When we walked in the owner greeted us with a smiling face. The food was out of this world. The mega chicken sandwich and the chicken noodles were soooooo good. I will definitely be back.

Was very impressed with how they do their chicken tenders because not only were they very tender and juicy, also massive. Literally it was three giant deliciously cooked chicken strips and man they were bomb. Wish the fries were homemade but what can you expect. More shocked at the price of the poppers for what you get. Great to scratch that Jalapeño popper itch but for $5.99? Would recommend calling ahead as it is definately made to order. I am honestly impressed they made those delicious tenders 15 mins. 4/5 Def hits whenever you craving good fried chicken

Amazing wings! The texture and seasoning were spot on. They were a food truck that became so popular they needed a stand alone store. Makes perfect sense that they're that good! I ate 12 wings on my own. And chewed off the cartilage ends bc they were so delicious!

So we took about a month I decided to go there for lunch.called in my order 15 minutes later I walked in picked up my order and open up the box it's smelled great. We ordered the #3. It consisted of 24 wings, crinkled fries and a drink. We were able to select four flavors: Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, Sweet & Spicy and Parmesan Cheese. The combo came with four dips (a huge a plus) and let alone, the gentleman who took our order hooked it up with an extra drink. Once we got home, we instantly devoured the wings. We didn't even have time to a picture because we were enjoying it. The crispiness is real hence the name "crispy wings" lol and flavor is delicious and unique. And to top it off the fries were not soggy; they were perfect. Happy we stopped by and we will definitely go again. I highly recommend this joint rather than any other wing spots.

Taste: 5/5 Price: 4/5 Service: 5/5 These wings survived a 30 min drive and they were still crunchy not soggy. Same with the fries, they did get a little soft, but they still had a crunch to them. The wings were so delicious and filling with that nice sweet tang taste from the bbq sauce! I loved that the wings were big and not tiny, especially for the price point. Imo, the price was a little pricey for a 6 wing combo, but in retrospect you get a lot of fries, big wings, and a drink. So it's definitely decent. The guy who helped me out was nice! When walking in the place, I could really smell the bbq sauce from my order. Also, if this is your first time, treat the place as a pick-up only joint. There really isn't a place for you to park your car and dine-in. Hope this helps! Happy dining!

My wife works around this area and she always wondered how it was whenever she drove past it so we gave it a try since we were in the area. It's a small little place that's hard to miss and you wouldn't know that it's opened if there wasn't a sign out that says that they were. There isn't any parking except for the small street parking area in front. The greeter inside was very pleasant and friendly. She was patient as we decided on their wings and mega chicken sandwich. Everything was seasoned nicely and delicious. The mango habanero wings were particularly tasty. If you get the mega chicken sandwich then keep the paper wrapper on while eating it. Don't make the mistake I did and let everything fall out slowly. . We'll be coming back to try the other options.

I decided to try this place on a whim. I am rarely in this area. I ordered the 6 piece classic combo, mild buffalo flavor and an order of mozzarella sticks. The wings were very crispy, and I like that they weren't dripping in sauce. It was just enough. The fries are crinkle cut and fresh! They also have a really great seasoning salt on them. The mozzarella sticks were good, not too big, also fried when ordered. The marinera served with the sticks was cold so that was a bit of a bummer but I would order them again. The ranch was generic, not made in house which was also a bummer BUT I didn't need ranch for the wings, they were just that good. The staff were wonderful! Great service! read more

Not sure if they really open at 11am . I know that can be early for wings but showed up at 11 and the door was closed a couple of people walked up to push the door open and nothing. Then by 11:24 am I felt really wanted those wings . read more

Ambiance: Not much to the inside of this place, pretty decent size, but there's no seating, so anticipate standing or waiting in the car. Location seemed to have just opened, but I can see the progress. Service: Very kind person helping me with my flavor choices, seemed to be the only staff in, so I'd suggest calling in your order if you're on lunch or on a time limit. Took about 20 minutes. Food: I ended up going with the lemon pepper and sweet red chili wing combo. Overall, it was a good wing and a good size, I just wanted the flavor to be better. The outside had all the flavor, but the inside was kind of bland. There is not much street parking at this location, so plan wisely. read more

Although it's a chicken spot, it has arguably the best cheeseburger that I've had in a while. I recently started working in this area and looked up non-franchise restaurants. Just finished having a 30 piece traditional wings - 10 Buffalo hot, 10 mango habanero, and 10 lemon pepper and the bag of fries. Everything was sooo delicious!! The wings were cooked well with a good crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauced wings came with plenty of sauce and all of the wings were pretty well coated, yet not soggy. The sauces were yummy, my fave was the buffalo and my wife's was the mango habanero. The crinkle-cut fries were exactly what we were looking for. Not soggy at all. They had a good crisp with light salt. Definitely picking some up every time I eat here. The staff/owner was super friendly. It looks like the shop just opened up a few weeks ago and I'm hoping this business thrives since I plan on returning anytime I need to get my wing fix read more

This place has some of the best wings I've had in LA. I was in town on a work trip for two months I ate here 3 times... 1st time I have the chicken grilled noodles. A Mongolian style stir fry dish with tons of flavor and you get a huge portion. 2nd time I had the wings and they were crispy juicy tinder and flavorful with plenty of sauce. I got buffalo and the thing I noticed was the chicken skin had another depth of flavor you could taste through the robust and spicy sauce. 3rd time I got the double burger and wings. which if getting the sandwich is only 6.99 which is solid priced for these days. Nevertheless the burger was huge beef patty's were real beef and seasoned right with everything on it. First, the owner was very nice. He told me about his old wing truck business and how he decided to open up a store. I found this place on grubhub and decided to give it a try and placed a pick-up order. The wings were amazing. I got the mild Buffalo to play it safe. They're definitely crispy and still coated in lots of sauce. They were also pretty big. The combo also came with lots of fries and a drink. I think it was decent pricing for what I got. I only wish they gave a bit more ranch. I'll definitely be coming back and trying all their other flavors and recommending to my friends. read more

Someone once told me that women know within the first 5 seconds of meeting a man if they are going to sleep with them. I considered that when I walked into CWings. It had a nice sign in a strange and out of way location. But within 5 seconds of walking in, meeting Alan the owner, he recommended the lemon pepper wings - to go with the buffalo wings I wanted - I was skeptical bc I never order that flavor. I knew immediately that this was going to be a 5 star chicken wing "sexual" experience - Hol E. Sh*t they were cooked PERFECTLY! do you know how hard Simple is? Restaurants always f** up wings - bc there is an algorithm to getting the whole flavor/crispness/heat thing right. Alan f*cking nailed it! On top of that - he brought me two chairs to eat on bc I wanted to eat them immediately! He is so new he doesn't have dine in yet. Alan explained his food truck business and this new venture and I am 100% all in on CrispyWings, even if the name seems kinda basic, there is nothing basic about this guys approach to cooking food. He also gave me French fries to try which were good, but I only care about wings. I am going on record right now- these are the best wings I've had in LA aside from the ones I make in my kitchen (kidding alan, but my kids are reading this so I gotta look out for myself).... Come for the wings , stay for the romantic two chair ambiance! Hahaha. Love this place and I wish it great success bc LA needs a place like this to succeed. read more

My family and I had dinner here for the first time and we had a great meal. We got the 20 piece wings the lemon pepper and BBQ were on point and the grilled shrimp noodles were good too. The owner was very nice as well. Give them a try! read more

I was in the mood for fried chicken and went to pioneer chicken nearby and they were out of chicken so I used Yelp to find a chicken nearby. This place came up and the reviews were pretty decent. it was empty which was not a good sign but I tried it out anyway. We ordered lemon pepper chicken fries and a side of jalapeño poppers. The chicken was dry and the fries were kinda of burnt the poppers were mediocre. Total waste of $37 and my chicken craving was not satisfied. We ended up throwing it away. The customer service was decent he brought our food to our car where we were waiting. It is a small hole in the wall no where to sit and eat or wait. read more

I AM ABSOLUTELY ADDICTED! Everytime I go I try a different flavor. Sometimes I have cravings for the flavors I have already had. Wings are cooked to perfection EVERYTIME ! Buffalo mild & hot, amazing buffalo sauce hot is hot. SWEET & SPICY IS MY NEW FAVORITE! Lemon pepper is always top tier. I even ask him to add the lemon pepper seasoning to my fries. FIRE CRINKLE CUT FRIES ! My absolute favorite type of fries. BBQ is fire, even mixing bbq/hot with lemon pepper is fire and he doesn't charge any additional fees for it. Another plus. Honestly, he could charge me whatever and I would STILL PAY! I love Crispy Wings. I live in Whittier and I will happily commute to commerce to get my wings. I definitely recommend... please be aware that you will be addicted as well & tell the owner BRITT sent you ! read more

These wings are by far the best I've had so far the crispiest and stayyyy that way! and the fries?! Sheeeeesh. Freshest, hot & crispy. This place is a perfect family owned hole in the wall, they're extremely generous and are grateful to have customers. The food is made with love and though it's nothing too crazy it definitely reminded me of a good home cooked meal. The only downside is their location doesn't see much foot traffic which is a total shame as they deserve the recognition, Overall 8/10. I will surely be frequenting here for my guilty food cravings !! read more

We tried this place @ night after shopping @ the citadel in commerce. My wife had craving for wings & it was rated 5 star & it lived up to the hype. My wife ordered spicy bbq & loved it my son ordered the tender & loved it & I ordered the spicy shrimp noodles & I loved it. It's a small little joint but it was clean & nice ambiance. The owner greeted us with a smile & took our order. The service was excellent and the cook who I believe is his wife brought out the food. We are definitely going back with my parents so they can try it. I recommend this place. Parking can be an issue but we had no problem. read more

I ordered lemon pepper wings and when I say these were the best lemon pepper wings I've ever tried, I mean it. Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings do not compare. Now the fries, not only do you get a huge serving of fries but these fries were some of the best fries I've ever tasted. What really sealed the deal was the service. I could not compliment the service more. The guy who attended us was super nice and friendly over the phone and in person. We had ordered for pickup 15 mins before arriving and the food was given to us 5 mins after arriving. The food was given to us fresh out of the oil. Lastly something That most wing spots miss on is the ranch but the ranch at crispy wings was incredible. This place is a 10/10 food experience. They are super crispy just as advertised and slathered in saucing and seasoning making them flavorsome. My personal favorites are the sweet 'n' sour as well as the lemon pepper. There is much more food they offer besides chicken wings. I like the jalapeño poppers as my choice of side, however, their fries are just as good. I recommend anyone to try their burger and noodles as main entrées besides the wings, they are so delectable. The rice pudding is the best and highly recommend anyone with a sweet tooth to try - those who love arroz con leche will love this.
