I tried to go through the front door because I saw an employee go through the door. I went to open the door and it was locked. The employees ignored me and did not try to open the door. Between the TVs showing sports, DJs, and even local vendors that pop up, it feels more like a community spot than just a wing place. The only downside for me is the "all flats" option. I always pay extra for it, but most of the time I still don't get all flats. I've mentioned it a few times, but it hasn't been handled well and kind of takes away from the experience.
