(Im not sure if its the owner, but an older gentleman with a gold chain and an unbuttoned shirt showing off chest tends to be there often now and isn't very personable) Also... I always order the same thing, and get charged differently. One day the total is $10.65, other days its $11.98 etc... I try to call in my order, and 2 out of 5 times I am put on hold for 7-10 minutes, and the other 3 out of 5 times the phone throws a busy signal. One time, I was waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, hung up and tried to call back and the phone showed a busy signal for 30 minutes after that (probably my call still on hold) I gave up after that. NEVER AGAIN. Placed on-line order, arrived 13 mins. after the designated pick up time and waited over an hour for my order along with 25 other guests (some waited longer). They wouldn't check on our orders couldn't give anyone an ETA, and when a guest demanded her order, she was given a bag filled with only corn SMH. I couldn't even cancel my order. They simply said to call back some other time?? What a sh**show!! In the meantime, they continued to take more orders. Missed most of the Laker game, went home with a cold pizza BUT NO WINGS!! I'm hoping this place checks their reviews often. My service tonight was horrible. I was only in there for 5 mins to pick up my to go order, so I'm referring directly about the girl who helped us at the register (Jocelyn was the name on my receipt). I asked to split my order in two, which I'm assuming aggravated her, by her response. She didn't know how to do so, so she asked the manager - Miguel to help her. He helped her with the first order and she attempted to do the second. She had the most aggravated unhappy look on her face from the time we walked in. She yelled 'MIGUEL ITS NOT WORKING!' He came back to help her and she was nothing but disrespectful to him. I work in customer service and this girl needs some serious training. Not only is her attitude to the customers ridiculous, but her lack of respect to her manager should immediately be addressed. Miguel was extremely patient and helpful and if it wasn't for him I would've completely canceled my order. This should've been a zero, but the food was good and Miguel was amazing. read more

Wing Stop has varying positive comments!!! Some Wing Stop locations are great, others are poor!!! The Downey CA location is poor. The Reseda CA is good. If your outlets can't have a consistent good outcome, I can't be a return customer!!! All outlets should have the same prep and outcome. Slowest wing stop I've ever been to! I normally order food from here online. Every time they make me wait excessive amounts of time for my food. They never have the order ready on time; it's always half an hour later. Their manager is extremely rude. This has to be one of the best wing stops I've been too. Even though it's a chain some aren't on top of it but this one is. We usually order online and pick up and eat there just to avoid some wait. It's usually always busy but the food comes out fairly quickly. I love this location. Major downside is the parking because it's in a small strip mall and there's about 4 other business that share the lot. My tip would be to park on the street along Patton. Never have to worry about circling the lot for parking. read more

Do not order take out from them. I have had 2 incidents already while ordering takeout. The first time was me waitinng for my food than going to pick it up and asking one of workers if my food was ready and she said it was not and that she would let me know when it was ready. So I waited an extra 20 minutes and decided to ask again but this time a different worker and they checked it it turns out it had been ready for awhile already. The second time was me putting in an order again and waiting the 20 minutes and when I went to pick it up they told me they never got an order for me in the system so they never made it. At first they didnt believe I put in an order and I had to show them on my phone and thwy told me they would make it for me but I had to wait another 20 minutes for it. When it was ready they told me I had to prove again that I made an order and paid for it before they give it to me. The wings are good here but the service is bad. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wings over the phone so they tell me it's going to be about 15min no big deal, so I show up about 20min later to pick up my wings, I paid my order and they told me it would just a few more min. So I said ok no biggie I can wait a few. Now it's 20 minutes later I asked to speak to the manager because there was nobody else sitting there waiting for food or dining. Yesenia was the name of the manager I spoke to her about it and all she offered was a fountain drink instead of apologies.
