    Steak sandwich. Good.

Chow: 3***. Prices: 2**. Inside: 2**. My sandwich (Gaucho Steak on Ciabatta, $14.95) was small but delicious. Served plain on a white plate, kinda boring. Mrs. Yelper got Thai Chicken bowl on brown rice with 1 add-on ($14.95+$1.50). She liked the seasoned chicken, but after that was gone, the rice was sitting in a soupy curry puddle. She didn't finish it. The bench cushions near us are tattered to 80% gone. The menu is too far away from where orders are placed. Awkward. Too many other choices. $44 with tip for this? Won't be back.

How lucky the residents living in Eastvale/Ontario Ranch are to have a Bushfire Kitchen in our city. I truly appreciate made-from-scratch casual eateries, because sometimes I just don't feel like getting dressed up to get good, yet healthy restaurant quality food. Bushfire Kitchen's menu offers a variety of items. My orders... Appetizer: Empanadas, salad Main Course: Japanese Salmon plate, Burger w/ sweet potato fries Desser: Chocolate Cookie & Lemon Cookie The flavors worked really well together & the food that I ordered was very enjoyable. I also love the different Soda drinks that they offer, because they are not your typical Coke of Pepsi products. They also have a happy hour on drinks and wine at a certain time. I will remain a loyal customer, and can't wait to try other things in the menu on my next visit!

We've been seeing Bushfire Kitchen on Yelp for months when deciding on where to eat and we finally decided to stop by for the first time! We got two plates of the chimchurri tri tip both with garlic mashed and one with French fries and the other with extra crispy Brussels sprouts. We both agreed that our plate was delicious and we were glad we decided to come here for dinner. Lastly my son enjoyed their cheese quesadilla very much & we selected a side for the kids meal and the Mac and cheese, we allll enjoyed their Mac and cheese. Very flavorful! We all left feeling full and satisfied Dylan was great taking our orders and helping us out! My son loved the cookie and we look forward to coming back here

The food here is okay, and it's not super impressive. It's your typical burgers, fries, and drinks. My fiancé and I had come here to eat because we had plans to meet with friends. Parking is a cinch. There are numerous spots since it's a connecting plaza with sprouts. We entered from the front and walked left, to line up for the register. We ended up getting the trip tip with chimichurri sauce, fries, Korean cauliflower, and a Ceasar salad. We also ordered two beers to go with our meal. The tri tip was okay, it came medium rare. The chimichurri sauce was oddly, very thick and wasn't something we were expecting. The fries were a perfect compliment to the meal, while the Korean cauliflower had nothing Korean about it? We couldn't taste anything that made it different. In addition, the Caesar salad was okay. We weren't a fan of their homemade dressing. Happy Hour was nice! It's every day from 2-5 PM with discounts for beers, wine, and appetizers. The servers did their job, but they were young and still in training. They were quick with service but slow to clean plates. The inside is nice, there are numerous restrooms, and many spots to sit inside and out. It's not that the food or place is bad, but it wasn't memorable. If I were to ever have cravings, this place just wouldn't be one of them.

The place is small fits about 100 comfortably inside and outside. The menu is posted and you order at the counter. Once the food is ready it is brought to your table. We ordered a bbq tri tip sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The fries were good and they came with ketchup- I would have preferred honey mustard. The sandwich was good but if the bread was toasted before it would be an excellent sandwich. The bread was soggy and falling apart. It was good for a quick snack which we shared.

We came here for lunch since we have been to the Brea location and love it. My bf was in the area and I've had this location cater at my work (highly recommended). They have plenty of parking right at the front with a couple EV chargers available on the side. They have indoor and outdoor seating. This is a large location with plenty of seating space. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. We ordered a couple of chicken empanadas (our favorites) which we ate before I could take a picture. My bf had his favorite which is the gaucho steak sandwich and I had the sustainable salmon bowl with rice and veggies. My bfs sandwich was good, but not as good as the ones we have had in Brea. My veggies were delicious, as usual and the rice was good. My salmon had a good flavor, but it wasn't as good as the one I've had in the other location. I think the biggest factor is that it wasn't more cooked. The salmon was well done vs the normal medium. I didn't specify but wasn't asked either. Overall I would still consider going back, but although it's good, it is not my favorite location.

It was an OTC with beer. Lots of younger people. The lady at the counter was super friendly. The order took less than 10 minutes to come to the table via another friendly waitress. High tables made it feel like a pub or taphouse. I came with my colleagues and we all got our stuff real quick. The empanada was tasty, I like more grungy spots for this type of fare but it was still good, healthy lol. I got the surf and turf with brown rice and cauliflower. The focaccia was gas. The vinaigrette made the dish go to like a 9. The only problem is there was NO PHONE SERVICE. Probably not the restaurants fault but still killed my vibe at lunch. I still recommend that you pass by if you should have the time.

Came here for an early dinner with my (somewhat picky mom) & 4 year old & wow, there were so many options to choose from! We did try a few things and shared it amongst each other however the surf & turf plate was probably my favorite. The salmon & steak were cooked perfectly & that mashed potatoes was delicious. The side of Mac & cheese that we got was beyond amazing. Service was amazing, I couldn't remember the Asian guys name but he had an amazing attitude with every guest that he encountered. He was very helpful and very accommodating! The store has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating & plenty of parking. There's plenty of options for everyone and like I said, my somewhat picky mom also really enjoyed everything we ate. Can't wait to be back!

Food is fresh and delicious. Atmosphere and ambiance is relaxing. Service is service. Nothing special. I enjoy my American burger with Brussels sprouts. I would come back here.

Awesome place to have burgers. I actually chose the salmon plate and it was fantastic. The ambience is beautiful and cozy. The cashier was helpful with how to order.

Plenty of parking in the plaza since it's huge, but it can get quite busy (mostly looks like people for Starbucks and the grocery store though). Rodeo X was mostly empty when I went, hopefully it picks up because man that was sad to see. Maybe food halls weren't the answer to the economy (looking at you Haven City and Blossom Market Hall amongst others). Anyways, there were 2 families there and another person ordering to go and they all had food from Shootz. Really says a lot about how it's a crowd favorite. There was no line when I ordered and they called my name to pick up my order fairly quickly. I believe they have an app, or the very least you can order ahead of time for pick up. For my lunch, I got the: 1) Mint Peach Limeade: -No ice or sweetness adjustments, I got it as is and it's from an ever flowing machine at the front next to the register. Similar to those machines that cycle through lemonade at Hot Dog on a Stick. Got this immediately. -Not bad. Like slightly milky sweet peach drink with a subtle mint after taste. Pretty unique, the reason why I immediately resonated with wanting to order it. 2) Kimchi Butter Katsu Chicken: -I got this spicy. -Comes with 2 decently sized cut slabs of chicken katsu. Super juicy, deliciously crisp exterior. Covered in their signature kimchi butter all over the chicken and their rice. It was to the point where I JUST picked it up and some was already coagulating on the edge of the to go box. -Mega indicator of how rich and indulgent, and likely not healthy for you but delicious as a fried food treat once in awhile. -Generous portions of crisp green onions and furikake on top. -Each bite was rich and delicious. Usually rice is just a carb to help with the savory and salty intake of a protein, but it was also made really addicting with the kimchi butter. There's a slight kick from the spice, but nothing substantial. Some of that spicy powder was also on top of the mac salad (also rich and delicious). -Easily lots of butter, mayo, etc. used so of course it's going to be mega good. I had to stop myself from inhaling the dish so I can take some back for my family to try too. Good stuff, I'd definitely come back, probably with others, hopefully at a closer location to try more of their menu (it's limited but they're super good at what they do) and eat more of their deliciously decadent and filling food.

The cashiers and workers are nice, work hard, and the food comes out fast. It seems like most of their business is online ordering for pick up. Everything behind the counter and in the kitchen was spotless. The not-so good: The restaurant is located inside a food court and there are no signs outside the building that name the restaurants that are inside. We had to turn on Maps to find the location. I'm not sure if the tables inside are cleaned by the individual restaurants or are cleaned by a food court employee... but we had to check for sticky tables when trying to find a seat. The Mac salad has tuna in it. It's not to my liking but my husband really enjoyed it. I highly recommend splitting a combo plate(s) with your favorite person and try to avoid leftovers. The reheated katsu and rice just isn't the same as when it's fresh.... So even with having to check the tables - I do recommend eating at the food court for the freshest and tastiest experience

The French fries that came with the shrimp basket were perfectly fried and delicious. There was a great balance between crispy and soft. There was also a generous amount of shrimp in the basket, and the breading was so flavorful. The Southwestern chicken salad had a good amount of chicken and perfectly complemented the shrimp basket. We successfully created our accounts and were excited to enjoy our meal. One of my friends was trying ramen for the first time, so we wanted to make sure she had a great first experience. The ramen was delicious, and the matcha lychee lemonade was so refreshing! After we finished eating, we ordered dessert and asked to redeem the free mochi ice cream. Our waitress had trouble finding our rewards accounts, so we gave her our phone numbers. After waiting for a while, she came back and told us we couldn't redeem the reward because it had to be done through the app. That was disappointing because we had signed up exactly as we were instructed. I've worked in the restaurant industry, and I understand that sometimes promotions have restrictions. However, I also know that great customer service means finding a solution when a guest follows the directions they were given. Since our waitress watched us sign up, I wish she had honored the promotion or at least spoken with a manager to see if an exception could be made. Overall, the food was excellent, and I'd definitely come back for the ramen and drinks. I just hope they improve their customer service and make sure their staff clearly explains how the rewards program works to avoid disappointing future guests.

As a visual person, it did hamper the ambiance for me, especially since I was sitting right next to it. We were the only table that wasn't a couple, and even when it got more crowded, the noise level was pleasantly low. Our server asked us how we felt about salt, which was very much appreciated. AMARETTO SOUR: 3/5. Very sweet, and orange-forward which is a new flavor profile for this cocktail for me. BREAD & WHIPPED BUTTER: 5/5. Served warm. The bread was pillowy soft, and the butter, (which was more air than butter and therefore definitely zero calories), was delightfully salty. BRUSSELS SPROUTS: 5/5. I've been burned by so many poorly done sprouts that I don't order them anymore, but my partner wanted to try it and I'm so glad we got them. Zero bitterness, and crispier than an newly minted dollar bill. OCTOPUS: 5/5. Grilled to perfection, soft, not rubbery. The spices in the romesco sauce were aromatic and punchy. STEAK TARTARE: 4/5. Good. These crostinis were the most crostinis to have ever crostinied. The perfect vessel for the rich steak. MUSHROOM SOUP: 5/5. This is the first time I've found balance between being truffle-forward without being overbearing. Usually I'm done after about two spoonfuls, but all 3 bowls (shared between 6 of us) were cleaned. SURF & TURF: 5/5. Owen's checks internal and external temperature, which means steak is cooked true to the way it's ordered. More impressive is that they didn't overcook the lobster. A moment for the gorgeous blue plates; they are heirlooms, and only 7 of them exist in the world. CHILEAN SEA BASS: 4/5. For me, the radish did a lot of heavy lifting in balancing out the saltiness of the soy vinaigrette and richness of the fish itself. STEAK FRITES: 4/5. Again, perfectly cooked steak. I only had one fry, and I thought it was a damn good fry, but my partner did say it eventually got salty. And he loves his salt. CAMPING TRIP: 5/5. The crust on the salmon, the theatrics of the hot rock, the fresh veggies. It's a classic for a reason. MAITAKE MUSHROOM: 4/5. While it was good, I didn't find myself continuously reaching for more, as I nearly always do with mushrooms. ROBUCHON POTATOES: 5/5. AKA indulgent, buttery velvet. A labor of love well received. STRAWBERRY TART: 5/5. While the strawberries were phenomenal, the vanilla (?) custard was a little heavy for me. My mom inhaled it though. CRÈME BRÛLÉE: 5/5. So good. I don't know when it became normalized to serve crème with an Ozempic-thin layer of brûlée, but thank you Owen's for not doing that.

I realized after the fact that I had actually been here a couple years back, but luckily, it's worthy of its positive reviews. We ordered a pretty solid spread: pad Thai, chicken satay, a Panang pork curry, and another noodle dish that ended up being really tasty. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. No real misses in the group, which is always a win when you're ordering family-style and everyone is picking off everyone else's plates like civilized vultures. The chicken satay was a nice starter, the pad Thai was dependable and well-balanced, and the curry had good flavor. I do think it's a little odd when rice doesn't automatically come with curry, especially when there isn't really a lunch special price going on. Not the end of the world, but when you order curry, rice feels like it should be part of the team, not a free agent with a separate contract. Service was good and the food came out pretty quickly. Atmosphere-wise, it's more fast-casual than date-night destination. Clean and functional, but not a ton of ambiance. Prices are maybe a touch on the higher side for the overall setup, but the food quality helps justify it. Would I drive from OC just for this? Probably not, since we have some strong Thai options closer to home. But if you're in the Eastvale area and want a reliable Thai spot with good food and friendly service, Little Buddha Kitchen is definitely worth checking out.
