Food was great, served very attentive and checked up on us frequently. This location WAY better than Cerritos spot. Esmeralda our server was great! read more

This place sucks, I placed an order online, got an alert saying my food is ready, I get there, why did I have to wait 26mins more for my food?! The screen literally says my food is ready. I ask this stuck up lady with glasses about my food, saying "it's not ready and why did I get an alert?" She walks back. I sit down and waiting for my order, I see 10 customers getting their food they order online before me. Anyways, never coming here again! read more

So let's start off by saying I love wings! I feel like wingstop was a top notch place at some point but I feel like they been lacking tremendously. Wings are either of cooked or soggy it's like biting in to raw flesh like not the feeling I would like outta eating. The service is cool I guess I just wish they learned how to clean the tables and sweeped. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Downey, California

I came to this Wingstop yesterday because I was in the area. I ordered the 10-piece combo with fries and a drink. I took my order to go, so I did not eat it there. My house is literally 5-10 minutes away. As soon as I got home to eat my food, the wings were overcooked, so hard that I just stopped eating. The best thing was the fries, and it seems like they are adding less now. read more

Went to order, was told no cash ATM only. Cashier couldn't tell me why not accepting cash. Someone left a table dirty and it took at least 15 minutes before someone came out to clean the table. Not going back to this place, will travel farther for better service and ambiance. Why have a sign on the counter stating bring your group when they only have 4 tables and 8 chairs, how is this possible ?? read more

Did a online pick up order and said my order would be ready at 7:10 didn't receive till 30 mins later

Rude- the staff bullied my son as he mentioned my name to pick up our carry out they called him Jackson 5 times. My son is 16 he stepped into my car embarrassed and disappointed. We unpacked our dinner Wednesday night & no fríes with my order. 9ish PM I called back and mentioned to manager Not only are my fríes missing, my son was bullied, your staff called him Jackson 5 times repeatedly as he kept saying his name wasn't Jackson. I explained this was dinner, the wings were seriously smaller, Iam sitting at my dinner table with incomplete food and a disappointed son who was ashamed. The manager who couldn't enunciate words or even apologize yet excuse herself by wining like a child herself stating she was in the bathroom! She went around every possible opportunity to NOT- even apologize. Zero For Effort Compensation of so called 6 wings- we did not return for no pick up! Or the order of missing fries - time and travel back! Dinner is ruined !!!' This was the bigger picture!!! Staff asked my son to spell my name and my last name after the Five times of Jackson name!!!! After a long day at the office & my son working on his math project & we order his ultimate favorite WINGSTOP THAN THIS- carry out and our dinner is an epic FAIL with a Manager who is Not only rude, sassy & yet dismissive. My son is a true wingstop customer this is an epic fail at all costs. We Will Not Return Here & I Don't recommend this Location -TOTAL Down GRADE Wingstop NEEDS TO HIRE ITS STAFF AND TRAIN STAFF -TO TAILOR TO THE PUBLIC / COMMUNITY. What a shame to our Downey Community and Youth‼ !'!!!No STARS!!!!!!!! ---- ZERO----!!' I will also reach corporate read more

Recently ordered 10pc classic garlic parme bone in that was satisfying and tasty. The service was good and the wait time manageable.

Pretty good I ordered the cheese fries and barbecue wings and lemons peppers with cheese fries and a coke.

Came in today and did not have a good experience: A worker named Michael was leaning over counter yawning in front of customers, and he was non stop staring. I also only wanted to order al la crate tenders but changed me for a meal. My daughter accidentally spilled drink and girl with red hair gave attitude about cleaning it. read more

Chicken was good and tasty and they don't overcooked them like some other places. Chicken tenders have a good meat to batter ratio.

Some wingstops are hit & miss but this one right here is the one to come to service is great food is yummy & never had a problem with undercooked meat here also wait is not tht long read more

Pretty good. I ordered the mild boneless and lemon pepper wings. The mild was great, while the lemon pepper seemed like it was barely seasoned just had an insane amount of grease. I've ordered lemon pepper for years and this was the first time it was this oily/greasy. Not sure why but it was disappointing. read more

I come maybe once a month and the food is a amazing it's the customer service that needs help. We order their wings here religiously. They have friendly staff, reliable service, sometimes they get busy but they're always consistently good. I also appreciate how they hook it up with decent sized wings and not those tiny little anemic wings lol. The ambiance is like a cafeteria but it gets creative with its little posters. read more

awesome service, i love the food and the customer service its amazing, i love this location at pico rivera, fresh food

The prices are reasonable for a fast food experience, the wings are usually good & thankfully I have been satisfied with the amount of sauce on my wings. The workers have been polite, all of them and quick to make my meal. Reading the reviews I feel lucky I haven't had a negative experience at the Downey location thus far read more

Every time we order from this location, our food orders are incorrect or missing items, even after we verify our order with the restaurant prior to purchase. When we find our orders have missing items, we inform them, that we are missing items. We are met with rude behavior and horrible customer service from the employees to include the manager. The behavior of the (evening) manager is unacceptable and uncalled for. Poor customer service on her and some of the employees behalf. read more

I waited almost one hour when my online order says it was ready. I got here checked in and he said to wait there is 7 people ahead . I was but it says it's ready. Not a problem. Then after 25 months went by I notice more people coming in and ordering in the front counter and getting there orders before me. I asked 3 times again and then the last one he said there was no order. Therefore at this point I was vivid... I asked to speak to someone that can get my Order !!! Tjey ignored me and no manager nothing.... I waited again 10 more min before I got my order. I have my order number if the manager or owner wants to check. They need a better system. I waited 48 min after my order as completed for my actual order. I hope they reach out I will gladly tell them read more

Wow!! What a waste of money... some of the saltiest and greasiest food I've had in years. I came here hungry on 3/29/18 to get a late lunch, halfway through my meal I see a huge amount of grease collecting on the paper in my tray... can't believe people eat like this. The photo shows the grease and the amount of food I left behind. Like I said, what a waste! read more

Just went in to get my order I get home they forgot to put my fries in the bag avoid this place

I can't comprehend what is the purpose of ordering online. Went to pick up my order today and waited nearly 20 mins for someone to give me my order. Cashiers were taking phone orders and I find that very rude. The customer in front is the one that should matter at the point in time. There has to be a better system for helping those that order online. Might as well not offer online orders if it doesn't work out for this particular location. read more

Super disappointed that I can't purchase wings because wings stop said it doesn't take Mastercard or cash. Seriously I dont have any other card and I can't purchase anything from wing stop. Ordering by phone will take you to a long machine and make you enter your credit card info over the phone, very annoying ordering process

It was one of my favorite wing stops. But the pass two times I've been here it's nothing but disappointments. First time the forgot to give me half of my wings. Second time I calle sin a phone order gave them 30 mins before I walked in just to find out my order was no where to be found. read more

They only have one payment method which is total bs like how do you work by a high school where students only carry cash and expect them to pay with a Visa card. Are you craving mouthwatering wings? Wingstop is the perfect place to go. As soon as you walk in you can smell the delicious flavors. They have so many different flavors to choose from, like the classic Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, Hickory Smoked BBQ, and so much more! Every bite is so flavorful and the wings always have the perfect crispy outside and juicy inside. The best ranch and fries is also served there as well which makes them even better. Wingstop is a well known trusted business that has been making these tasty meals which is why they attract so many customers. If you haven't tried Wingstop, you are missing out. They always use fresh ingredients and make sure everything is at its best before serving to customers. Are you wondering if it's expensive? Well, Wingstop has great deals and the prices are fair. Not only is the food outstanding and has good prices, they serve big portions as well! I 100% recommend this place if you want to eat the best wings ever. read more

I love wings and since today in National Chicken Wing Day I thought I would get some for lunch. Today I tried the Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, and Spicy Korean. The food is as expected. I expect them to be busy on the weekend. I'm okay if it takes an hour to make my order, but the website does not give accurate wait times. It says 15-22 minutes everytime I order. Then I and 50 other customers are left standing angry in an over crowded store for 40+ minutes while the staff "does their best." Fix the estimated time on your online order app please. read more
