My Bestie Chris and I dropped in a few times last week and really appreciated the wonderful Service from Josh and Cesco! Chris loves the Voodoo Ranger Cerveza here and I am a huge fan of the Pineapple Cider rimmed with Tajin, and we love capitalizing on the Happy Hour Queso with Chili Special as well as their Traditional Bone in Wings slathered with their House BBQ Sauce and the Desert Heat dry rub as well. Josh was such a pleasant and polite Server the whole evening and communicated courteously the whole night. He was fast and efficient using the Order Taking Tablets and made sure to update us on the ETA of our Wings when the kitchen was backed up, and let us know when Cesco would be taking over when the Managers cut him off the floor. I always appreciate Enjali for taking the time to check in with me warmly too and letting me share how much I loved the latest Mortal Kombat 2 Movie with her! Lately I've been going and asked for wet wings. They bring them with very little sauce. Last night I was there. I asked for extra sauce on the side by the time the sauce came my wings were already cold. I like the cheese dip. I requested to see the manager I told him this is why they are losing business, he indicated that the company sets the timer on how long to cook the chicken. Last time we came, I started off upset because nobody would help us for the what seemed like 10mins since we were seated.. but all of that changed when we finally got a server who was very attentive and helpful. He even got me gloves since I have long nails and didn't want the chicken wings in them lol Our water cups were never empty, if it wasn't our server filling them, whoever walked by and saw them running low came and filled them. My husband and I ordered wings to go with wedge fries. We ordered 10 naked wings and 10 garlic parmesan, all flats. Total cost was $57.08. I knew wings were expensive but this is a lot for 20 wings and a few wedge fries. Even after paying so much for the wings, it would have been ok if the wings were good. My tea looked and tasted like water, the chicken sandwich was overcooked and really dry, and the potato wedges that we paid extra for were so overcooked they looked and felt dehydrated. Terrible Service and Lack of Attention to Detail I called Buffalo Wild Wings before heading over, and they told me they weren't busy. When I arrived, we waited over 25 minutes before anyone even took our food order, while others who came in after me were served first. The service was really slow. Servers just kept passing by and no acknowledgement from at all. Finally someone came by and ask if we wanted some drinks, ordered food with the drinks to make sure we get our food and drinks. When they took my order, I asked for the wings extra wet. When the wings came they were dry with barely any sauce, I had to ask them again to wet them. When they came back correct this time. The wings were dry. Whatever, I was hungry so we ate then I noticed they never brought me my waters. ordered pick 6 for $24.99 and upgraded both entrees to traditional bone in wings. they only allowed us to pick 1 flavor for each 10 (when you order online you can pick 2 flavors for each 10). server took our order, somebody else brought the food. server brought napkins, we asked for carrots and celery, she said ok but never come back until we finished everything. need to asked somebody else to get us some boxes and the check. she was there, but didn't even check on our table. she wasn't even busy. Favorite bdubz to go to. This place is chill. Wait time wasn't long even on a friday night. Staff were quick to get me my food when it was ready. Food came out hot and even managed to get a side order i put in late out before my main meal was even half through. Isaiah was quick with refills and service even with him taking care of a few tables near me. He was attentive even with me ordering something relatively small compared to his nearby tables and made sure my drink was topped up as soonbas it neared empty. Overall, great experience. Went to BWW last Monday, August 25th at 630p. They had Love Island playing on a majority of their TV's and playing over the loud speaker. Due to dining with my 6yr old, I asked the Manager if they could switch the dining area TV's and sound to a more family friendly program or sports game ( I thought BWW was a SPORTS bar).The manager said they would not since it was requested by guests and approved by his manager. Looking around there were about 15 people in the dining area, including another family also asking for the TV to be changed. I again asked if they could switch it to play it in the bar area only for the adult viewers. The manager said he would not be able to do that. Was here with my family yesterday (Sunday). Was enjoying my food and watching the games until a drunk man at the bar started arguing with people and tried to fight a old man outside the door right where we were sitting, telling him he was going to knock him out a girl manager tried to intervene and then as another guy went and stopped and one the old guy came back inside and sat. Thinking everything was cool after that until the same aggressive man treated the guy who calmed the situation with a gun so he was told to go back inside. Then they let the man back inside to drink at the bar causing more issues inside with other people at the bar. Wouldn't they kick him out? Or inform the police? The customer service was slow for a Thursday night. It was 9:20pm when we came in for apps and drinks. Our drinks came out super late between ordering whenever we did get checked on. The bathrooms were disgusting! The mirrors are filthy and the toilet paper was so unhygienic, there was literal poop on it. I had my friend get me some from another stall which was empty! Only once it's time to actually order do you find out the grill is broken and your menu choices are wings or chicken sandwiches. Came in for some green beer about 3pm on a Friday. The food was alight, typical bar food. Ordered wings, a salad, a side of Mac n cheese Mozzarella sticks and a kids burger. Everything but the burger came out in regular time. When I was ordering I notice happy hour started at 3. Well when you look at the menu that's exactly what it says. But I was told only food. Not drinks. (Check the photo). Whatever we ordered and ate. Ambiance was good, loud music and sports on. A fun time. We were there for exactly an hour. Paying I noticed that I was charged full price for the Mozzarella sticks when they are on the happy hour menu. Which is the only reason I ordered them. Just a bit confusing. A quick stop. I read a lot of the reviews, specifically, about dirty tables and unfriendly staff. Regrettably, we walked in and sat at one of the high tables that was covered in dried up soda which was sticky. We should've moved to another table but that would've meant the server would have lost our service. When Laura walked up, we politely asked if she could wipe down the table, an her reaction seemed surprised that we asked and immediately turned away and returned minutes later not seeming concerned or apologetic. After wiping down the table, left again and returned minutes later seeming exhausted. She took our order and didn't seem to want to make eye contact or greet us. After 15-20 mins both our food + drinks arrived. We ordered wings, o-rings and fries and again Laura seemed to not appreciate our patronage which as a service industry can ruin a dining experience. With so many dining options, it may be difficult to justify wanting to come back. I've tried giving this location a few chances, but after my most recent experience, I'm done. Buffalo Wild Wings at Eastvale Gateway is HORRIBLE for online orders. Every single time I've tried ordering for pickup, there's been some issue. Last night was no exception. First off, the pick-up time was way off. When I arrived, I was told it would be another "15 minutes" due to a backlog of orders--fine, I get it, but 30 MINUTES later, my food was finally ready. That's half an hour of waiting just to get cold, soggy wings. Every time. No exaggeration. On top of that, they can't even get the order right. I clearly requested a specific sauce for my wings, but nope, they gave me something completely different. I even double-checked my order when I was picking up, and the sauce was still wrong. I don't get how that happens when you're ordering ahead and confirming everything on the app! It's honestly not worth the hassle anymore. The food is always cold, the service is consistently terrible, and the order accuracy is non-existent. This location needs to seriously step up their game. Save yourself the frustration and skip this place--and the one at The Crossings, too. Both are equally awful when it comes to online orders. read more
