I dont know what's going on with Wingstop. They havent been the same since opening in California in the early 2000's. I only get the Garlic Parmesan and at every Wingstop they dont put enough parmesan. You might as well just serve fried wings because the parm is just a garnish. I mean in the beginning they use to put the wings in a bowl and shake em up so every wing is coated. If I could buy the cheese in the store I wouldnt complain. From Alhambra to Downey Ive visited plenty of Wingstops and they all do the same thing. They got me hooked and now they want to take away what makes that over fried chicken delicious. When I arrived to pick up my food I was not greeted as I had a male worker walk to the counter too busy grabbing his personal phone to check it instead of asking my name for pick-up. So it's wing stop the wings are good but the service is severely lacking in human compassion. There was an older lady in a wheelchair who placed an order and got wings... she sat on the side table by the soda machine and ate her food. At one point she asked another patron to fill up her water cup. The patron filled it up with something other than soda... and left. Then an employee stepped out of the back area and started yelling at the lady for stealing... she threatened to call the cops on her if she didn't leave. It was brutal to watch. Let me preface this review by saying that I really enjoy Wingstop. The food and experience are usually consistent and I've rarely been disappointed. Unfortunately, my recent experience falls squarely under the disappointment end of the spectrum. I picked up my online order around 10:20pm on 6/19/20. The food tasted fine and I have no complaints there. However, around 4:30AM, I went through one of the most hellish bouts of food poisoning I've ever had. I am 100% positive it was the result of some cross contamination or even salmonella. On Sunday March 1st we ordered wings online for pickup. When we arrived to pick them up one of the shift leader told us that someone else was given our order due to them having the same name. So they said they would make us the wings immediately. After a few minutes of waiting the customer that had taken the wrong wings return and was given her correct order. Soon as she left they called our order. I noticed the bag was used so I asked that if we were given fresh wings and not the ones that customer returned. Shift leader said no they are fresh so I asked were are they and she said I threw them away. We trusted her and took them home. Big mistake. Wings!!! Let me start off by saying that the employee Mercedes is among the nicest person over the phone when ordering and in person that I've ever dealt with at a wingstop. I happen to call late one night after work and me being difficult on deciding what flavors to get Mercedes stayed patiently on the phone with me suggesting flavors she liked. I was just hungry and tired. I'm usually the guy that gets upset when my friends aren't ready to order when asked. By the way this is the only wingstop out of the 5 near me that Is the least busiest from what I've experienced the many times I've visited. These guys are hard working people. I witnessed all 4 employees cleaning this place thoroughly while I was there. There is a large window conveniently located next to the dining area to allow you to see them in action in the kitchen. They were literally moving the large appliances just to get behind the wall to clean it even though it didn't even look dirty. While that was going on Mercedes apologized that that specific location didn't sell the large cup of Blue cheese that other locations sell but she made it up to me by offering me an additional smaller cup. I only come here because the kids love the wings but lately I've notice that the amount of oil / grease that comes out with the food is increasing. Today's visit was no different. The fries were SATURATED in OIL. I had them redone again and same outcome. Keep an eye out for how your food is made. I know thIs isn't the healthiest place to eat at but it doesn't have to be this bad. Hopefully they'll see this and pay more attention to the quality of food they are pushing out. read more

She kept raising her voice as if it was a competition. Then asked for my proof of purchase to verify my name like how if I didn't receive a receipt. I can't speak to other people's experiences, but I would feel confident going to this Wingstop any time. I get it if someone went here and had a bad experience, and wants to avoid this location. It's happened to all of us. I've been here a few times and most recently on Superbowl Sunday. They had a ton of orders as you can imagine and they organized it so that two registers were for online/phone pick ups and one was for people ordering there. For such a busy day, it was well organized and I didn't have to wait an unreasonably long time. The employees were also pretty friendly and helpful, again, during a very stressful and busy time. It's much like any other Wingstop. They will usually season your wings and fries generously, and every now and then they will barely season or sauce whatever you order. I always call in to make sure they make my wings extra wet, they failed me once again yesterday. Arrived at the location without being greeted. Two front ladies being host were not welcoming at all. Leslie and Liz had rolled their eyes at my best friend and we're looking at each other as if we were slow and did not know what we wanted. We felt so awkward and both of them did not stop with the fake smiles and gestures. Their demeanor toward us was extremely rude and impolite. They did not act in a professional manner as they were taking the order. On the other hand, Xavier another one of the host was extremely helpful and welcoming. My girlfriend and I had Wingstop for the first time after reading all I the positive reviews so here is my honest opinion of the wings. 20 piece wings . The wings overall were very small and were way over cooked to the point they were almost unchewable. The sauce was almost obsolete and didn't have any flavor at all. Food was great as usual.. Came to this Wingstop on 3/25/20. Regardless of there being a Global Health pandemic this store and its employees have ZERO STANDARDS. To start the entry door was closed with no chair propping it open thus having all Customers grip the same exact door handle engraved in disease to enter. Once inside there is no standards or Guid lines as to keep customers at a safe distance from one another! Then all employees are shoulder to shoulder like sardines at the cash register breathing down each others necks, touching all the money with no Gloves. This place screams CoronaVirus Hotspot!
