This is a follow-up to my experience yesterday. The District Manager called me to discuss my experience and apologized for the experience I had. I never asked for any thing free only for ownership they messed up and better customer service. The manager I believe her name is Adriana, called and offered to redeem by putting a credit in the store. They were more than kind and very attentive. Thank you for this wingstop. We will definitely come back! If I can give zero stars I would the customer service is horrible wingstop should be ashamed of themselves for this. I placed an order online the system said 21 26 minutes I gave them 30 when I went inside they told me another 15 then another 20. I really try my best to only post positive reviews but sadly this is 2 chances too many! Have had a bad experience before decided to give WingStop one more try and regret doing so. I ordered in app for pick up said order would be ready in 21mins went in within19min and my order was sitting there ready went right into my car tasted the fries almost cold and salty and the wings were luke cold soggy skin and barely any sauce the wings had steamed to grossness! Juan the manager, has all my "respect " there was a super super rude customer treating the whole staff very disrespectful , yelling and using profanity demanding like she owns the whole world complaining that she waited over 10 min. We ordered the food to-go and picked it up and ate it in the comfort of our den at home. My wife ordered the food on-line. it was simple enough. They said it would be ready at 2:25. I got there and it was not quite ready. but it was in just like two minutes. So i opened the bag to check and make sure the order was complete. We had ordered two orders of carrot sticks and one of celery sticks. I could only find one tray of carrots. So i got some assistance from the guy at the counter. He dug around and then told me that they combine the two orders in one tray. Okay thats fine, i said. So he took my bag from me and walked back into the kitchen. He reappeared a couple of minutes later and handed me the bag. When I got home i discovered that he had gone back and separated the carrots into two trays with about 10 sticks each. We got the traditional buffalo wings - hot but not extra hot. They were perfectly cooked and perfectly sauced. I do not like soupy wings. They should be tossed in the sauce and then served but not in a puddle. They were spicy but not too much so. The veggies are always as fresh as can be and today twas no different. Cold, moist and crunchy - just like they should be. Their Ranch Dressing is (in my humble opinion) one of the better restaurant Ranch Dressings. I always enjoy their veggies and dressing. I even used what was left to take to work for my lunch salads for the next two days. This place does a brisk business. The staff is always friendly, prompt and efficient. Wingstop does one thing - Wings and they do them right. There is one - problem about this Wingstop Location. It is in a VERY small Center with minimal parking. In addition the the Wingstop there is a Starbucks, a B of A ATM, and a couple of other small businesses. This WingStop location has friendly staff, but can get very busy at peak times. I always order online and then pick up. I do like that they have so many flavors of wings and their food has great portion sizes for the price. My friends and I ordered 15 classic wings to share. The girl at the register asked us if we would like to "add 5 more wings for like $2-$3" (I forgot the exact price) as a special deal. Of course, we said yes since it was cheap. After waiting about 10-15 minutes our wings arrived and we got 15 classic wings with 5 BONELESS wings.....so we bring this back asking why we got 5 boneless instead of 5 more classic wings and she points on our receipt that "BW" on our receipt means boneless wings and that that is what we asked for. What?! Why would we order 5 more "boneless" wings when we clearly asked for 15 classic wings to begin with? It would make sense if we originally ordered 15 boneless wings and wanted 5 more of the same thing. I am just lost for words with how she thinks.....makes no sense. And she later tells us that "Oh if you wanted 5 additional "classic" wings it would cost more ($4?)" Why tell us this AFTER we order, pay, and complain. Why not clarify this while we order so the customer gets what they expect and want? God this is terrible service. If the food wasn't good (which is hard to mess up since it is a franchise) this place would get a lower rating because of this service! Other locations clarify this simple mistake to ensure that customers get what they want. And even when the mistake is made, franchises typically replace the order (as long as the quantity of the wings is not a lot) We were talking about 5 wings.....cmon! I wanted to come here the first day it opened but I wasn't able to! :/ anyway, I ended up going today and was not disappointed! It smelled like new, and the cashier was very nice and tentative. The staff consists of really young people, mostly girls in the front of the house and guys in the back. (As in any other wing stop.) the place was clean, and when I got my order I dived in! It was so yummy. I feel like they actually put more sauce in this location than any others I've been to! :) I sat in the table next to the window where you can see the kitchen. Kinda awkward cause the guy was cleaning the window lol. The girls came around 2 times to check up on us, which I thought was really nice of them. Great service and great staff.
