Wingstop is such a classic wing haven. They are definitely great for traditional bone in wings. My favorite is their original (really wet) wings. The service is MID but they say hello. Besides, it's more of a self service place anyway. The restaurant is of to sit and eat but it isn't that appealing to sit and eat at this location. Most of the locals take their food to go. read more

We received an order of wings that were raw inside, which is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. When I called, Steph handled the situation professionally, replaced our order, and even added 5 extra wings for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick up the replacement order, the manager Chris completely ruined that positive experience. He took the raw wings we brought back, counted them, said there were "only 6," and then proceeded to count them again--even after knowing the wings were raw. He clearly didn't realize Steph had added extra wings as a courtesy, but instead of listening or showing any concern about serving undercooked food, he came across as rude, dismissive, and more focused on counting wings than addressing a serious issue. Serving raw chicken is bad enough, but poor management and rude customer service made this experience even worse. I will never return to this location. read more

'Twas the night before September 27 I was watching a movie when I got the bright idea to order from my favorite wing spot. I ordered the new lemon pepper crunch and the other one I don't remember the name with a side of fries oh how I love those fries best in the game. I was already upset as my girlfriend left my house in fit of rage and I am yet to hear from her. So imagine the look of defeat in my eyes when I open my bag to see three orders of veggies and not one fry. I damn near fell to my knees. Simple mistake I tried to call back two times and not a single answer to this day I have not yet received any compensation. Really disappointed read more

Unfortunately, the chicken wings at this location are not too good. The food is either cold and dry or cold and soggy. The sauce and flavor is lacking as well. read more

The taste was not yummy. The wings were hard. Very bad. I didn't go into the place. So, I didn't know about the environment inside the restaurant. Service was fast. Will not reorder! read more

I am from Jurupa Valley area and I always mobile order at Jurupa valley and for some reason today I accidentally placed order for eastvale. I came to Jurupa valley wingstop store and explained the situation, they called this store and tried to cancel the order and to refund. The eastvale store refused to refund, and said I either have to go to eastvale store to get my order or nothing. Luckily Jurupa valley wingstop was able to get me my order done. Avoid eastvale! Bad customer service by violating their refund/cancellation policy! read more

Solid wingstop great food of course. Service is fine. Ambiance. I mean it's a wingstop what do you expect?

We ordered 10 wings bone in wings with as a part of an larger order. As we began eating the wings some of the wings were undercooked, almost raw in fact. We called the store and the girl was very helpful. She said she would replace them and add an extra 5 wings which we didn't ask for or care about but a really good gesture. When we arrived to return the wings and pick up the order the guy at the counter wanted to go back and forth saying there only 6 wings left or 5 wings left which should have mattered they were raw. He was very rude and didn't seem to care that because of the way the conversation went we asked for the district managers information since he said he was the manager. Horrible experience in fact made a bad situation worse. read more

Been coming to this wing stop every so often , and for the most part they are hit or miss but this time it was definitely a miss ordered my girlfriend her favorite wings and when she opened them they were just poorly coated and the fries were just soggy and bland by far the worst experience we've had here read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Eastvale, California

Ordered on May 24, 2025 at 5:30 PM I really wanted this to be a better experience, especially since Wingstop Eastvale makes it so easy to order. The online process was smooth, the 20 wings for $20 deal is a great value, and the free delivery was fast and on time. All of that deserves credit. But the food... not so much. The wings I received were dry, hard, and overcooked -- like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. They were chewy, lacked flavor, and even with sauce, they just weren't enjoyable. Definitely not what I expected from a place that specializes in wings. What makes this more disappointing is that it's the second time I've had a bad food experience from this location. I gave it another shot hoping it was a one-off issue, but clearly, consistency and freshness aren't a priority here. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the good value and fast delivery. But at the end of the day, if the wings aren't fresh or tasty, none of that really matters. Won't be ordering from this location again unless something changes. read more

Wow imagine not eating all day , ordering with delivery through their site , paying damn near $40 and they give you BONELESS wings instead of what I ordered ( bone in wings ) like wow I'm so pissed wtf FORCED TO EAT THESE CHICKEN NUGERS LIKE WOW read more

The guys working tonight were so busy but kept up with exceptional service and amazing food. Thank you

This team does not know how to handle workload what so ever... every time I come to purchase food and they have more than a few customers in store almost every aspect of my order is wrong and this isn't the first time. We paid extra for cheese sauce on top of our ranch for it to not be included in my order. A secondary issue I encountered is I ordered the hot honey fries and received normal fries and they were soggy at that. In today's day and age where food and the cost of living is as expensive as it is I believe nobody deserves to pay for incorrect food. If I could leave a 0 star I would get it together Eastvale team!!! read more

There's a guy working night shift is super rude. I've never seen such a dude staff before. It's so sad because I love wingstop and this is the closest location. I rather drive further to another one. read more

Terrible service. Don't ever order directly from the app for delivery. I placed an order for 20 wings and fries and only received half the size of fries and only 10 wings. I called and spoke to Alfredo to let them know and their solution is to pick up the food after I already paid the delivery and tip or get a credit for 10 wings but has to be within a week. I have company over and now have to order from somewhere else. read more

My food came out amazing, nice and fresh! I met a worker, his name was Alfredo and he was very helping and when I told him about the Dr Pepper being watered down, he immediately fixed it and I had a fresh Dr Pepper. I would give this store zero. Don't ever order online from this store. They knew their website is bad and never fixed it. 1st time, it took 2 times to went thru and no refund automatically. Called no one ever answers the phone. I have to go to store and request a refund which took 2 weeks and get my money back last time. I thought they will get better. Nothing changed. Today, it happened again. This restaurant sucks and bad online services. Now, I have to wait 3-5 business days to request my money back again. This place lost my business forever. Horrible. read more

Really, really bad !! Soggy brown French fries, and the wings also tasted old. I'd never eat here again !

Honestly this is the best wing stop I've been to, service was great and place was clean also the wait was short. Thank you Gentleman !

Will never be back to this location. Super soggy oil filled fries that cannot be eaten + not enough sauce on the lemon pepper. A highly disappointing meal and I do not suggest eating at this wingstop location. They clearly aren't about feeding their customers edible food. Waste of mullah! read more

Wingstop - The worst fries ever and wing stop usually has the best. 6:20pm pick up on 7/1/2021 - Chicken Wings Near Me - Eastvale, California

I ordered a ten -piece Lemon Pepper wing and a large Lemon Pepper fry for takeout over the phone. They said the wait would be ten minutes, which honestly seems prettttyy fast considering it's Wingstop. From other locations I've been to, the wait is always at least twenty minutes. I got there under ten minutes and expected to have to wait, but they had it ready. The order was sitting there ready. Under ten minutes. Suspiciously fast. When I got home, the fries were not as much as other portions I've had from Wingstop and looked a lot less seasoned as well. Honestly, I couldn't even tell if they had Lemon Pepper or not. Both, the wings and fries, were cold and floppy. I'm guessing that they didn't cook it to order and instead had a large batch sitting there and picked my order from that instead. I'm not against that, but at least have it hot. They were both kind of lukewarm when I picked them up. Overall, I'd prefer to wait longer than have something fast and disappointing. read more

This is purely a review of thighstop. I've ordered thighs on three different occasions over the last month and man, these are horrible. I had extremely high hopes here since I love the wings but these are pigeon thighs. What kind of chicken is this? I ordered a two thigh add on and I got the three thighs below. I lined it up to the wings for comparison. How is a thigh smaller than a wing drum or flat? I expected a real thigh, these are subpar and simply don't deserve to be on the menu. Is this what all locations are serving or does this location only have rejects or pooping pigeons from the rooftop. read more

Love the taste and quality of the wings and fries, but the service, wait-time, and price don't quite add up. Let's start with the good! I've frequented this Wingstop for about a year now, and have fallen in love with their tasty Hawaiian Boneless Wings, garlic french fries, carrot slices, and fantastic ranch. The makings of a delicious meal. Unfortunately the yummy food doesn't make up for grumpy employees, slow service, and missing items. Looking forward to finding a new Wingstop stomping-grounds in HB! read more

If I ever want wings, Wingstop will always be my go-to unless someone proves me wrong. Hooters doesn't have enough flavor, BWW doesn't have enough sauce. And then there's Wingstop. It has the best of both worlds and never disappoints. Oddly enough, my fiancé's never been to a Wingstop so we came here because it was on our way home. I consider this place an establishment for drunk munchies, because whenever I'm here I feel I can devour everyone's orders and then some. My favorites are the lemon-pepper fries (fresh of course otherwise they taste like soggy potatoes) and the Hawaiian wings. Their hot and bbq flavors are also on point. Fiancé was a fan, so I guess I'll be coming back with him. Service is friendly and quick enough considering the amount of customers there on a Saturday night. *updated because I realized I said "Wongstop" instead of Wingstop, and well......* read more

Honestly I've expected no customer service anywhere but I do expect for them to prepare the food correctly. I hate ordering from here. This is my last time. They never put enough seasoning on the lemon pepper wings and when you ask for extra seasoning I swear they put light seasoning not even the regular amount of seasoning. Very disappointing considering I love wingstop. I can't wait for the new one in chino to open because at least when places first open they try. They don't try at this location. read more

Food was good but place was filthy and staff was unfriendly. Shocked to see the staff see the place so nasty and not do anything about it. Wingstop - Seating area - Chicken Wings Near Me - Eastvale, California

Worst wing stop experience with the quality of food. I am very disappointed, I asked for my wings to be extra wet with the mild sauce. When I got my wings, it was drenched in oil mixed with the mild sauce. The sauce would not stay on due to too much oil. Not sure why they would do this. The fries seemed like they had been cooked a while ago, crumbs and bottom of the batch fries. Instantly I got pain in my stomach, never going back to this location! read more

Hours of operation are clearly not as posted. If you are not going to stick to the hours you have posted then change the hours. I've never been to an establishment that did not abide by the hours they had posted. They say they are open till midnight but they are clearly not. This was the second location I've been to where they are closing up an hour early. I've worked in restaurants before and have never seen them close early to be out by closing time, you should either change the hours on your site and google anywhere that has the hours posted so people do not waste time driving to your location. Definitely do not recommend this location purely on business operations. read more
