The food here overall is pretty good. We order 25 wings bone in, chili cheese fries and mozzarella sticks. These are items that do not disappoint. The service was just okay. We ordered water that didn't come until I asked again, weren't offered a second round of drinks until it was too late. While eating our server never came back to check on us. I wanted to give Wing House the benefit of the doubt despite seeing the low ratings, but unfortunately my experience matched what others have said. As soon as we walked in, there was no greeting. We stood there looking around trying to figure out where to sit until a waitress eventually told us, "Sit wherever." She took our drink order while we were still looking at the menu, but it took about 10-15 minutes just to get our waters. After that, it was another 15 minutes before our food order was taken, and about 30 more minutes before the food arrived. I only saw two employees working, and they would disappear for long periods of time. It seemed like one waitress was doing most of the work by bringing out food while the other spent a lot of time chatting and laughing with customers at the bar. Maybe they need to schedule more staff because the service was very slow. The food was just okay. The fried pickles and fries were really good, and no one in my family had any complaints about the bone-in wings. However, the boneless wings were hard and overcooked on the outside. For pricing, the 6-piece wings with fries are $12.59. The 12-piece wings are $19.19, but they don't include fries, which cost an additional $5.99. The stuffed potatoes and fried pickles were $9.25.
