Dear Yelp, I've never been compelled enough to write a review of any establishment. I only come on your website to check out reviews. However, on New Year's Day, I stumbled upon this particular Wingstop. I've been to a number of different Wingstop restaurants and have always been happily satisfied, but NOT THIS TIME. Why? 1. The wings were TINY TINY TINY, EXTREMELY SMALL; a lil more than half the size of other Wingstop's chicken wings (honest comparison). 2. Fries were cold and had NO flavor! Other Wingstops use jumbo fries that are perfectly seasoned! This Wingstop had small standard fries that you could find at any fast-food burger joint. Definitely NOT the Wingstop fries I love. 3. They did not have one of my favorite Wingstop flavors, Hawaiian. FYI, did not have Hickory Smoked BBQ on the day I went either. 4. NO HAND SOAP IN THE RESTROOM! It's okay if you don't plan to eat there as I was out-of-town and had no other place to eat. But nonetheless, I did see an employee go in to use the restroom. Hope they had hand soap in the back kitchen area. Please don't let this review shun you from trying Wingstop altogether. I LOVE Wingstop, just not this one. Luckily there are other Wingstops that are a bit of a distance but probably well worth the trip. We placed an online order for pick up and they messed up the order. I don't understand how they can mess up an online order considering everything is entered through their system. Terrible terrible terrible. Been here three times since they open and got terrible food each time. Once got flavorless chicken, then got burnt un eatable chicken, the sliders which were over sauced. The fries don't have that slight sweetness like other Wing Stops. Like in baseball 3 strikes your out. I won't be back...Buffalo Wild Wings is right across the street go there instead! read more

I was not impressed at any point with this place. Should've been more aware going in at lunch rush and being among three people in the place. Service was not an issue like for others but I can see how the cashier might be a little rough. The real problem was the wings. I was completely underwhelmed by the small wings. Got the lemon pepper which was ok flavor but extremely greasy. Also tried the new lime flavor and wasn't impressed. The wings weren't hot (oven hot) and I ate in. The wings didn't taste overly fresh or tender which may have been from the smaller size. The wings just seemed to be of poor quality in taste. The reason for two stars is this place can't compete against Buffalo Wild Wings across the street which I would rate 4-5 stars and frequent often. This place is charging top dollar for inferior product. You can get better wings from places here in town that don't even specialize in wings. read more

To be honest, all Wingstops taste basically the same. What made this specific establishment stand out above the rest was the level of customer service I received. I'm pretty surprised looking at the other reviews because I've been coming here consistently (60 cent boneless Monday's and Tuesday's CAN I GET AN AMEN) the past two months ever since I started working in the area and have never had any problems. Today like always, I called in and placed my order right before lunchtime so that I could go and eat without having to wait. The dude making the wings messed up and made five of the wrong flavor which honestly is just a little annoying and no big deal at all. The manager however went out of her way to make sure I was okay by sincerely apologizing and giving me the extra wings for free along with a free drink. I think I said it was completely okay like 10 times but as I sat down, the gentleman who messed up my order comes out with my remade order (with like another 5 extra wings for free) and apologizes once again. I've had multiple Wingstop order screw ups in my life and the employee's responses were never even close to this caliber (straight up felt like I was at a 5 star diner). I'm conflicted. Pros: they don't skimp out on the sauce when they toss the wings, when i ask for lemon pepper fries there's a good amount of seasoning, the blue cheese or ranch are always cold when served, beans are always warm/hot when served, the boneless wings are made fast, the bone in wings don't take super long, the tables are usually cleared out as soon as someone leaves. Cons: the customer service is lacking. I came in at 10:30pm one night, and (I see what the other reviews are talking about) I was not greeted - the employees just looked at me and went about their business. I had to walk up to the counter and purposefully stare down an employee until he felt so uncomfortable he had to come help me - and this is just to place my order! Then, after I order I notice he didn't ask me if it was for dine in or carry out, and I wasn't the least bit shocked when they automatically put my order to go. I'd understand if I came in 15-30 min before closing, but it was a whole hour and a half before closing. & of course I got the dirtiest of looks from the entire staff when I sat down and ate my order there. The drinks area is almost ALWAYS dirty, the soda machine basin is always over flowing with ice, to the point where there is ice on the floor. Add the soda spills around the counter/floor, no wet floor sign, and you have a recipe for a nice ole lawsuit. The food is worth it, but the experience is not. My least favorite Wing Stop. It's frustrating when you ask to mix two flavors and they act like you asked them to re-invent the wheel. Whatever happened to getting what you want? I love Wing Stop, but the service here sucks. I ordered via app at 9:47 and it said the order would be done by 10:17. I came in by 10 just to pay for it in advance while I waited , but the girl was like oh...... She looked over to the printer and grabbed what was printed meaning she barely put in my order in the system. She said it would be 10 mins but we both knew that was a lie. I also noticed when I walked in, the workers just stared at me for a few minutes before greeting me. I guess.... I usually never have bad service, but this is a first. The food of course is great...you can't go wrong with Wingstop. But last night I ordered 15 wings and was charged for 15 (I have my receipt still) and when I got home and opened up the box, there were only 10 wings. Kind of disappointed that they didn't catch that. I mean the receipt was on top of my to go order so you would think someone would have seen that it said 15 pieces. I will still continue to go here because I love their wings, but I will make sure to look at all my to go orders before I leave the store. read more

This review is based upon my recent visit today at Wingstop in Eastvale. I called in my order for the 40pc family meal and requested different sauces for my wings. The phone conversation was fine, but upon arriving to Wingstop to pick up my order, this is where my issue begins. After paying for my take-out meal, the bag was ready to go for us, but rather than handing us the bag the girl at the register instead takes it to the back and unpacks all the contents and proceeds to place it into a new bag. It was strange because she did not mention anything and just took the bag. When we got home we noticed we were missing 10 pcs from our 40 pc order. I'm not sure why the girl at the register unpacked the bag but it seemed odd that her actions were not explained. I called in and they immediately knew who I was and what I was missing. They clearly knew we were missing something, and rather than giving us a call (the first question they asked was for my phone number) for us to turn around and get it; they just waited for us to get home and unpack all of our food and call them. I wasn't even given an apology at the beginning of my conversation, and was instead was rudely asked if I was coming to pick up the remainder of my missing food. I wasn't given an option originally to receive a refund and had to ask for it myself as I was not going to drive 30 minutes just to pick up what was not placed in my bag. I decided to write my review once I got home and tried the food. Walking into the restaurant was hot and miserable. I do not know how there were people sitting and eating in. The girl who took my order was friendly and I told her I was going to complain about how how it is. She said thank you, it's hot in here a lot. I'm a huge fan of wings. I could eat them all day every day if I wanted to. Wing Stop is definitely among my favorites and is my number one choice if I'm getting it for a group. Heres why. First, the wings are delicious. I don't mean the flavors are good I mean the chicken meat is excellent. Even the chicken tenders and boneless wings, you can tell they're better than most other wing places. Second, ALL the sauces are delicious. My personal favorite sauce is from hooters, their 9-1-1 sauce. But I don't really like any of their other ones. So if I'm getting multiple flavors, like for the family or a group or a party or something, definitely go with wing stop. They've also got deals where you get a large number of wings and it comes with fries and multiple sauces and sides and w/e. Good family deals. Also, I don't know what they do to their fries to make them so good but they're in my top 10 favorite french fries ever. However, if you plan on eating there to watch a game or w/e, I'd suggest Buffalo Wild Wings because WS doesn't have nearly as many TVs (usually just 1 or 2) and BWW has booze. The only real problem with wing stop (and wing places in general) is the amount of time it takes to make your food. Thats kind of the price you pay for fresh, hot wings. WS helps alleviate this by letting you place orders over the phone, internet or via their Wing Stop app on a smartphone. I always send in an order and time my pick up about 15-20 minutes after (I usually make big orders) and it generally eliminates sitting around in there waiting for my order. Definitely stop in whenever you have that wing craving. read more

Wanted something quick and not too expensive. I ordered the 6 pcs combo (fries, ranch, soda 4 lemon pepper and 2 bbq) The guy who took my order was very nice, and my order was ready in 4mins!
