My buddies and I were on vacation in Palm Springs and we were headed back to LAX and have been to a Wing House before. We entered and they had a bunch of TVs along the walls and I ordered an Alphadelic IPA from the Hop Valley Brewing Company. Super hoppy and yummy and in a BIG mug! I ordered a chicken Philly cheese steak and it came out in about 10 minutes with the Caesar salad I got with it instead of the French Fries. The sandwich was pretty hearty and the meat was juicy and cooked to perfection. The salad was fresh and our server brought out about 3 different dressings for us. A nice touch. For a chain sit down restaurant, I really liked this place. In and out and I think the beer and sandwich was about $20. Nice. read more

Second time here. Place if very outdated. Looks like the owner doesn't care for appearance or cleanliness. Servers are young and don't care for good service. Sat at the bar and saw both servers sitting down on their phones. Then they both argued about who had to take care of the customer that had just came in. There is so many bad reviews here. They deserve the 1 star for the michis because they're actually a 8 out of 10. Only good thing besides the calamari. However service is absolutely terrible. This is a local hangout spot and most of the people that go here are from around there and idk why but the vibe in there gives high school. Like I know there's drinks but this is like the wannabe South Gate version of hooters.. cmon now you know what I'm talking about. Girls in there serving in booty shorts (which I'm not judging for and I'm giving them a chance to prove they're not snotty but their customer service skills speak for themselves). They don't even make direct eye contact or smile when taking orders, tbh I felt disregarded. Plus they take forever to sit you down and have a list for no reason. The servers have 0 communication even between themselves and mess each other up. Once a waiter was about to sit us, went to grab something inside and when she came out another waiter had sat a smaller group at the spot she prepared for us and thennn she was shy to tell her and was trying to see if she could work around it even though it was clearly full and that was the only spot our really large group could possibly fit in. Like idk but if my coworker was comfortable enough to take my prepared/ clean table I'd be comfortable enough to tell her she needs to resit her customers and show them their way to another area. I've been here a couple times just because it's probably the closest bar/ wing spot close to south central that actually has parking but I'm literally disappointed worse and worse each time. I honestly go to have a drink w friends in the day. The crowd that goes there is also weird (only gets weirder at night) but I was with my friends so we ignored it and I went ahead and ordered a burger (which was on fucking sandwich bread!) I was like okay my fault for ordering that at a wing spot so I took the L. Then second time I got cheese sticks and onion rings which I wasn't impressed by tbh tasted like Applebees cousin made it. Stopped by on St. Patrick's Day. I Cannot get over how awful it smelled inside. Literally like WET MOLDY MILDEW RAG. The smell was so strong. I'm still in disbelief how the smell didn't bother anyone else. We had a young lady as our server, she was nice and attentive.
