I went today for the first time with my family the staff is very friendly and helpful they took the time to let me try the sauces I did not feel rushed at all now to the food it was delicious we got epic fries wings the baked bread this was so good i picked garlic Parmesan sauce on the side and dipped my bread bomb!! I just visited the location with my children and husband about an hour ago. Worst money spent. I Spent over $130 dollars on food the wings were ok. Before leaving my son ordered a pizza and cinnamon bites for dessert. But as I received my cinnamon order and giving it a bite they were raw. I returned them the girl in the front apologized and had them redo the order again. I just arrived home my kids opened the box and not only was the cinnamon rolls raw so was the pizza. First time trying Epic Wings ,they have a small selection on the menu but everything was delicious I got wings and Epic Fries which were my favorite they were not dry or soggy the chicken also was not dry . Food was good. I really like spicy food so the hot wings were more mild to me so i'll order extra hot next time. The chicken strips were a little small but still good. The service was amazing. Staff was friendly. I actually had an issue with the app and claiming a reward. The staff worked quickly to resolve the issue, bo questions asked. While waiting for my food, one of the staff members walked up to me to confirm my order and make sure they were preparing each item correctly. I ordered the Combo #1 with Mild tenders and the flavor was just not there sadly. Mild tasted like I was eating Goldfish mild sauce tasted like cheese. And now for the service its subpar, I walk in and its a hello before I am even in the door which is cool but right after when, I'm at the counter it really feels different the employs are sitting there talking I had to speak up just to get there attention keep in mind there was one employ on the register and 3 other talking to them. (she also had her back faced towards me). The atmosphere is just kind of sad it a shell of restaurant its quiet no music and the TVs that are playing the games don't even have sound. People are super cool here. They saw me switching between sodas bc the sodas were coming out bland and they asked about it and were able to get me right before i left the restaurant. Overall great customer service and the wings and bread sticks are really good, personal favorites are the mild and mango habanero its hard finding good mango habanero where they balance the sweet and spicy just right but epic wings gets it right. Super clean dining area with comfortable AC and distance between other tables. this place needs more recognition would love to see it grow. read more
