the bun super soft.
