The have good customer service buuuuuut their wings and fries are waaaaaaaaay too salty. We ordered mango habanero, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper. Yeah they're fried but it doesn't justify how the bottom of the tray had a puddle of oil, which is not very ideal. I have been to this place for many years. Our favorite flavors are original hot, garlic parmesan, and lemon pepper. The food is always hot and fresh. Takeout is easy and convenient. I love their ranch and blue cheese. An area of improvement is that sometimes the fries can get soggy, but good thing my sister loves soggy fries. I recommend calling in or ordering online because it takes at least 20 minutes at least. The wings are big and crispy and I love their flats. Everyone is wearing masks and socially distancing. First, I want to give recognition to Manny. He is the only helpful person who works at this location. Very knowledgeable, attentive. And has great customer service skills and ethics. I called 10 more times over the course of 40 min. Still no answer. 15 minutes before the projected delivery time (8:56PM). I called one more time, a girl answered... When my order was delivered (9:30PM over 30 min late) all of our fries were still frozen in the middle and in grease puddles, our boneless and original chicken was raw in the middle, we were missing one drink, the sweet tea was some other type of tropical tea and they gave us two ranch's for five meals. I called again and that's when manny answered first ring. He apologized for the inconvenience and suggested I fill out the online form to rate the order and experience. We ordered from here through DoorDash and we were missing the dipping sauce for our Wings so I call back to ask about the missing item. I was told that the combo 10 piece I ordered comes with a dip sauce but the second 10 piece wings and 10 street corn and veggies does not come with a sauce you have to pay for sauce? They also have a few flavors that I'm a fan of (original hot, lemon pepper, Cajun, atomic, mango habanero). Some negatives about this place are they serve the saltiest fries you'll ever have, so make sure to ask them to go easy on the salt unless you like really salty fries. Also, if you don't get a combo, they charge for a dipping sauce. Another thing is the location is really small so they have hardly any seating in there. *Heads up, this review will be lengthy* I will start by disclosing that I used to be an employee at this Wingstop Eastvale location when it first opened in 2010. I'm not sure if its under the same management but back then we would actually care and pay attention to how we treated our customers. With that being said, after coming back to this location a few times throughout the years, the management and employees have all gone downhill. The food quality seems to have gone down as well which again, ties into how much training the employees are given. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Most of the employees I've seen are young kids who barely care to be there. No greeting, no smiles, so much attitude. Them being young is no excuse for how they should be in terms of customer service. Maybe the management has changed because you can tell there's just chaos in the kitchen. Also, the yeast bread rolls are not what they used to be. I won't go too into detail about my last visit to this place but I came in after I placed a phone order. I waited for about an HOUR for something that should take no longer than 20 min. Just don't go to this Wingstop location period.
