After having a bad experience about a week and a half ago wing stop and their managers went above and beyond to make it right this time around. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Now, I do understand this whole Coronavirus situation makes things difficult. With that being said, the ordering process was fine. Real smooth. But the pick up was horrible. We were told that they would call us while we waited in the parking lot. In fact, a few people were called. But after a while, the calling stopped. A few people that were waiting were getting frustrated, us included. Finally I walked in to see what was taking so long. Well, the girl that was calling people in to pick up their orders was just hanging out and talking to another coworker about their personal lives. I stood their for literally 5 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help. So I just asked if my order was ready and they were like "oh, yea. It's been ready". Seriously?! Our food was cold. I ordered two 10 pc meals and a side of corn to pick up at 9:15, I get home around 9:45 and unpack my food and notice that the corn is missing. I called and spoke to Natalie, and she informed me I could come and pick up the corn tonight or tomorrow. I asked since I'd have to come back if they could remake my order, because everything would be very cold by the time I got home again to enjoy it all. She said she could only remake the corn since that was the missing item. I asked if she could refund my entire order if she couldn't remake it, and she said to bring my receipt in with the food and they could process a refund. I didn't want to come back just to pick up 5 pieces of corn and then enjoy cold fries and chicken, and I didn't want to go out of my way tomorrow just to have corn without a meal. That is just silly. So we went back to have her refund the order. She couldn't figure out how to refund the money to my card so she had to give me cash. Not once did she apologize or try to remedy the situation! I am a manager in food service, and I understand that things happen, so I was never rude or disrespectful. I am a very understanding person and I don't even feel comfortable leaving bad reviews, but Natalie needs to be retrained when it comes to her service. If she couldn't remake my whole order, maybe an offer to remake my fries and the corn? Or maybe make the order of corn a large one, since it was a big inconvenience for me to have to come back? As soon as she gave me the cash back, she answered a phone call and stepped back into the kitchen. I feel like there were a few ways the situation could have been made right, but it didn't seem at all like she cared to. A simple apology would have been a great first step! But she was very dismissive about everything. I guess it's my fault for not checking the bag before I left and assuming the wing stop staff had it together, but I won't be inconvenienced by them again. Came in on Monday for some .60 boneless chicken wings and they were awful! They were old-looking, over-cooked and hard, and we hated them. We didn't order fries because those never look fresh so instead opted for veggie sticks. The carrots were dirty and disgusting and definitely not washed. The person peeling them did a half assed job. I live 5 minutes away from this place when I got home my wings were COLD not even remotely warm just COLD like they had been sitting out for a while. Not only were the wings cold they tasted pretty bland. The potato salad was disgusting there were huge chunks of onion ugh. Usually my experience at Wingstops are 10/10 but visiting this location really made think twice about ever eating at a wingstop again. Ordered my food and waited usual time for it, sat down and went for some cheese fries just to see a HUGE hair mixed in. I brought it to the staffs attention quietly (not to ruin any one else's dinner) and all I got was a "ohhh ok" no apology or effect to refund me my money. We walked in to this wing stop, made our order to go and told us it was going to take 15mins. We sat down and waited as other people began to walk in awhile after, 20mins pass and they get their order before we did so I walked up and asked about my order to one of the girls wearing reddish eye shadow and she said with a snappy attitude "We'll call you when your order is ready". When I saw the girl who took my order I quickly got up and asked her about my order she said "let me check". Turned out my order was ready just sitting there in the back. Super annoyed with this place. Not the first time they don't get out order right. Asked for well done fries with light seasoning and got soggy fries with too much seasoning. Then like half of the boneless wings seemed like they were at least a day old, they were so tough and oily. Nasty! I ended up calling the manager because I was upset and not to mention I have hungry kids who were waiting for their meal and were thoroughly disappointed with the food. Anytime I want to order wings, I put my order in online at this location and they always make my order on time and in accordance with how I placed them online. The staff is always friendly and on point and today it was proven. I placed my order during NBA finals game 1 and when I got there they did not have my order because their system went down. However, to exemplify great customer service they apologized for the error, said they will process my order right away and for my inconvenience, the attendant offered me a discount off my order.
